Absolutely loved the service, quality of flooring, and price this LOCAL company was able to provide. Dale Helle was wonderful in explaining the flooring options and helping me choose. They installed 3,000 square feet of engineered vinyl flooring. Humberto and his team of 16 (wow!) were able to complete the work in one day. They were like an orchestra, perfectly synchronized, plus they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The installation was topnotch, no gaps or uneven floors! I love my floors. Now I want to buy all new furniture! :-)

I just hung up with Stephanie Landers. They do not do epoxy floors so the photos I posted before are not theirs. We could not be happier with the service at Landers. After the installation of our hardwood floors, there were quite a few visible nail holes on the stairs. Anthony, our sales person, had the installers come out not once but twice until we were satisfied with the results. They truly stand behind their work! I highly recommend them!

Wow just what I think about Dale and Landers Premier Flooring. It’s in the middle of Covid 19 and I have on my calendar to but new wood floors. I after speaking to Dale and explaining my Covid concerns he and Landers made it happen. Not only did I get the most beautiful amazing wood floors they preformed all the duties with a high level of safety to me and my family. I love love love my floors. Another amazing fact is that Landers install team made it happen in one day. No one including my husband could believe that it could be done. The team rolled in a few minutes early 🤷‍♀️, by dinner time they were done and gone. That included removing old tile, carpet and laying the new floor! You need to call Dale now they are amazing.

Absolutely amazing! Working with Dale and the Landers Premier Flooring team was a great experience from start to finish. My wife and I were doing a complete remodel on our home, and of course, with any remodel you have unexpected things occur. Dale was great at helping us work through those issues, find the right flooring for our needs and ensuring our floors were installed the right way.On install day, a team of 10 or so guys showed up, on time, and worked quickly and professionally to demo the old flooring and install our new floors. Absolutely delighted with the whole process and experience from start to finish.We were in need of having all our carpets replaced. Having received invaluable advice from a relative about the importance of finding a flooring installation company with an excellent reputation, I thoroughly searched and found Landers, whose reviews told me everything I needed to know.I went to the showroom and was helped by Dale, whose knowledge, help and patience was most appreciated. He listened and responded to my needs and concerns, ordered samples to help me get a better feel for the products I was considering and make some side by side comparisons. There was never any hard sell or push, just a genuine desire to help and guide us in whatever direction we were looking at.We scheduled for Dale to come and measure up and give us definitive estimates for each product we liked. We had specific needs regarding installation scheduling as my husband works from home - I wanted to make sure it would fit in with a business trip for minimum disruption. Dale was very patient, especially when unforeseen circumstances meant we had to delay and then covid-19 happened and we had to put everything ‘on hold’!Fast forward to June and we were able to finally schedule our installation!Angel and his team were amazing. We have chosen Landers Premier Flooring for all our flooring needs for about 15 years. We think the world of them.In November we had a burst pipe and a flood. The ensuing damage required our having to change out our flooring. Our insurance company recommended a different flooring company. The sales rep of the other company was disappointingly unenthusiastic and offered mediocre help. They were not kingly at all.So we went back to Landers Premier Flooring; what a difference! From Landers Premier Flooring we had caring and enthusiastic help, brilliant recommendations, patience, kindness and concern. They organised the demolition of the original flooring and helped me coordinate booking the other tradespeople. Their entire staff are lovely and their installation teams are superb.The new floors are gorgeous and as always, we are thrilled with the Landers Premier Flooring experience.Everything went smoothly and to plan – we highly recommend them!

Wanted to replace my floors for a long time. Went to several places but decided on Landers because of the great service, price and product. Lanell worked with us and helped us choose the perfect floor for us. The installation was amazing- almost our entire house was redone in just one (long) day. We couldnt be more pleased with the results!!

We contacted a sales person here not gonna name that person because of privacy, however, the sales person was just reckless did not even contact us back. Kept us hanging on for weeks without getting a solid response. Completely unprofessional. Think about if we used this landers premier flooring to install wood in our house. They would fail on every level. Literally do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a complete run around with the salesman. Imagine them conveying what we need when they can not even reply to us at all. Worst!!!

Lets call the salesman, Ale for privacy reasons.Met Ale at our new house, he measured the house and chatted with me. Very knowledgeable. Planned on using this company for our floors. Followed up with him at the end of the week to see how the quote was coming, secretary left a post-it note on his desk because he was with a customer. Never received a call back.Monday rolls around and I called Ale to see if he needed anymore info. He said he would start working on the quote now. Asked about what baseboard I was looking for, sent him all the info. He sent me the total SF (~1750SF with waste), and I mentioned that I received another quote around ~1600SF with waste. He then texted me that he thinks that I may have to go with my other bid/bids because of differences already. Appreciates my time.I would give 0 stars since Landers salesmen have zero follow through and they wont even send you a quote before giving up. But heres my follow up; I stated Id leave a review, and here it is with the text messages for proof.

Landers Premier flooring is a joke. We paid over $15K to place brand new hard wood floors and the crew was SHORT several pieces. We needed to move in so we had to delay everything thanks to the lack of professionalism at Landers Premier Flooring.I will say the sales person we dealt with was encouraging but they failed to order the right amount of supply for our house. Really a huge disappointment since there are many fake 5 star reviews posted on Google. I would recommend another flooring company who can live up to their professionalism. I am sure after I type this review the owner will come out and say she doesnt recognize me.. that is joke. Remember that. All I know is I spent 15K plus and got 1/2 of the professionalism I needed to get started on moving in, and the quality of the wood floors was bare minimum. We are not happy at all. We did reach out a few times but NO ONE called or contacted us back. Not the type of work we were promised by the salesperson when we signed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND LANDERS PREMIER FLOORING.

I am so happy with my new wood floors! I received wonderful customer service from Lanell - she was so helpful in helping me figure out which floors would work best for my space. I shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with Landers - I chose them for their knowledge, friendly service, and pricing. The installation went very smoothly and included demo of the old ceramic tile. By the end of the day I was left with a beautiful new floor that I know Ill be happy with for a long time. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended!

We were in need of rugs for our new home and so lucky to find Laurie Baum at Landers Carpets. It was a delight to go into the showroom and look at their many selections and find exactly what I was looking for. One of the things I liked the most which we took advantage of is the ability to get almost any size area rug that we wanted. They had vendors that would cut the carpet to our size needs and then we were able to select and add borders to each rug we purchased. Truly a custom rug....with our wood floors in our home the selections we made worked perfectly with our design ideas and the rugs were very nice, well made, and definitely made the rooms so inviting! I highly recommend this company and Laurie. They were very professional, delivered when they promised and helped me make great choices......I definitely recommend them. You will not regret it!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST! New Home buyers or remodeling... doesn’t matter this company is the one to work with. From the first walk-in to the final inspection, Anthony and his crew were top notch. (And we are not the easiest to please according to the wife.) Nor do I usually post reviews as I think many are paid for with free product or discounts. Not the case here. True appreciation for the craftsmanship that they put into their design, color review, and final install. Oh and yes if you have a budget, they actually care and work within it with no pressure. Love this company. Ask for Anthony! You won’t be disappointed

I was coordinating my floors being installed from California, which made it more difficult, but Lanell was able to answer all of my questions and ensure I got the floors I was envisioning within my budget. I went with luxury vinyl and I LOVE the results. The crew was quick, professional, and was able to install the whole house in one day. I highly recommend going with Landers for the quality of products and helpful staff.

This is the second time Landers has installed flooring in our home. About 10 years ago, we had Landers install engineered hardwood floors throughout the upstairs of our home. This flooring still looks great. When we decided to change the flooring downstairs, we immediately called them again. We worked with Lanell Neff and she was awesome. She always answered my many questions. :). The guys who did the installation, Beto and his crew, did a wonderful job. They were always there early and also answered any questions I had. If you are thinking of changing your flooring, Landers is definitely who you need to call!

From our first phone call to our visit at the showroom visit to the final installation, they were the epitome of professionalism. Even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic when many service providers were slowing down their services, Landers worked even harder to make sure the process went smoothly. Our sales representative, Joe McCellon, handled the entire process and never “handed us off” to the next person. At the showroom, Joe showed us multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. Delivery of the product was exactly when they told us it would be. The installation crew completed our entire house in one day. I’ve never seen a crew that was so well organized – and so happy in their work. After the installation, there were no hidden costs; the final invoice was exactly the amount we expected it to be. We would definitely use Landers again and would recommend them to others.

We went with Landers based off recommendations we read online, and personal experiences from friends. It was definitely the right choice! Lanell was patient in guiding us though our many choices. Partway into the process we decided the carpet wed chosen was out of our budget; she helped us decide what was most important in a carpet and find one within our budget. The installation process was professional and tidy. Both the hardwood and carpet were laid in one day. There small hiccup in installation, but Lanell cleared it up no problem. I wouldnt hesitate to use Landers again, or to recommend them to friends. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. Ive included a picture of one of the carpet seams in our hallway as a reference.

I needed my entire upstairs (and stairs included) re-done with new carpet. I did my research and ultimately decided to go with Landers. Joe helped us pick the best option/style and went over some details that we hadnt considered. (darker vs. lighter color changing the mood up there, ease of cleaning, etc.) Ended up getting a thicker pad as well as a thicker pile so the end result is just awesome. Even during these crazy times, we got it all installed on the date we asked for on the first consultation. The crew that installed it knocked it out without a single issue. Joe even walked through beforehand to show me where the seams would be but I honestly cant tell where they are... Id definitely recommend them for service, product and price. We couldnt be happier with the entire experience!

I am 50/50 regarding this company. The process of picking out the tile and working with the salesman was great. However, installation was a mess. We had them replace carpet with porcelain tile in the office, master bedroom and closet. After they started the installation 2 days late, things seemed to be going well. I was home but I stayed out of the way. The installers were very nice. I did notice on the first day they did not lay anything on the floor from the front door to the rooms they were working in. I had to clean the floor after they left each day. On the 3rd and last day (Friday) of installation I checked the floors closely. The first thing I noticed was the baseboards in all 3 rooms were a mess. There were dirty water drops and a lot of grout smeared on them. I also swept the floors that night, with a Swiffer and they were totally dirty. We swept the office twice, then my husband got on his hands and knees and cleaned the tile with water and tile cleaner. It was still dirty. We called and sent several pictures to our rep at Landers and he said he would talk to the installers and the owner. He sent the installers out the following Monday to clean the mess. When they got here, I showed them how bad the baseboards were. He tried to blame it on the carpet installers. (Our house is only 2 ½ years old) Plus, carpet does not need water or grout. Then he blamed his assistant. They stayed for about 2 hours. Basically, all they did was wash the tile again and fill in a few of the chips. One of chips was repaired but they smeared the grout all over the tile. We cleaned that as well. I called Landers again and told them it still wasn’t clean and I told them we would take care of it. My husband ended up re-painting all of the baseboards. Landers said “Sorry” and charged the rest of the cost that day. In the end I would not recommend Landers. They are not worth the headache.Now that everything is clean (thanks to us) it looks great.

Brought samples to our house. Listened to our input and prepared other suggestions to help us make a decision between tile and hardwood for our living room, kitchen and master bedroom. During the measurement Anthony made sure to think through all possible decisions that needed to be made to support a smooth install.The installation crew was efficient and did a wonderful job getting the floors prepped, installed and cleaned. It was helpful to be at the house during the install but we were frankly in the way while the team efficiently worked through the installation process. Great communication throughout, suggestions how to handle small adjustments that needed to be made to accommodate our older home and they didnt leave until the job was completely done and our expectations met.Following the install Anthony followed up and made sure that our questions were addressed and we were 110% satisfied with the floors and install. We decided to work with Landers because they own the process from choosing flooring to the install process and we are glad we did. The Landers team treated us as a valued customer and we couldnt be more pleased with our new floor and baseboards.

We bought flooring with Landers over ten years ago. My carpet has stretched over the years and needed tightening. No way did I think this was part of the warranty but I was so wrong! Landers came out for free and did such an amazing job. Love a company that stands behind their product no matter how much time has passed! Highly recommend!

Both Anthony and Landers Premier Flooring rock! We just finished our third flooring project with them (done over the past decade) and they did a stellar job again. Crews were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony helped us make multiple changes to both selection and schedule given that we have a very active family with two young boys. Because of his professionalism, respectfulness, helpfulness, knowledge, and a non pushy sales attitude, I decided to follow him when I became ready to add more flooring. We usesd Landers Flooring to replace all of the carpet in our house. Pet protect was very important to us as we have 3 dogs. Dale helped us choose the right combination of pet protect carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the installers also.

I worked with Josh to put wood floors in my new house. The selection and customer care were great. Having a child playroom in the showroom is a big plus. Josh was patient and low pressure while we tried out a few ideas over the course of a few visits.The job was done quickly and follow up was great. During removal of my old tile floor, a hammer broke, sending a piece into a large sliding glass door, breaking the pane. They had a guy out in a few hours to fix it and I never had to worry about it.I think they may be a bit more expensive than some others, but it is worth it for the peace of mind. The floors are perfect.

We had an awesome experience with Landers!! Dale Markel did an excellent job recommending the right hardwood and carpet for our house. We took estimates from a couple of companies but Dale’s measurements were the most accurate. Others were charging slightly less per Sq Ft but were measuring more. Landers came out to be a much better choice in the grand scheme of things. The best part was installation. We had just a couple of days between closing and move-in and their highly skillful and seasoned crew installed our floors in just one day. We highly recommend Landers for their product selection, turnaround time, and most of all for the knowledge and professionalism of their staff. We will soon be back for more.

Dale H. at Landers was great to work with. Id gone to the big box do-it-yourself stores before going to Landers to shop carpeting and vinyl tile (and installation). I found just what I wanted at Landers at competitive prices. Dale accurately measured the areas and translated what I wanted into a logical job order. The crews did a great installing the Stainmaster carpet and vinyl tile.

We are very pleased with our laundry room tile and installation from Landers Premier Flooring. Joe McCellon interpreted the instructions provided by our decorator, quickly noticed we were getting overwhelmed by the choices and helped us focus on possibilities and kept us informed about a backorder. He was very responsive to text and emails. After the tile was installed and our washer and dryer were eventually delivered, we reinstalled our door only to find the transition molding kept the door from closing. Joe immediately came over to assess the situation and had his team fix the problem the next day.

Had a great experience with one of the sales reps Lanell. I needed to find a particular floor that was rare and she did everything she could to find it. Other competitors didnt even give me a 5 minutes as they had no interest in digging and researching what I was looking for. Her communication, follow up, punctuality and overall customers service was amazing. Great place with a ton of options for a great price. Love this place and in the future will go back when in need of any type of flooring.

Stephanie and team were so helpful and did an amazing job our hardwood floors. We agonized over the decision for months going back and forth trying to find the best price and right floor. When we decided to do the flooring on our second floor, I didnt look anywhere else but Landers. They had done such a great job on our first floor we didnt want to work with anyone else. Dale was very patient helping to make the selection for pet friendly carpet and the installers did a great job.

Landers Flooring is incredible! We had Mohawk carpeting put in throughout the house. It got a stain that could not be removed. Stephanie worked with Mohawk and they completely re-carpeted the entire house. The installers were perfectionists and the whole crew at Landers is remarkable to work with. They cannot be beat!

We have a two story home, needing about 3000 SF of carpeting to replace our 16 year old carpet, it was time for change. We approached Landers Premier Flooring as well as two other companies for bids. We were down to Landers and another company where we actually found THE carpet we wanted and the price was GREAT! Anthony, our sales rep looked at the other companys sample board and knew right away, they had the same product - under a different name and actually matched the price with the upgraded pad. We were sold and grateful for his diligence in making it easy and seamless (no pun intended) for us.We had to wait for the painters to finish painting the interior of our home, and then a week later, the carpet installation started on a Monday and his crew worked through Wednesday evening. Every detail and cleanup was perfect. The crew vaccummed all carpeting installed and walked through each installed room for our final approval.We were so happy with their service/product that we asked Anthony to measure my mother-in laws home in Lakeway to replace her 6 year old carpeting (builders grade) with a more plush, pleasing choice. Just had new hardwood flooring installed and its so pretty! I am so excited about the finished result. I got a great deal and dealing with the installers was pretty hassle free. I would use Landers Premier Flooring again.

Our new floors are magnificent! Back in August I convinced must husband to consider replacing our worn out carpet in the family area with wood floors--this by no means was an easy feat. I searched several companies’ websites but was impressed with the customer service remarks on Landers. I decided to drop in and see what all the hoopla was about.Great customer service from the moment Josh DeCosmo greeted me. Although I had researched information on wood floors vs. engineered floors, Josh willingly shared his knowledge to ensure me that the decision I made was right for me.Remember this journey started in August. I called back on several occasions but Josh never seemed annoyed that I had more questions to ask. We made our decision the last week in October and installation took place the 1st week in November.But the great news doesnt stop there! The men who installed the floors were phenomenal. Being experts in their craft, the installers made some suggestions that some might think minor; however the devil is in the details. These men were the consummate professionals--prompt, courteous, and left my house spotless.Landers specifically Josh and the crew, thank you for making what could have been a nightmare a great experience.I definitely recommend this company and will use again when I get the go ahead from hubby to get new carpet in the bedrooms!

Great selection of hardwood and laminate flooring. Went into their store thinking we would get hardwood flooring but once I was educated we went with laminate. The staff definitely know their products.

We replaced carpeting with both hard wood and ceramic tile. In doing so existing flooring had to be matched. We worked with Josh DeCosmo, who worked very diligently and was very responsive in finding the matches we needed. The work crews did an excellent installation with a minimum of dust and disruption. The result is a flooring makeover that we are extremely happy with. We would recommend Landers Premier Flooring without any reservation.

We had vinyl flooring installed in two smaller rooms, replacing ancient carpeting. Joe McCellon was the salesperson who helped us. He was knowlegable about the flooring and gave us pros and cons on each option to help us make the final selection. The installers were timely, polite, neat and professional. We have only had the flooring for less than a week but are quite happy with the chage.

When purchasing wood flooring it is important to find a place that you feel comfortable with and that will take the time to give you a detailed estimate!! Landers Premier Flooring did just that!! Cristen (flooring specialist) came out on a Saturday and measured for wood and carpet for the entire house. We received an estimate the very next day (Sunday)!! This was a much different experience than we previously had with Costco!! LPF has competitive pricing and will install your wood floors correctly in ONE DAY!!! We were told by Costco that it would take a week!! Really???LPF did such a beautiful job on the baseboard trim we had them come back and place them in our other two rooms that had carpet. We couldnt be happier with the service and installation of our new floors!Hats off to Cristen and her crew for a FANTASTIC job from start to finish!!!

Despite having a challenging situation of seriously un-level flooring in my second story condo, Landers came in and leveled the flooring and installed engineered wood that looks just fabulous. The existing baseboards were protected and look great with it.Also the travertine tile around the fireplace was done beautifully.Thank you, Landers, for a job very well done.

We were building a new home in Travisso and did not like the overpriced selection at our builders design center. We took standard flooring and hired Landers to rip it all out (tile and carpet) and put in vinyl planks throughout. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was working with family. Anthony worked with me throughout the process and felt like my very own personal assistant. I cannot thank him enough for just how amazingly smooth he made this process for me. He brought in extra samples just to make sure I was completely happy and dealt with me changing installation dates due to building delays. To be honest, they didnt appear at first to be the cheapest for the same product. The key was that the cheap guy down the street inflated his measurement numbers and the amount of product I needed making him dishonest and more expensive than Landers. Dont be fooled by the cheap guy down the street, trust Landers to take care of you. They did everything in 1 day: tile/carpet tear out, floor prep, and installation (cheap guy was going to take 3 days and didnt have the warranty to back his installation like Landers has). Yup, youd be a fool not to see Anthony and get your dream home. Thanks for everything!

We recently replaced the tile in our kitchen and master with natural stone and all the carpet in our 4,600 square foot 2 story home (with 2 staircases and those are not easy) and everything is fabulous.

We had a new floor put down several days ago, after a bad experience about 3 years ago with another installer. To my suprise Pil and the guys at Landers did a wonderful job on my floor. Phil said they would be done the same day and he was right on.They were very careful in all aspects of the install and several days later we are still singing there praises.We will use Landers for all our future flooring needs. Awesome company.Les R
