Idk about anyone else but I absolutely love this place! EVERY TIME I walk in, I’m greeted! They are so helpful! I bought a nail table here and was discounted because of a small scratch! But they carried it to my truck. I only get basic products and I’m always satisfied.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy nail products. Large selections and employees will help if you have any questions or concerns. They will try to give you the best deals they can. Also offers bundle deals for big purchases.

Nicest people I know and their price are very reasonable. In the nail industry prices always fluctuate especially during this time of this pandemic but they will always give you the best deal. Highly recommend anyone to shop with them.

No prices on any items. Whatever they say is the price. Asked two staff how much they are for the exactly same items. They said different prices for THREE items. One was off by $10, another one $5 and $1. On the receipt, it shows the purchase is final and no exchange or refunds. Stay away from this shady business!

Poor quality products, poor customer service! Good nail polish selection.I bought a hard steel cuticle nipper. I trimmed three nails cuticles, before the top point fell off. The spring that is used to separate the handles and give tension when squeezing together was loose it just jiggled back-and-forth. Very poor quality.I asked to exchange it first time use simply was told I sold it in good condition you are too rough. No exchanges of any kind and no refunds. And that it was cheap or maybe she said I was cheap still not clear on that part.I get my nails done twice a month just had some cuticle sticking out because of excessive handwashing due to COVID-19. My cuticles are not rough enough to break steal. I spent $50 on products. Meanwhile I found a similar product at five below for less than half of the price of this one. And it works.

So Sunday after finding out what happened I needed to do some retail therapy. I love nails so I went to Austin Nail Supply & Beauty Equipment and got THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. First I walk in and no one greets me. The store is big enough for mw to see it in its entirety when you walk in. I had to ask the same man for help 3 different times. Next issue, the man followed me in the store through EVERY isle I walked. I placed my purse on the ground and what do you know I stop getting followed. Next absolutely nothing has a price tag on it so overtime I find myself interested in something I have to ask at least twice how much is this? Lastly, there was an asian lady who checked out before me and the cashier greeted her with the utmost respect and told her Happy New Year. When I get to the register she doesnt even speak to me. As I was paying I said Happy New Year and still nothing. Could have at least said thank you! I will never be spending my hard earned cash where I can get a shrivel of respect. Dont open a shop if you have customer service skills. I dont want to say it was because I was black; however I wasnt rude I was a simple customer who couldve spent more! If I could leave no stars I would!

1) very rude/horrible customer service.i went with my boyfriend this past weekend to buy more supplies and when we asked where the acrylic nail brushes were located, some man just pointed to the counter, mumbled something, then completely ignored us and walked away.2) racially profiling.we went by the front counter and this lady popped out of nowhere, said how may i help you and she looked me up and down and immediately said we only sell to professionals but when she was talking to another woman of the same race, she gave her all smiles and good customer service.3) not a public supplier store.i came to this store excited for more supplies but there was no notice anywhere that you had to have a license to purchase anything here.

This place changes the price every time I come here. I literally have to remind them every time that Ive been here before and I know what they actually charge. Not only that but when paying cash they try to short change me. I only come here when I absolutely need something...emergency cases. I definitely do not recommend to anyone. If you can drive to San Antonio better stores better service

I come here all the time and Tina the owner is great. They have the a wide selection of items and can order items if there is something in particular that you are looking for and they dont have it.Some items wont have the price on it, but Tina will always tell you the price, and most items have a deal, if you purchase so many items you get something free, etc. You cant beat the prices here, even the other nail supply shop in the area charges more and has a smaller selection of items.I have been a regular customer here from their previous location, and I prefer this location it is a one stop shop now. There is usually front row parking as well and thats great for getting in and out.

Bad service, I was under the impression that this store was open to the public. They don’t have a sign saying that you need a license to purchase, I’ve been to another supply store nearby and it is open to public. The lady was rude and when I came up to the counter to pay for some gel polishes (2) she asked for a license. She said that you need to have license to buy at nail tech prices, which I proceeded to inform hair that I wasn’t asking for special prices and if she felt that she couldn’t sell me the stuff that I could just leave. She was very rude.

I was ready to spend $500 on supplies. they had a lot of great item selection the only problem is nothing had a price on it and if it did I couldnt find it I had to keep asking every single item that I wanted to buy on how much it was.every time I had asked the person up in front he was confused on what I was asking for it was a little frustrating. I walked around the store and I finally just gave up. I bought about two items and left. I most likely will never ever come back here Ill just either go to another beauty supply store or end up ordering my products online.

My frist time shopping at this location. The associates who work at this location are a bit rude. Dont have no manners. The hole time i was shopping around to restock on suplys the associates where talking in their maiden language along with costumers who spoke the maiden language. Cleary was noticeable they where talking about me. Not much of a care i had; because i was restocking. I asked multiple people who spoke the same maiden language if they work here. The last person guided me to the couter: wow. No costumer service. I said multiple times excuse me, and im sorry. Not only bc the associates didnt have costumer service to offer me a basket. .Never did the cashier asked for my sate license for a discount at check out .But made a receipt with out filling out every thing but the date. Lol Fyi this was around 6:30 6/16/18 Thanks for the Products :)) also mention i would be going to salys (instant disscount for only been a member)not for the state lice. I assure Nail Supply if you ask evey costumer for a sate license your profit will increase. Also dont judge your clientele;not only maiden languages can shop @ your location?

I’m never been racially profiled in my life until the day that I walked in this door as soon as I walk there I asked the man for help where are the nail tip located he acted like if he did not understand me and I had to ask him multiple times he took me to the nails that we’re down at the ground the worst looking ones that I have ever seen So as soon as it happened I automatically thought oh well I’m gonna have to help my and walk around there once I actually found were the nails were and he actually had a lot of them I was so shocked that he did not lead me to that section instead of leading me to the nails that was on the ground when I finally got to the checkout the man completely ignored me I was there with my boyfriend and as I was trying to buy my merchandise I told him OK this is all that I want I want to buy this the man looked at his phone and ignore me for about one minute and I’m just wondering what is going on as soon as I walked out he started speaking in his language I Assumed that he was talking about me I don’t to understand stand why people can be racist to someone that’s trying to buy your merchandise if I’m by your merchandise there’s no reason that you should be rude to me I’ve never been disrespected in my life like that will never go back

Dont come here to buy a nail supply because the product is too old, too bad, and the customer service is bad. The saleswoman checking out is probably the owner who is very cruel and treats customers very badly. Buying a lot of supplies from this place and opening the base gel bottle to use it, it felt like a dense jelly like going back to the shop when the saleswoman talked with a very disrespectful attitude towards the customer and blamed the guest for In the car, while I explained that if you put things in the car, all the tanks are already damaged and not just changed to base on the top. All I want to share with you here so that you do not have to spend any effort to come here to buy the nail supply but also treat bad customer service like that.NEVER EVER COME BACK THIS PLACE. Buy a set of SNS (French dip) including 3 boxes of flour and 7 bottles, exchanged 2 boxes of flour. Pay by debit, the face of the mistress does like people dont pay her.
