Ive been taking all my wrecked cars here for years. Seriously (people keep hitting my cars and I wish theyd stop). Unless the poor car is a total wreck, Canyon City has always been able to return it to its former car-beauty for me. Theyre friendly, honest, extremely helpful, and AAA approved, which makes having my cars wrecked by others much easier, if not enjoyable.

GUY WHO OWNS THIS SHOP IS A JOKE! TOTAL TIME WASTER.So now that I have the caps lock out of the way, lets talk about what happened shall we?First, I go in there late in the day, and ask about their hourly rate, then Rick goes on a tirade about how awful insurance companies and how great he does work for the past 30+ years.He spends 45 minutes on talking about how he does stuff right. Then I proceeded to tell him my scenario about just dropping the car off and fixing it while I was away.Overall seemed nice, but then it heads south.HERE IS WHERE THE GUY IS A TOTAL HYPOCRITESo, after all this detailed conversation. I was told to email his support email all the details of my accident.I spent 30 minutes getting EVERYTHING he needed together to get him a complete detail to get the work started.After the email, JUST RADIO SILENCE.I waited 5 days, and no call or email response. Then Im wondering..well, what is going on..did this guy die, go on vacation, etc?So I call, and then Good ol Rick answers the phone. And he starts to back peddle. Says that he DID receive all my paperwork, but didnt want to have the car parked there an extra few days. Made it look like he was an In & Out Burger, and complained about the whole thing.ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Even though he told me that he has customers do it all the time, then tried to frame it like I was getting a free parking spot in his $hitty lot even though I live only a few minutes away.The guy even cut me off on the phone, and basically wasted 3+ hours total of my life.Seems to me that hes just old, cranky and lazy with service like this.
