I just moved to Austin 3 days ago from Dallas Texas and I was needed to buy a lace wig. You won’t believe it but I went to 4 other beauty store and they were the BEST BEAUTY SUPPLY IN ATX!! Best hair store in Austin for weave. Their pricing on wigs, and human hair is the cheapest all around the board in austin. I believe their lace fronts are cheap as well. Ive also noticed the quality is the same if not better than other hair stores. I love this hair store for buying weave.

The place is kind of cluttered so theres no way to keep a 6ft distance for someone else. However, the do have a wide selection of affordable hair. And a decent selection of hair products.

I walk into this place and it was amazing first of all the owner is absolutely wonderful she is so helpful so happy so courteous I cant say enough goodness about this lady she is unbelievable she has the best quality the best selection and it literally the best of everything that Ive ever ever seen in any shop here in Austin and Im not exaggerating she has the best of everything is he is the best owner of all these places in all of Austin wonderful wonderful shot I recommend anybody and everybody to go to this place and Shop is cut makeup gift everything you can think of that you need its a wonderful

This place!!!! Oh my gosh!!!! I am new to Austin from Salt Lake and the variety. I cried, literally at Gods goodness for leading me here and the explosion of hair and products! The employees are so nice and more than willing to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive been coming here for years, one of the owners (lady) is always sweet. But last night I went in for a wig and one of the workers wasnt very helpful and actually a little rude. The wig I wanted was sold out, the only one available was the on people try on (they give you a 15% discount). But the condition of the wig at the nape was Horrible!! I wish I could post pic! Im like thats it, and the worker was like you dont have to buy it! Ummm excuse me, I know that but Im NOT a wig person and it was the only one that looked decent. And Big Joys was closed. So needless to say Ill only be buying lashes if that from here on out. They wont get my good coins!😂

Mgr was very nice and helpful.

Crowded and alarming. Especially when I already feel like a suspect from the moment I hit the door with signs on the front door and everything in the building reminding me not to steal. This is closer but I would drive all the way to Pflugerville to pick up what I need. Customer service, greetings and friendly people means everything to me at a place where Im spending my money.

They barely have anything, people follow you around the store and they’re overpriced.

My shopping experience today was great! This was my first time purchasing a wig. The customer service at this location was exceptional! I walked away feeling pleased, good service, right price and I know that Ill be cute when I wear my new best friend.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Only been to this store about four times and never had a problem. However the last time was the very last time I or my family will ever go to this store. The owner (a man) displayed very poor customer service in front of myself and my family........he was very rude and not helpful at all. I have never in my 39 years of life experienced this in a place of business. Needless to say I took my hard earned money to another beauty supply store right down the street where the owner and the young ladies that worked in the place of business all displayed excellent customer service and was very helpful to myself and my family, plus the prices and organization was far more better!

Very poor customer service. The owner (male) was extremely rude and refused to honor a discount because he made a mistake. Needless to say I bought a full human hair wig, or so I thought! One month after having it, it’s completely matted, even with proper care. The wig was over $200.. even my synthetic wig has lasted longer! Went to a new beauty shop that answered all my questions, let me try on multiple looks, and I walked away with a full human hair wig!

The owner here is so sweet! She treats her customers really well and remembers me everytime I come. The prices are also pretty fair and they have a wide selection of hair and hair supplies.

Poor treatment of customers! I cannot understand how they expect me to spend my money in their store when they unnecessarily spoke so rudely to me. There are so many other beauty supply stores around. I have never been treated poorly at any of them! I will never come back to this one. Never.

I visited a few months ago, I was in town visiting for a work event and needed some last minute hair products. I did a google search and this popped up. Very bad customer service and they are not familiar with their products or location of such product. I asked where to find a particular shampoo and I was pointed down a particular isle. With no assistance, but you can follow me around while I search! If you could of hair helped me it would save your ignorance! Don’t shop here... they are useless. It’s a shame what this world has come to!

I’m in town for SXSW. I want to change my look up for a party. I google mapped this location, and found it ok with Uber. It was not easy to find this location because it is nestled in the back corner of the oblong parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was not a good selection on wigs. I had to buy the last one on the shelf. They did give me some free accessories, so it wasn’t that bad

The lady there is soooo nice.👏🏾 I forgot I had a 7 AM hair appointment & Their store was closing within 2 minutes and I called to let them know I was OMW but stuck in traffic and the staff waited until 8:15PM to let me come in and buy my braiding hair (for a good price) 👌🏾

I used to like this store; however, after the rudeness from the owner because we accidentally broke an already broken bottle of 4.49 hair dye when it fell off the shelf, I will never go back! Accidents happen. Because they were having a sale, the dye was in disarray and picked over. I would have paid - no problem, but he started in with the nastiness immediately. Part of business owning is respecting your customers, not harassing them for an accident that could have been prevented had the store been a little cleaner

My autistic son Mitch came into your store to get a wig for himself. I dont judge him I let him be his little gay self, he brought his monkey friend with him and were not even allowed to buy. The mean Azian lady would no let them buy.. no let them buy.. She throw them out like she fight for her azian people. Manager should be fired, store should be shut down. Also why do the girls in the posters have grills? Pretty racists if u ask me

No one really helps you. They point. Say one thing then theyre gone. Most of the wig displays are tracks so they dont even come in wigs. Everything was crammed and dirty, Id never use them again nor would I recommended them to anyone.
