Found this place on google and decided to stop by since they are open late. It’s a very nice place and it was chill enough for me to enjoy my own company watching movies on my laptop. The manager Solomon made sure my time here was amazing! He suggested a good house mix and even refilled it with one he made up. He makes a great hookah! Highly recommend this place I’ll be coming back often when I’m in Austin!

The service and experience is really great! The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming, the owner would personally greet us when we came in. We were always treated well. The atmosphere is chill and very enjoyable. The prices are fair and product is high quality.

Good service and large hookahs. Couches are comfortable, the sound system is good, there are TVs on the walls. During the day it feels a bit like a coffee house and at night it turns more into a lounge. It’s BYOB and they serve CBD with some of the tobacco flavors.

Service was good... Food came to us hot!! Just how we like it. Oh yeah drinks were on point

This is our favorite place to unwind. The staff is always extremely welcoming and attentive, while Audi, the owner is very knowledgeable on sheesha mixes and will always whip you up something you are sure to love. The seating is the most comfortable that Ive experienced at any public venue along with options to mingle or enjoy a more private setting. Walking into Hookah-buzz is like walking into a second home for us and we highly recommend it to any hookah smokers out there. With how helpful Audi and his staff are, its great for first timers as well! (When we first went, it was our first time in a hookah bar and their service was impeccable.)

Long lasting hookahs and great ambiance, been here a few times and Friday/Saturday are full house! They don’t charge for BYOB and the staff, Joseph, is super attentive to each group with the coal service. I went solo on a Saturday and sat with a random group, everyone seems very welcoming including the customers, super chill vibe.

Came here with some friends to smoke hookah for the first time and had the best experience. Amber recommended us a flavor that did not disappoint. She took care of us and checked on us frequently. Music was on point and was definitely the vibe.

Hes always suggesting new mixes of hookah and will do song requests. I suggest their fire & ice or mango-orange hookah with mint green tea :)

I came upon this place waiting for a ride from my doctor’s appointment. The staff was friendly, had nice hookahs, also got some tea that was tasty. I liked the environment, despite my table being a little wobbly. There were some music videos going on from youtube, it was nice with low lighting, and people were working on their laptops or doing whatever. It’s kind of across town from me, but I wouldn’t mind going in again.

Favorite hookah lounge Ive been too! Staff is friendly and awesome, lots of flavors to choose from, they replace coals often. Laid back atmosphere and no super annoying music. The only constructive criticism that I have is; please implement better ventilation. Both times Ive gone my eyes got irritated from the smoke (slightly busier times) and my friend had to leave for some air. You guys are great and keep it up!

Went in 2 different nights. First night was amazing service on Thanksgiving with who I believe was the owner.We went the next day and the service wasnt as great, but they were packed so I dont blame them.The location looks a bit shady, but they have quality products, friendly staff, and good prices!

This place is one of the best hookah bar in north austin. I tried pan and mint flavor and that was awesome experience.Waiters are cheerful and courteous, ambience is also good.We were lucky enough to get couches for 5, otherwise getting a good spot might be tricky if place is about full.

This is a great place with great atmosphere and an awesome staff. Mr. Audi is great at turning flavor requests into something pretty amazing. This is also a great place to stock up on accessories. The prices are amazingly low for the quality of what you get.

Great owner and awesome place to relax after a long day of work. Recently replaced some old furniture and has other remodel plans.House mixes are great and the staff are always helpful when you want to try something new.

Husband and I were here in April. Complimentary bottled water. Amazing flavors and a great price. We will definitely be back when we return to Austin.

3 of us in a party walked in and were seated by the door in what looked to be a waiting section. We did not feel welcome. We were not greeted. There was one person sitting in an area which could have seated four. We were told that we could not sit in the other areas because there was no room. VERY unprofessional. He gave us menus and walked off without explaining anything. Going to Rawshe instead. ✌

I was in Austin for a week on a business trip and came across this place so decided to check it out! After my first visit, i fell in love with the vibe, the customer service and the people! so I ended up there everyday to catch up on work and just to have a chilled out place to smoke and relax! I have been to plenty of hookah lounges and this has by far been my favorite! so thank you to the people who work there and as well as the owner for having a great team and making me feel welcomed when I was in town! If youre looking for a place that offers everything a hookah lounge should, this is the place to go!

Never felt more at home came in last morning with my fiancé and we greatly enjoyed the service, hooka and tea. They had the most inviting and laid back staff that ive met!

I went to a hookah lounge in Houston and the hookah was so smooth I picked up a new habit lol and I started looking for a good spot here at home. I really love the atmosphere, music started off good then but it got pretty lame though they just had YouTube on autoplay. It wasnt the worst, you may like it but issa no for me.

This is my go-to hookah lounge near me in Research Blvd Austin . Great customer service, food, ambience, comfortable seating (huge plus) and most importantly excellent hookah! My favorite is the Zero Ice Mint. They have daily specials everyday of the week. I have no cons about this place.

If visiting from another city or state be prepared for them to insist that everyone must smoke, with a maximum of 3 people per hooka regardless not everyone wants to smoke. The doorman/security said hes never heard of this before; however the Indian gentleman insists that the house rule

It wasnt too bad of an atmosphere with just the manager he was great and gracious like a host should be. However when the little yuppie hipster wanna be crew showed up things changed. They sat behind the desk so they obviously felt at home and like any yuppie hipster or I wanna be cool, as I refer to them, crappy person felt they were superior to others and could judge them. Well they killed the welcoming atmosphere. Besides the atmosphere of the ignorant regulars and employee the small charcoals dont burn with a good consistency making it difficult to enjoy. Guess not everyone can be as amazing as pipes plus was though. Too bad the drag got too expensive for them to stay open because it definitely wasnt the chill welcoming vibe or amazing prices that closed their doors.
