This place smells of all kinds of shadiness. Usually these people are from a different country and they’re running your credit card on an app that has no return address. If you do decide to give them your credit card for some eye cream they deserve your money more then you do.

I was in Barton Creek recently and was offered some free samples as I was walking by. I made the mistake of accepting them, as directly after, the sales woman legged it into the shop to ‘find’ something and beckoned me inside. There, I was made to sit down to have eye cream applied.This worked well, though left my under-eye area feeling like very fine sandpaper. Initially I was impressed and must have shown it, for a hundred pictures of previously-improved clients were dragged across an IPad. Lots of chatter about how amazing and cheap it was compared to Botox, and effusive compliments for my skin.I found this approach empty and decided to engage the sales woman with some talk about the ingredients list and how it worked. Twice she repeated some statement about how salt attracts water from the skin. I asked if there was any other treatment used to produce the results, and was regaled with tales of their red-light machine.I said that I had red-light at home, and was told that they also use blue light (because they’re actually a med-spa), which decreases blood flow to the skin and doesn’t help with tissue repair.When I made it clear that I wanted to look into the product line and verify any claims, another sales woman appeared to compound the hard and aggressive sell, and got some insults into the patter. I left thankful that my credit card never left my wallet.Bottom line: they wanted $699 for 15 ml of questionable product, and wanted it there and then. I literally had to inch my way out of there against a wall of aggressive sales twaddle.I looked online to see reviews; they make for very creepy reading. It’s a MLM scam by all accounts. Do yourself a favor and politely decline anything offered by this crowd.

After me sitting down in front of James Avery, they keep asking and begging people to come try they stuff. There’s this one guy who keep bugging a man after he said “No thank you” 2-4 times. I never seen a store so desperate for people. And plus the people that work there don’t wear masks at all.

Absolutely love their products! The products are well worth the money you spend on them. I use to have wrinkles around my eyes & a dark spot on my cheek. Since I have been using their products I no longer have wrinkles around my eyes & the dark spot has disappeared! Everyone always compliments me on my skin & thinks Im 20 years younger than I am. I get facials here also & they are the most wonderful experience you can have! All the employees are wonderful and I love them all!

I live life in the fast line and so I don’t really pay much attention to people offering samples outside of their store. However, when Jiovanni approached it felt different and helpful. Because of this I found myself sitting down and listening to their suggestions and they where right on the dot. I needed some eye cream. The product worked and even thought the price was on the high end I found it completely worth it.

I literally have to plan my route in Barton Creek Mall in order not to have a run in with these people. I do not want a sample...ever. I cant tell you how many times i have had to almost run by this stand just so i can get where i am going without getting pounced on. I now feel like i need to find another location to do my shopping. Its terrible.

My friend Jessica has been raving about this store constantly so I finally got around to visiting it on Saturday, and I loved it. Great creams, great moisturizers, and their fragrances are to die for. Spoke with Tony and he was very helpful and I’m definitely a customer now.

This store is absolutely great! I have seen amazing results in just 1 week. There’s something different about this skin cream and I’m amazed at how effective it’s been for me. I was approached by Igor at the Barton Creek mall in Austin and decided to try it and I never imagined I’d buy such a high skin cream, but it works. I’m relieved I don’t have to go through dozens of creams and spend all that money and time. It made sense to use Tresor Rare products and I’m glad I took the chance.

I was impress by the young man that helped me. He was patience and very nice. After I left he called and asked me to come back so the founder could see the results.This man was completely different. He brought me back to a room and was more interested in trying to sell me an upgrade and when I said no, he pushed his chair back against the wall and through up his arm saying like well there is nothing I can do if you do not care about your skin and open the door and walked out in front of me. Not really professional. I am glad I did not meet him before I purchased the product.We own a business in Austin and do not believe this is how one should be treated.

Great staff. The products are amazing! They work so fast, I recommend the 60 sec eye lift, and the BX, not cheap, but worth evrey penny. Ask for any promotion, they do have specials ;).There customer service is great .Sean is very nice . I tried a lot of skin care that are high in the market, and realized, that they didnt do any different, when I tried the eye lift I just saw it in one min . Im using it for a while now, and surprised every time .They deserve this five stars .

What a great investment in me! I have used the Tresor Rare 60 Second Lift and I love it. Had to try this product in person and I must say I felt like guest when I visited their store. The staff was so accommodating and they made me feel welcome. I sent my friend there, the other day and she was raving about her experience as well.

I know a company needs to have business, but I dont like to be hollared at to come near them. I also feel like I have to avoid this section of the mall because they move around, and would approach you to the directory if you just glance at them to give samples to lure you in to buy the product. I have never been inside, but the persistence which feels like harassment is enough to make me not shop there.

Tresor Rare has to have the best skin product out there. My skin feels great and my skin has never been this smooth. This is the best product out there hands down. Kattya knows what she’s doing and I’m glad I went in when she offered me a sample. The quality of this product is superb!

My girlfriend is always concerned about her skin and her looks and so when we passed the Tresor Rare store in Austin, which we frequent once a year she just had to buy the Blue Sapphire product. She’s a big proponent in that brand and so we ended up buying it for her and while it is a bit pricey, you’d be surprised at the amount of time it lasts. Gotta hand it to Russo you really won us over with the help you gave us. Don’t usually review but my girlfriend looks great!

I went to the Tresor Rare store in London when it opened and thought it was simply the best. I was happy to see that there was a Tresor Rare store in Austin. Went last week my girlfriend and Ann helped us out. Couldn’t be happier with the attention we received and we ended up with some great creams.

BEWARE Scam..Horrible experience after I said no to a $7200.00 deal of the day. Pseudo spa, with front crew to charm people in then try to sell u a MUST have, SAME day high $$ products. Bam I bought one cream told came with a facial that wld test line of product. I agreed then it turned into hard sale/no facial. After a heated exchange in where I was asked to justify why I wouldnt part w $ 7200 Christian *aka owner, world traveler, knows his business yet rude as hell* walked out leaving me with product on my face, napkin around my neck. Spas facials can be high $$. Ive paid for quality product /service, but this was outrageously ridiculous.

The daily and weekly luxury skin care regimens from Tresor Rare are a line of products designed to decrease fine lines, wrinkles, and undereye circles. They are also made to firm, fill and plump. I have used the daily and weekly regimens for over two months now and have experienced significant results. I love everything about the luxury skin care lines I purchased. I love the productrs so much I want to use them more than is instructed.
