I truly cant recommend Diana enough! I went to her when I decided fairly last minute that my husband and I wanted to elope, and she created within a little over a month a STUNNING wedding outfit for me. She asked me what I wanted, what colors/fabrics I was drawn to, who and what era I wanted to channel, and then provided a sketch based on everything I said and I knew right away that it was going to be perfection!! She created some high waisted, gorgeous pallazo pants and a cropped tank using the same fabric as the pants, overlaid with a stunning vintage beaded fabric. I have never loved anything more, with the exception of my husband maybe :) Both pieces fit perfectly, were constructed masterfully, and most importantly -- Dianas taste in fashion and design is simply unparalleled. I will also be going to her when we have our official big wedding next year and cannot WAIT to have another outfit made by the immensely talented Diana Deane.

Not only did she manage to create the most magical dress capsule collection - yes, COLLECTION, every piece was custom and this wonder woman did everything remotely in a 6-week timeframe:-A quilted coat which I will wear for the rest of my life-A day-before-ceremony dress with Chantilly lace underlay and hand embroidering of my husbands and my favorite things-The star of the show: an incredible custom wedding gown with the most precious floral cotton lace, delicate and impressive hand-beading, sleeves that made me feel like royalty, and pockets (because every bride needs pockets!) - all designed around my moms headpiece from her wedding-The sweetest veil ever with little hand-made flowers (and I thought I was someone who would never wear a veil)-A whimsical black numbers with tiny bows-A neoprene slip to wear under every outfit (loved that touch)-Bow tie for my husband from the same fabric as my coat-Diana also made recommendations for my hairstyle, helped pick my lip color, and helped me find and create two custom pairs of clogs - she does it all without skipping a beat, and on top of it is incredible humble and kind-hearted.My husband and I got engaged and had a micro-wedding during the pandemic (engaged in June, married in October), and we didnt have much time to get everything together. I reached out to Diana on a Sunday afternoon, after my mom (a very talented seamstress herself) decided that she was in over her head with my wedding dress alterations. Diana responded within five minutes, and had a price quote and scheduling options back to me within the hour. We were under a massive time crunch, and even had Snowmageddon hit right before my appointment, delaying everything by another week. Diana remained in constant communication, keeping me at ease as a thousand other variables entered into the mix.Diana is a consummate professional and sincerely kind human, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had an amazing experience working with Diana to alter my wedding dress. I had a particular dress in mind, and could only find it a larger size. She was able to recut/resize based on pictures of another bride in the dress and pictures of the dress on me. The dress is PERFECT now.Even though we were under quarantine, Diana made the process super seamless. I really appreciated the attention to customer service and also to detail.I highly recommend Diana for alterations or wedding dress designing. Shes extremely talented and also amazing to work with.

Diane Deane has such a warm spirit which is felt as soon as you walk in. Diane’s alterations were absolutely perfect. The first time I met her I explained that I wanted to be able to wear my dress repeatedly and not just have a one day wedding dress. Before I walked out of the shop, she had a plan in place to create two dresses out of one. Diane attended to every detail and provided impeccable service every step of the way.
