This place is a hidden gem at great lakes crossing mall.They have the best Nike clothes, even better that the actual Nike store located in the same mall.Ill always go to champs.

Jennifer and the door greeter today allowed me to get the shoes I been wanted for the past 3 wks. They are amazing

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. An employee said he would check for the shoes after I had waited 15 minutes for the other girl that continued her facetime call instead of helping the other customers and myself, and then the employee checking my shoes walked to the entry looked around came back and said yeah we don’t have these. He never even scanned them to check the inventory. Very unimpressed. Will never return to this location.

Went in looking for some new shoes and all employees were standing around on there cell phones. They only acknowledged someone that they knew.

I arrived at 2 the lady said she was gonna open back up at 3 then she walked out went to the food court can came back and said she would open at 4 then 4 came around and they was still closed I waited till 5 and had enough so I walked out they were the only place closed everything els was open

Clean store, friendly staff, well stocked. The only thing I have to say is that management REALLY needs to stop telling their associates to stand directly in-front of, or over, people when theyre trying on shoes. This makes it REALLY uncomfortable to shop. I felt like I was being watched, hurried, and obtrusive, as if I was taking too long to make a decision. Please correct this.
