I have used Pounds Flooring for 6 or 7 years now as both a consumer and contractor either buying flooring and installation materials or having their experienced installers do the work for me.The staff in store is extremely knowledgeable and beat the pants off the big box stores.The installers are both professional and efficient. Anyone looking for flooring and tile needs to go here first.

They had great ideas for the project, and Jonathan and his crew did an expert job on both my new flooring and my new glass tile backsplash. They took great care, had precise attention to detail, and left my home cleaner than when they started. Pounds offers great quality product for very competitive prices. I pretty much shopped all of the north Austin hardwood floor shops and landed on this one. The products were very nice and the price was very competitive. Very glad I found them and will use again!

Very rude sales person. My wife and I went to their show room with the intentions to get an accurate quote and most likely use their services. However the lady that helped us seemed to have a short temper, was unresponsive to our questions and gave minimal details... I guess she does not understand how to deal with customers. I would recommend to take your business elsewhere.
