Had an awesome cup of coffee from an Amazing Barista, Her name was Haley. She was so friendly and knowledgable and seemed to really enjoy her work. I would definitely come back to this location for amazing service like this.

The staff is super friendly and its a nice place to hang out in, light music playing in the background. Food was okay, but not amazing. The coffee was pretty good.

Really tasty Chai latte, but there is an up charge of $1.50 if you’re lactose intolerant and need an alternate milk. Otherwise, delicious and fast!

This coffee shop is amazing! Super cozy and coffee beverages are good quality. However, recently baristas made me upset. Yesterday I stopped by to get drip coffee around 4 pm, and she said that she doesn’t make drip anymore, as they about to close….Today, the guy served me cold coffee, and his nails were dirty…this is not good ((

I got two drip coffees, both were only moderately warm. The drip coffee I had was very fruity, not to my particular taste. Also, a large is 12 oz. I suspect they have something larger but when I asked for a large coffee that was what I was offered. I feel like if you have a larger coffee you might want to tell the customer that.

Nice place visually but I asked the young lady working the shuttles for a double, dry cappucino. It wasnt prepared correctly. In fact it wasnt dry nor was it a double. Lol. I feel bad for these young people because they arent being trained properly so I tipped her well and went on about my business but, of all the possible coffee drinks my order is pretty basic. Also, I didnt expect the blueberry scone to be dessert; super, super sweet. Oh well.

Cannot speak to the rest of the menu, but the latte is delicious every time and the atmosphere is just right for a coffee shop. While I would never use it personally, the business lounge is a nice touch as well. Only complaint is the loose coffee does not have roast dates on them (unless I have overlooked them multiple times, which is possible) to use for my at-home espresso needs but this takes nothing away from the quality of the business itself.

Finally, a coffee shop that looks like some out of SF. There was a hint of sarcasm there but they really know how to make an espresso. Part of the experience is about the coffee but it’s more about the conversation with the barista. She was super nice and gave some good local knowledge but she pretty much knew my life story when I walked out. Just awesome.

Coffee was excellent! They have a great pour over and cortado. The place is really cute and you should definitely get a breakfast taco. Or two :) would be a good place for a meeting or to get a little work done as well.

Favorite coffee shop in Austin. Its classy and fits the atmosphere of the Domain. The high windows bring in great natural light. The baristas are what really make the experience wonderful. They are incredibly helpful and conversational. The coffee, of course, is of top quality. And the pastries are spectacular at this location. Also check out their workspace. It has a great mix of comfort and focus space.

Cadamon pillow was amazing! They dont have heavy whipping cream for coffee which surprised me but everyone wS super friendly and helpful.

Not as good as Fleet or Merit but 10x better than Starbucks. Glad they have a decent coffee shop in Domain again. Apanas used to be quite good but unfortunately they closed down. Hope this place does well and stays open. Ill be doing my part in supporting them.

Craftwork has become one of my go to places as of late! The coffee + space is beautiful, BUT it’s the joyful smiles of the baristas and meaningful conversations that keep me coming back!

Craftwork is only OK if you really need somewhere to sit down and work. Their coffee is average at best, and not really memorable. My gripe is that, while appearing clean, bright, and open, the seating is actually not very great. The tables are covered in some sticky coating that not only grabs onto anything you put on it, but its also disconcerting when you want to move literally any item, to have to peel it off the surface like a bandaid. It also leaves brown sticky residue on any paper you put down. The same with the bench seats, its a little alarming to have to peel your pants off of the seats due to the same sticky residue. In addition to this, while appearing like a great place to camp and get stuff done, the outlets are all unusable due to them being tied with cable ties, so if you must, do come charged up. TLDR: Id come in for a coffee if it was convenient, sure, but i definitely wouldnt come back to sit and work.

I had a meeting scheduled at the conference room and WOW what a beautiful space! The staff is as kind as you can imagine, and the manager showed us around and made us feel at home. The conference room is professional and I can tell that many people here are friends. Not sure how people work freely but I understand that is popular now. The coffee is delicious, and I got the Canadian holiday. A must try place

The guys here were so sweet and full of great suggestions. Im visiting from out of town, so I was unfamiliar with their menu and had a ton of questions. As per their recommendation; I got a lavender latte and it was amazing! It fit my taste perfectly and completely made my morning. Great prices and even better service! Id recommend this place to anyone.

If youre looking for a coworking spot, this is it. Ive tried so many places and Craftwork is by far the best experience of them all. The staff is incredibly service oriented. I am in love with the little nooks for working. I get so much done in the work zones and have found a great community in the more social areas. Its obvious a lot of intentional thought went into the design of this place.

The coffee and the people here are brilliant. I was received with an immediate greeting, allowed to ask questions about the coffee and the space, and given answers without hesitation. They are kind. They also desire to do well with their offering, and they deliver. Go check it out. It is worth a try or a few.

Stopped by this coffee shop while waiting on discount tire. Great staff. Good coffee. They also offer taco deli tacos, and even have the famous Dona salsa. The shop is cool layout. They even have books on the shelf to read when sipping coffee.

I have been watching this shop get built for the past few months, as I come to the Domain fairly regularly. Was excited to see it had finally opened, and stopped by with my wife in the morning to grab a cup. I just got a coffee, and my wife got cold brew, and we both liked our drinks. They have breakfast tacos from a place I hadnt heard of, and they are good too. The spots out front seem to fill up quickly because it is connected to an apartment complex, but there is more parking around the corner

I love this place! Everyone who works here is always so friendly, and they seem very knowledgeable when answering questions about coffee. My favorite drink is the lavender latte, but their house drip is so so good! Also, their pastries are great - make sure to try the sweet empanada if you like cardamom.

Really cool place to hang out. Lots of natural light. Its located in the flatiron at the domain. The latte was not my favorite but we enjoyed hanging out here.

I came by Craftwork for a quick cup of coffee and I was impressed. Theyre a new coffee shop in town and the location is ideal for anyone needing some caffeine in the Domain. Theyve got a simplified menu and baristas who are more than happy to answer any questions. They have a cool co-working space for anyone in need of a quiet place to work. Overall a great place to stop by if youre in the area.

I went to Craftwork for the first time this past weekend after having it recommended by a friend. Texas summers are brutal, and Craftwork was a great break from the heat. Even though the shop has tons of natural light, the interior remains cool - especially paired with the cold brew I ordered. I spent the whole afternoon here. Friendly baristas, good coffee, I will be back!

Had my car serviced and it wasnt done til about noon. The train wasnt going to be arriving for another 40minutes and I was going to get to the office downtown and be there for only around two hours by the time Id have to ride the train back. Looked for Starbucks around me and saw the domain was the closest. Right when I pulled in I saw the words coffee/work on a window and I was like boom found what I needed. Got an iced coffee and Chilled for like 2 1/2 hours til I had to pickup the kid from school. Staff was friendly and seemed genuinely like really cool people. Id give this place 5 stars but the wifi right outside was pretty awful. Inside was great.

The coffee shop looks awesome, fresh and bright, good for study or work. However, I am not a fan of their coffee. I ordered the hot black coffee, and I did not expect something taste sour. It might be good if it is fresh pour over for this kind of light roast beans, but it seems like it has been brewed and sitting in a pot for a while. The latte my friend ordered is light and lack of flavor. Again, it doest fit if they make espresso with light roast beans.

The place looks fancy but spotted a few dirty spots on the kalita brewers and the steam wand was not even wiped properly. I think I don’t have to say that the coffee did not leave any good experience either. Staff was friendly but other than that overall I am not blown away.

This coffee is for people who never tried it before or dont know any better. Nothing special at all, horrible taste. Can give 3 other places that will beat you any day, from top to bottom, Stouthaus Coffee Pub, Mazama Coffee Co,Radio Coffee & Beer. To get to the top you start from the bottom.

Craftwork is like my second home! I come here nearly every day to study, read, and hang out with friends. The shop is open, with lots of seating and natural light, the baristas are some of the friendliest people youll ever meet, and the coffee is incredible. 100% my favorite coffee shop in Austin.

Came by to check out the new shop. Has a nice open atmosphere and natural lighting. There is lots of parking in front and a garage available in the back. I don’t know much about coffee, and the barista asked questions and suggested a Colombian Pour Over which I really liked.

Sorry, I put 1 star, because I cant put 0 stars. Not only you have ridiculous prices, but you treat customers with disrespect, starting with Jerry the manager. You urgently need a class on how to treat customers. There are plenty of places for excellent coffee in the domain, so no need to beg you for decent service and respect.

Excellent cappuccino, cheerful service. Pleasant place for a meeting with decent acoustics although a bit small (probably there are times when no table is available but wasnt too crowded mid afternoon).

The space is gorgeous, the baristas are knowledgeable and friendly, the coffee is great. The workspace is comfortable and well lit. A limited menu that is all well executed. A great addition to the Austin coffee scene.

Best coffee in the Domain! The Craftwork crew is so friendly and knows their stuff. Highly recommend this space if you are looking to get some work done or catch up with a friend. Lots of natural light and a comfortable, modern setup. It is somewhat small, so maybe not the best for groups. But I honestly like that since I am mostly at coffee shops for the delicious coffee and to either work or just chat with a friend/coworker.My go-tos on the menu are the espresso or a pour-over. The Poursteady machine makes a perfect cup of coffee every time, and the baristas keep the espresso machine dialed in to ensure you get a smooth shot with wonderful crema and sweet fruity notes ☕

The baristas are sweet so be nice or take your business to Starbucks; nice people only.The matcha lattes are legit.The tables are the right height for laptopping.They have seating for people who are not on devices.The ceiling is high.The plants look healthy.The floor is clean.The clientele are hipster and cute and have nice tattoos.They have a member workspace for ya.The apartment complex next door is swank.So glad to see some Fort Worth (my birthtown) in my current hometown.
