I had an incredible experience with Belle Saison Bridal! My sister got her dress here and we had such a great time with Faith picking it out, so when it was my turn to get married, I made sure they were on my dress shopping list. I scheduled an appointment with Faith and tried on a ton of dresses, but finally found the one! Long story short, Im short, but with the heels I was planning to wear, the dress size/length we ordered would be perfect. The manufacturer accidentally sent the wrong length of dress, so when we finally got it in and I tried it on, it was 3 inches too long and I was tripping over it. Belle Saison figured out what happened and was so helpful in getting it sent back and getting the right one in! Since then Ive recommended Belle Saison, and Faith specifically if shes available, to SO many friends, family members, acquaintances, and every single one of them ended up finding their dress there! Love this shop and the people that work there!

Faith is who assisted me and she was out of this world amazing!!!! I had a very short timeframe and not the biggest budget. She listened to what I wanted, but did convince me to just try something that met my requirements, but also pushed me out of my comfort zone. I ended up going with her pick!!! I had the best experience at Belle Saison! They had the widest selection of dresses of all the shops I went to, and my consultant, Faith, made all the difference! She took the time to review the inspiration photos I had sent prior to the appointment, so when I walked in, she already had dresses pulled and knew exactly what I was looking for. She let us browse around the store for a bit, but let us know which sections to look in to fit my budget, so we werent overwhelmed by all the choices. Throughout the appointment, she gave honest feedback and helpful advice, while still hanging back enough to let my friends, family, and myself voice our opinions freely. She was extremely organized, professional, not pushy at all, and just so kind and friendly! Having a great consultant is an extremely important part of the dress shopping process, and Faith was the best! We found my dream dress at Belle Saison and I couldnt be happier!

Iliana was so great and this is my absolute fav bridal store in Austin. I may have found my dress at another store but even if I go with that, belle saison had the widest selection and multiple dresses that are in the running for first or close second. The attendants were pumped to help and had a great attitude. The prices were very reasonable. The sales were great. No one pressured you to go home with anything that day. They had some great sparkly and Art Deco dresses which were my style and they didn’t try to steer me into styles that I didn’t want.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and made it a great experience. The gowns are beautiful! I found my dream dress there.

First off, let me start this off by saying I have been to 5 bridal salons and this place was my FAVORITE. I was treated very nicely and my consultant, Faith was a bridal angel! She went above and beyond for my family and I. Overall, the customer service was great, nice layout of the salon, and many areas to try on. At some places, there was only one area. Belle Saison Bridal is amazing. I had been to two other bridal stores and they just didnt compare! When I first walked in, I knew Id find my dress here. I was helped by Faith and we had found my dress that very same day. She was so amazing and understanding about what I did and didnt want. She worked with me on my budget and didnt force me to try on anything, unlike the previous stores I went to. I would absolutely recommend them because they are wonderful!! Iliana at Belle Saison was an amazing bridal attendant! I visited five bridal shops in Austin and Belle Saison was my favorite experience. Large dress selection and plenty of room for trying on, modeling for family members, taking a “stroll” around the store to see how a dress felt on. Iliana and the Belle Saison team were so patient and welcoming, even though my desired style changed significantly over two appointments. Not all bridal shops warmly welcomed brides back for second appointments, but Belle Saison was understanding and encouraging of the fact that dress selection really is a big decision that some brides need to ponder on for more time.Iliana has an eye for detail and really helped me realize the specific dress features I was most drawn to that I wasn’t able to identify my own, as well as the dress features that naturally complimented my body type in subtle but significant ways (without discouraging any of the options I liked). She was also knowledgeable about different designers and modifications they may be able to make to decrease the need for size or style preference alterations such as longer straps/removal of straps, shortening of dress, adding or removing a layer of tulle.I ended up finding my dream dress that I had tried on at Belle Saison on resale (which felt like fate) for too good a price to pass up, so I did not end up saying yes to the dress at Belle Saison, but I would have happily given them my business otherwise and may return to shop for bridal accessories in upcoming months. My best friend and I came here to find her a dress for her wedding next April. Her consultant was Faith and she was great. Very friendly and super sweet. I personally also work in bridal as well and the experience was perfect. Faith was very knowledgeable and did not push. This place is amazing! Faith was the one that was helping me find my wedding dress. She emailed me and asked about what was I looking for in a dress. She went around the store and got all of the dresses that were similar to the style that I want. I was so amazed and happy that she put so much effort into helping me. I came out of town from Louisiana to find my dress and Belle Saison was the first shop I went to. They had a really good selection of gowns. Was able to find my bridesmaid dresses here also. So it’s a one stop shop! Faith was my consultant and she was so nice! I absolutely loved Belle Saison. It was the first store I looked at to buy my wedding dress and the only. The attendant was super knowledgeable and was able to pull dresses I hadnt originally looked at based on what I was/wasnt liking in the first ones. I ended up buying a dress I never would have picked out myself and I only had to try on like 10 dresses. They even offered to pay the cancellation fee for another dress appointment that day. They also let me come back another weekend to try it on and show it to a few bridesmaids in town. They also allowed a few more people to come with me than most of the stores I looked at. And I get a discount on pretty much everything else in the store because I bought my dress there. Overall I loved shopping here and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect dress!

Belle Saison is the best bridal salon in ATX! I went to several other salons and most were out of my price range with a very limited selection. Belle Saison has an amazing, wide selection of dresses that are both BEAUITFUL and reasonably priced! All the ladies that work there are awesome, but Faith is the best! Shes kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She helped me try on so many dresses and had helpful input until I found my dream dress, that I was able to customize! My dress came in early and they took such great care of it. I highly recommend Belle Saison!

I have literally had the best experience with Belle Saison. Faith helped me say yes to the dress after a not so wonderful experience at David’s Bridal. She took her time and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, so that I could choose the perfect dress. She has been here with me every step of the ordering process and has even followed up after to check in. They helped me get the proper veil I needed when the designer shipped the wrong one. They have literally just been amazing from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Belle Saison. Amy was not nearly as helpful as I was hoping for (especially based off previous reviews). The appointment started with her asking me briefly what style of dress I was interested in and then she had my sister and I pull dresses. This was the first red flag. I was hoping (as was the case when I tried on dresses at another boutique) that based off the pictures I showed she would pull the dresses that most closely fit my style. This was frustrating as there were hundreds of dresses to choose from and they can look very different on the rack vs. tried on. While Amy was friendly, she seemed rushed and somewhat curt. Even if they didnt have exactly what I wanted Belle Saison could have created a great experience that would have made me wish I did get my dress from their boutique. This didnt happen.

Belle Saison is a fantastic store with soooo much to select from! I went to quite a few stores before them, but found a lot more options here. Highly recommend! Not only do they have amazing customer service, but the owner herself let me pick up my dress in Austin while coming in from out of town when they were closed. So as a COVID bride, couldnt thank them enough for their flexibility and willingness to help. 5 stars!

I loved my experience at Belle Saison Bridal! Faith reached out to me personally the day before my appointment and asked for pictures of my style. When I called the day of my appointment to see if I could get in early, she was so friendly and happy to serve us as soon as possible! She was wonderful to work with. This boutique has the most beautiful dresses. I found the one after trying on a total of two dresses and they continued to let me try more on to make sure it was perfect for me.

This aint it sis. So some backstory when i originally made the appointment, i asked if any dresses came in black and was told yes. When i got there no masks were required, They only had maybe 10 to 15 dresses in my size, and my consultant was not very tentative. When i told the consultant that i was looking for something in black, she said they didnt have anything that came in black, I said oh well thats fine. I knocked on the door for the consultant to come zip me up and she was nowhere to be seen, my sister ended up coming to help me. When I was alone the consultant told me I shouldve called first to make sure they had dresses in black. When I told her I did do that she said well they dont for anything in my size and I should go to a quinceaños store instead to look for one. I found this to be super rude and it really soured my experience. I left feeling super disappointed and I can honestly say I will never suggest this place to anyone else.

Ill start by saying that everyone was very kind at this location. I had visited a handful of bridal stores before my stop at Belle Saison. The set up wasnt as private as most bridal salons, but that comes down to personal preference. As far as gown selection is concerned I wasnt too impressed, but I had also seen many of the gowns before. Had this been my first stop maybe I would have thought differently. Their inventory is very affordable, so that is a huge plus!As far as service is concerned...Our stylist was very kind, but she was not very engaging. My friend was doing a lot of the dress assembling when it came to my train. She didnt really do anything more than average, which is totally fine! Again, that might be a personal preference thing. Overall, the ladies were very kind, but I cant say that I was impressed.

I cant speak enough about the great experience I had here! Beautiful dresses in general, and a larger selection of plus-size dresses than I have seen at most major chains. I came in with very little idea of what I wanted, and my consultant, Faith, was patient as I tried on pretty much every variety of gown that exists in the world. I found a vintage-inspired A-line gown that I loved, but Faith put the icing on the cake when she paired the dress with a stunning lace jacket. I came in 2 more times after that to be SURE that this was my dress, and each time the staff was happy to help. I suggest buying their dress care package, as well - they steamed the dress for me before my bridals and before the wedding, transported my dress to and from the alterations location, and sent the dress off for preservation. A great local Austin shop for any bride!!

This was the best experience in dress shopping. I went to Davids Bridal and attempted to go to Lush Bridal Lounge, but Amy was amazing!!! I said yes to the dress which was about $1400. Faith was absolutely amazing!!! Shes so sweet, extremely patient, and I felt like she fit into our group! I told her my price range, and every time I would step out of it she would find a dress (sometimes better) in my price range! She really listened to my needs and others opinions and within 2 visits helped me find my dress!! Theres absolutely no pressure felt, beautiful place, but their employees are very down to earth! Based on the other reviews I expected a great experience, was excited because I brought my two step daughters to be so they could be part of the fun and it was a huge let down. The person I worked with just could not have been less cold, I am not sure what turned her off us, but something must have. I am more on the lower budget end, but still, I would have expected her to at least be interested in helping us. We ended up leaving after trying on 3 dresses in about 30 minutes and then went to another store that happened to have an opening, and my step daughters to be got the fun helping me find a dress experience that they were expecting.

Horrible customer service. Rushed appointment. Just ok selection. I had a big budget but they kept showing me just so so dresses. Found my dream dress at a salon on the Domain instead!

I found the dress of my dreams at Belle Saison Bridal! I went to 5 different stores around Austin area and found the perfect dress here. Im petite, so I had a very difficult time finding gowns. I am only 52 ft. The lace all over the dress has a unique pattern which wouldve been ruinned if the dress was cut straight across. However, Belle Saison was able to order my dress with specific measurements for my height! How awesome is that?! The dress arrived few months after and it was absolutely stunning. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience at the store. I decided not to do alterations with the recommended seamstress given mixed opinions on reviews. I went to an independent seamstress, one of the best in the area - Victoria McLane (see pictures). I highly recommend her!!!

Faith being an amazing consultant is an understatement! She is beyond amazing at what she does and helped me find my dream dress the exact same day! She listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and put the cherry on top when she put a veil on top of me with a jeweled headband and a bouquet in my hands... I cried... safe to say that was my dress. The other place I went to tried to sell me a dress as is, with a rip through the back of the mesh material. This is the first and last place i looked for a dress. I went in and was blown away with my experience and how many dresses they had. Faith helped me and she was amazing and I couldn’t have imagined that day going any better. Seriously go see Faith you won’t be disappointed.

I booked appointments at three different stores on a Saturday a few weeks back. Belle Saison was my first stop. I wish it ended there! I went on to the other appointments and it just didnt feel the same. The knowledge and care that Faith (my consultant) had, surpassed all others! The dress selection they carried fit many different budgets and styles- like it did for me! I found a dress that matched my vision perfectly and even had enough wiggle room in my budget to add on custom sleeves. I feel so unique in my dress!Wait, did I mention that Faith is the best?? I had tried 3 other stores until a friend recommended Belle Saison. Im so glad I went! I was paired up with Amy. She picked out a few dresses for me to try on, and I found The One in under 30 minutes. The dress I selected is a champagne color, which I never would have picked out on my own, but it looked good with my skin tone. Amy is an expert at clipping the dress to help you visualize how it will look after alterations. I was a novice and assumed Id just be buying the dress off the rack. I didnt realize it had to be ordered and made, so 6 months was barely enough time to have a dress ready. Amy said there wasnt enough time to do custom measurements, but they could order me a standard size with a hem 4 inches shorter than the sample. The hardest part was waiting for the dress to come in! =) It finally arrived about 2 weeks before my wedding, giving me just enough time to get it altered. Fortunately, the hem was the perfect length, as long as I wore about a 3.25 heel, which Amy suggested. My only complaint was that I felt a little pushed to purchase the $89 petticoat without trying it on first. It turned out I did not need it, as the dress was already the right length, and my seamstress did not recommend it. Unfortunately, Belle Saison would not allow me to return it, but hopefully I can sell it to someone and get some money back. I wanted to spend about $1000 on the dress, but I ended up spending $1400, including tax. I have no regrets though. I received so many compliments on my dress. Thank you, Amy!

So excited just ordered my dress with Jessica. She was super helpful the first time around with showing me dresses that were matching what I was looking for. And found the perfect one for me. She was super patient as I tried on several dresses and showing them off to my mom and aunt. After finishing the appointment she didnt pressure me to get the dress and understood this my first time looking for a dress. Two months later I decided the dress I wanted, was the one Jessica showed me. She was more than happy to help me get fitted and the process with seamless. Im very excited for this dress to come in!

Very disappointed with both my shopping trips to this location. My bridal gown try-on was a major let down. Our attendant was very little help, did not ask me questions or pull a lot of dresses that she thought would work for me. I ended up buying my dress at Blue Bridal and was SHOCKED at what a completely different experience it was. They asked me a ton of questions and helped me find my perfect dress! So incredibly helpful. My next shopping trip was for my 10 bridesmaids. As soon as we walked in - I knew we were doomed when I saw we were assigned the same girl. She basically just told us we could try stuff on. No help with colors, input or pricing. We ended up leaving that appointment early and heading to The Bridesmaid Store where yet again we were completely shocked by how helpful and informative they were. Maybe I just got unlucky and got stuck with a bad employee, I am not sure but its unacceptable and bad for business.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I worked with Faith when looking for my wedding dress. She was so sweet and genuine. She was really determined to help me find the dress that was right for me! I was torn between two beautiful dresses, bought one, and over night changed my mind. Faith and the other staff were so accommodating and made it so easy for me to exchange one beautiful dress for my perfect dress. Definitely would recommend this place to any soon to be bride!

My best friend is getting married so we started looking at bridal shops. Her mother said that Belle Saison Bridal was great. So we made an appointment for 10AM. We live all the way down in San Antonio. Its a 2 hour drive to get to the shop. So we drive all the way up to Austin through morning traffic to get there on time. When we get there the store was closed. The lady was LATE! Then she told us our appointment was at NOON and that WE wrote it down wrong! They told us to go get breakfast until noon. She then said they dont start appointments until 10:15am! There was another woman there whos appointment was at 10am! She didnt even try to accommodate us until after we decided to cancel the appointment! Worst service ever!

I just purchased my gown here. I initially went on a Friday morning. Sarah was my consultant. She was so helpful. This was my first time trying on wedding gowns so I truly had no idea where to begin. She helped me through the process and eventually helped me figure out what I liked and didnt like and subsequently made wonderful suggestions of other gowns to try. She was not pushy and I felt no pressure. She really made the entire process so comfortable. I came back two days later to look (again) at one of those original dresses and she squeezed me in between appointments. I bought a dress that I love! Thank you to Sarah and the other kind and helpful staff. I highly suggest you check out this salon.

They had a lot of really pretty wedding dresses! I saw this pink one and it was so cute! But unfortunately they like most wedding dresses,were really expensive!

This was my very first time stepping into a bridal store to begin what I assumed was going to be a long and tedious journey. After trying on everything Id originally thought I wanted, Faith, the amazing girl who helped me today, brought out 3 totally different dresses I absolutely never would have selected myself. We actually had 2 the ones but the second was the clear winner. It was so painless and easy and I found an absolutely stunning dress that exceeded all of my expectations. She went above and beyond making this day special for me, even braiding my hair in the style Im planning on having for the wedding and really giving everyone all the feels. This place is very accommodating. My friend (the bride) needed a last minute appointment since she was visiting from out of town and they made a spot available. We were even there a little after they closed. We didnt feel rushed one bit. They took their time with her helping her to find the right dress. This was the first dress place she went to and found her dress there. She tried on her first dress and fell in love. They have a large variety of dresses to choose from. One thing to keep in mind is that it takes like 4 months for the dress to come in and another two months for alterations if needed. Plan accordingly.

I LOVE this place. The staff really know what they are doing! Im a VERY picky shopper, but within five dresses they picked out the PERFECT dress for me. They are also great about staying in your budget. You have to at least try this place out. They wont disappoint!

I had a good idea in mind of what I was looking for in a wedding dress and had already been to 3 or 4 other bridal shops before going to Belle Saison. I was pleasantly impressed - they have an HUGE selection of a wide variety of designers. Kat helped me with the dress selection and she helped keep everything relaxed and running smoothly. They also host trunk shows of particular designers and I was able to try on more dresses from the designer I was interested in before I ordered the final choice. They even remembered me by name when I went to pick up the dress once it arrived. Great work everyone!

You would expect good customer service from a bridal salon, but what I experienced went far beyond those expectations. My consultant, Amy, was patient and professional. She was encouraging if I wanted to try on different styles than what I said I wanted, just to see how they looked. But made sure to never bring me a dress over the budget I had given her and was reluctant to pull one dress that my sister liked until she was sure I and my mom were 100% ok trying on a dress over budget. We tried on so many dresses and went over our “time slot” that Amy’s next appointment arrived. However we never felt rushed to leave or make a decision. Most impressive was when it came down to veil. After my dress came in, Amy helped me select a veil and confirmed that it came in Ivory (to match my dress). When the veil arrived it was bright white. Amy immediately got me an appointment so I could try on the veil with the dress to see how it looked… no go. While I was fretting looking through the racks, Amy spoke with her manager and came back to tell me that they were going to do a custom order for me of the beading I wanted on the color veil I wanted at no additional charge. Perfect! An appointment I thought was going to be stressful resolved in 15 minutes! Or so I thought…. A couple of weeks later Amy called to let me know that unfortunately, the manufacturer couldn’t custom make me a veil. However, once again, Amy had proactively gone into problem solving mode, done research, and had already ordered me THREE new veils to try on. Amy’s number one pick was EXACTLY what I had wanted, and again, no additional cost to me! I was so impressed by the extra time and effort that was spent finding resolutions to my issues before they even informed me of them. Now THAT’S customer service!

The store ordered my friend the WRONG dress and will not refund her money, or make any accommodations. This is bad business.

Amy was the best!! This was my first appointment for the day and I had a pleasant experience. She really worked with me, made me feel special and important! It was by far my favorite part/day of wedding planning. They were very accommodating to all my guests, even my 4 y/o niece.

Great selection of BEAUTIFUL designer dresses. After listening to my preferences, the associate working with me actually picked out the dress that I ended up purchasing. The experience was short and painless. However, I believe I was measured incorrectly for the dress I bought. I ended up losing six buttons in the back of my dress after all of the alterations were complete. I wish they had ordered a different size for me so that I wouldnt have had to cut so much of the beautiful lace on the dress during alterations.

I stopped by Belle Saison on 5/14/16. They have such a beautiful selection of dresses! It was hard to pick which ones to try on! Brittany is absolutely wonderful! She listened to me and helped me narrow down my choices. She actually picked the dress I ended up buying. I still had another after them and she by no means pressured me to buy that same day. I went back later in the week to try on my 2 top choices, and again she was so patient with me. I would definitely recommend this bridal salon!

As a bride-to-be, Belle Saison has given me the best experience. Brittany is AMAZING, and she really is my wedding fashion expert. Between helping me not lose sight of the gown that fit best on me, to helping my girls feel beautiful & important in the bridesmaid process too. I am extremely happy with my experience here. They get all my wedding fashion business!

Brittany was awesome. She helped me find my bridesmaid dresses. She was very patient and allowed my bridal party to try on multiple dresses. I also received a great discount on my bridesmaid dresses through the store. Highly recommend this store and would request Brittany!!

Everything with my wedding dress came out perfect! The young lady, Kat, who sized and helped with the trying on the dresses was wonderful. When it comes to the bridesmaids dresses, we had help from a completely different representative, it is a different story.I do not recommend going their for bridesmaid dresses because they are not very accurate with sizes or ordering procedures. The manager also takes no responsibility for her employees and has horrible customer service when you have any problems with orders.

Every staff member here is great, but Brittany is phenomenal! She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows every product in the store. She put together my dress and accessories seamlessly, and with a champagne colored dress that is not an easy task. I went back to her for advice on bridesmaid dresses, shoes, flower girl, MOB, ect. She was helpful with all aspects of my wedding, not just the dress. I highly recommend shopping at Belle Saison for your wedding dress!

I accidentally scheduled an appointment with the other place down the street and had to schedule a time to go in to Belle and do glad I did!!! It was also really nice that they are open late a few days of the week.So I had a great experience, I am average build and they still had tons of options for me to try. Plus Brittney really made a great suggest on a dress that I did not think would be good on my body type, but it was perfect and I said yes to the dress! I have had nothing, but a good experience.Brittney has been super awesome through this process (just got the call that my dress is in). She is very patient with me and seems to make me feel like I am the only bride she has.A big thank you!

The dresses in the store were beautiful, I will say that. I was a little put off when the consultant immediately asked my budget and basically told me that it was too low. She wasnt really helpful with finding dresses. In the end, my mother found a single dress I really liked that was in my budget, but I ended up buying a different dress from a different salon that was much more helpful and accommodating.

The ladies there were awesome. They have a fairly large selection. Will definitely be going back.

They have a decent collection of dresses. Starting in $900s. didnt have a pleasant experience. I booked a store sample dress and when I went to pick it up, they wanted to hold on to it for another day for a different customer to try on. It wouldnt have bothered me if they were polite about it - the lady in charge of the store was outright rude.

I went to Belle Saison because they have a large selection of dresses for all budgets. They didnt respond to my first request for an appointment through their website, so I visited other bridal salons first and then requested an appointment again, to which they did respond. Despite their large selection, I didnt find many dresses that were my style, but the dresses that I did find were beautiful. I was given a few tags to designate dresses I wanted to try, and my consultant found a couple more. Unfortunately, my consultant didnt seem interested in being at work that day, seemed really bored, and was the only consultant I met of all the bridal salons I visited that pressured a quick decision, but she answered any questions that I asked. The mirrors inside and outside the dressing room are well-lit. Parking was easy. Although the two dresses I liked were beautiful, I was turned off from the shop by then.

I am a Wedding Planner and I feel very blessed to have found Belle Saison! Faith was out of this world, she assisted us with our every question, whim, want, and need.This day and age it is almost impossible to find a place like this, instead you get a cookie cutter store where you are treated more like cattle in the stockyards. The prices are more than reasonable here! They are comparable to the Big Names in the Business! Thank you so much for everything. You can bet I will be back with another Bride soon!!!

Had a wonderful experience and found a beautiful dress that I absolutely loved. The bridal consultant was helpful but not overbearing as can be the case in other salons. I highly recommend this shop!

I Just purchased my wedding dress from Belle Saison. I worked with Brittany and she was AMAZING! She was very personable and knew exactly what I was looking for! They definitely make you feel special when you come in!

I was let down by the customer service. Clearly not understanding of mothers with young children.While going into my first dress shopping experience, should be exciting and fun with my best friend and mother. Well my mother wasnt able to come, so it was just my best friend, my daughter & myself. We tried to prepare as best as we could making sure the baby was fed, napped, and had a fresh diaper. All before leaving, my 11 month old started having a meltdown 5 minutes into the appointment, I tried on 2 dresses, all while trying to help soothe my child. The consultant Amy was sweet, and suggested/asked if we would like to come back at a different time, and I said yes of course, and apologized, while getting dressed to go. Well in the time that I was getting dressed and my best friend was watching the baby, some older woman came up and said something inaudible, when the best friend asked what? The older woman (who worked there) said very loudly, You need to go! I have other customers! and pointed her finger to the door. There was one other person in the store, who clearly was just getting the last fitting done, alone mind you... who left one minute after we did.After calling back and asking who this older woman was, whether that be a manager or owner, turns out that she IS the OWNER, and had nothing to say to me, nor tried calling me back. (While Amy - the consultant - stayed completely professional and apologetic.)So that being said, we will not be purchasing from a store, who clearly doesnt see my value as a customer equal to ANY/EVERY OTHER CLIENT, and does not know how to properly handle situations.

Tiffany was kind and courteous throughout my appointment. I had my mom and bridesmaids with me and she made it fun for all of us. I ended up buying my dress here and it comes in next month! I definitely recommend stopping by. Everyone I encountered was professional and they have a large selection of gowns for anyones budget.

Shopping for a wedding dress was much more overwhelming than I thought it was going to be. Belle Saison was the first stop on my list of bridal stores to try on dresses and its where I felt the most comfortable! Brittany is AMAZING! She let my party and I walk around a look at everything and when we tried on dresses she listened to everything I loved about them and helped me narrow it down to what I really loved. She even picked out the dress I fell in love with and ordered! With all the stress of trying to pick a dress, it was nice to have someone helping me who knew exactly what I wanted! Its like she took the picture in my head and made it reality! I highly recommend Belle Saison!

Walked in to find a wedding dress. Nobody helped or even acknowledged us. They weren’t busy, so they were just being rude.

You could tell the girls at the counter did not want to be at work and it should in the lack of customer service. They were unwilling to help. When we asked if someone could help and if we could try on a dress they stated we needed to make an appointment even though there was NO ONE in the store, it was EMPTY! I would not recommend this store, they left very little to be desired.
