He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with the many questions I had about the quality of the carpet. While the installers are not employees of the company, the company they hired to install my carpet did an excellent job of installing and minimizing the seams of the carpet. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company and I would recommend this company and Ryan Boone to anyone. Ive done a lot of remodeling myself and Im very picky and detail oriented. I decided not to do the install of my flooring on my own this time around. I worked with Matt and he was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly patient, and extremely accommodating. Always answered any questions and correspondence right away.When the installers came I was ready to police if I needed to, but they were also excellent. I communicated a few minor touch points I wanted addressed before they started and they got them all without any issues. After watching a few tricky areas, I realized I didnt need to look over their shoulder because they were doing it correctly on their own. Pedro was the lead installer and he was very considerate and detail oriented. Turned out perfectly.Carpet Stop had the best price I could find and their customer service was top notch. Coming from someone in the industry and being very particular, I would very highly recommend.

I was on a sales seminar recently and they asked us to think about a good sales experience. I didn’t have to think too far back because Ryan at Carpet Stop nailed it. It’s lovely to go back and revisit a business after several years and find that the products and service haven’t lost a beat. We had a small patch of carpet replaced seven years ago, and the owner waited on us, helped find the best option and price with the utmost respect for our time and budget.This week we went back to replace another piece, and this time Gina helped us. She had great recommendations, assured us we would have the job completed as soon as we needed, and booked the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. I don’t know if big box retailers are cheaper, but I’d rather do business with these folks any day. This is what hometown business services should be like, and I’m glad Carpet Stop is available to those of us who would rather lick old carpet than spend five minutes in Home Depot’s barn or futz about hopelessly online.

I’d love to just chalk it up to luck but that just isn’t the case. Gina was an absolute god send. She knew her store and inventory & because of that I got the exact piece of carpet I needed the day of! Gina treated me like we were long lost friends & now I’ll never buy carpet anywhere else.

I went to Carpet Stop today based on the reviews. I have to say I agree with the group. Im glad I chose to listen to the reviewers. The physical place isnt anything to brag about, but that show I like it. Im sure youve figured out, when a retailer has a fancy showroom who is paying for it... (you and I). Gina helped me pick the right carpet for my need and her and her co-worker stayed late to cut and load it into my truck. I went here after being frustrated with the lack of response from another local carpet store. These guys matched the price and really worked with me. Dylan was very helpful and Fernando the installer was A+. The only thing they could have done better was follow up with me after the install. Very satisfied!

Absolutely unresponsive. We started our quote process back in early February. I have emails and requests that have gone unanswered. We have 2 rooms that need flooring and Gina just does not follow up or care. Our project may not be the biggest, so expect little to no response if you fall in that category.

Carpet Stop is fantastic! The level of customer service I received was outstanding! After having had hassled with a big chain store for about a week on a carpet order that I ended up having to cancel, I walked into Carpet Stop on a Friday about 40 minutes before they closed and explained my situation to Dustin. He came out to my house and measured that evening and he had it installed that following Monday. All at a great cost and value! Dustin even called and followed up on the order to make sure all went well and that I was satisfied and happy with the product. Awesome service and awesome job, Dustin at Carpet Stop!

I called several flooring companies to get estimates to replace carpeting throughout my 3 bedroom rental home. I chose Carpet Stop because they took the fact that I was an out of state landlord in stride. Gina also gave me excellent advice in deciding between hardwood and tile flooring. She presented me with the most competitive price and she was consistently available to answer my questions. Grout and tile choices were made with assistance of photos, web links and personal facetime consults. Gina coordinated the installation and necessary follow-up. Gina maintained ongoing communication with my tenant and myself ensuring that the installation process went smoothly. Gina continued her active involvement until the job was completed to everyone’s satisfaction. My tenant is thrilled with the results and so am I. I was begging Home Depot to do my carpeting in Manor TX and they sent the order to Huntsville TX. Order came back to Manor, $500 more. Lowes Round Rock quoted 144 Sq ft more as wastage - 1 roll. Dylan at Carpet Stop took my order from CA and kept me posted day-to-day until the installation was complete as promised per estimate. I live in CA and didnt even step on to Carpet Stop store in Austin.I will recommend them to any body as they are trustworthy in their dealings !!!

Ive purchased many shades and styles of green carpets from Carpet Stop over the last several years for my slot car tracks, and have always been happy with their product and helpfulness. When I was looking to replace some carpet in my home with wood floors, I asked them who they would recommend. Little did I know they did wood, too! Since this was going to be a large and expensive job in the thousands of dollars, I met with them and two other reputable companies to meet them and get quotes. Carpet Stop was in line with the other bids, and actually only higher than the lowest bid because they included shim molding that the other company did not. They worked with me all the way, were honest about the availability of the product and their installation schedule, and they did a wonderful job. Our floors look great, were within our budget, and done on our schedule. If you need carpet, there is no better place, but I found out that also holds true for wood, and probably tile, too!
