The male tall Arabic manager followed me in my husband around the entire store as if we were criminals. I feel as if he racially profiled me and he went on and said something inappropriate in Arabic to another associate assuming I don’t speak it which i don’t but my husband does. Be careful going into this store especially if you are of color he treats you like you are the bottom of his shoe and should be in jail somewhere.

Staff is typically very friendly and accommodating! Though you get a few that are typical to the salesmen style and stay by your side throughout your entire visit. Great finds at great prices! Good quality items and this store always has plenty to look at!

I went in this past Saturday and when I walked in, no one greeted me and let me know of the Holiday specials...I did hear them telling other customers walk in after me. I was annoyed and after about 10 minutes or so a wonderful sales girl named Paige came out from the back, greeted me and gave me the best customer service, she even took my number so that she could call me when other promos or new collections of shoes came out. Kudos to Paige !!!!

I went there to pick up a watch for my wife. I didnt like the customer service much as the employees didnt really entertain me much maybe thinking I wont be buying anything. However, I bought the watch within 5 minutes and my wife loved it. Overall less Choice, but good one in the end. Didnt get a chance to checkout the rest of the store though.

Next time you pay a visit to store, just observe the behavior and attitude of Manager and other staff.My friends use to love the brand MK, but after horrid experiences of this branch they have stopped shopping and promoting this brand.I hope someone is taking cognizance of this location.

A HORRID experience. The Manager, Nadal, is extremely rude, arrogant and speaks in a mocking tone. The other employees kind of just stare in a rude way as well. I drove an hour to get to this store and apply a gift card to a purchase I have already made. The girl at the register was about to do it, but needed manager approval and Nadal was NOT ready to do this and argued. I was not asking to get a discount or anything, simply to apply a gift card to my previous purchase. He mocked and laughed at us then continued to say that if other stores would honor this policy, he would give us this bag for free. It became a back and forth argument and when I realized this was not going anywhere I decided to walk away and take a different approach. I have worked in retail and we have ALWAYS honored this policy. Extremely disappointed and upset by this.

I have a strong feeling that they sell counterfeits. See attached photo and pay attention to the sloppy merged letters on the right wallet. That is unacceptable for MK genuine items.

We stan Michael Kors in this household. After acquiring not only Jimmy Choo, but my favorite brand, Versace, Michael has just gotten more revolutionary with his designs. GLC location knows good Kors service. Helpful and friendly staff make this a #VIPExperience

I’ll take my money somewhere else !!!Walked in there wanted to try on something. All the employees walked right passed me without asking if I needed help with anything . They were too busy talking amongst themselves . I walked up to the counter to address that I needed help . She said that they were short handed I said that’s not it . The issue was everyone who walked in got greeted and asked if they needed anything but I was there obviously looking for some assistance. Not sure what that was about but I left . I won’t go in there anymore .

Excellent service! I went during the semi-annual sale. The staff wanted to ensure that each guest was able to “shop comfortably” so they had a line outside the store and waited for customers to exit before sending in more.Kind and thoughtful gesture being that the store is only a few hundred square feet.

I walked in to ask if Nine West was still in the mall then asked if they had any shoes. I wish I could remember the employees name, but she could not have been nicer. She told me the Howell location has shoes and empathized with my frustration trying to replace my favorite heels. (Which are not Michael Kors)She also explained outlet vs regular store models. Apparently, outlet shops sell different seasonal items, not older seasons or left over inventory.She also said their outlet store is around 40% less then their regular stores.She could have answered my question and moved on, but didnt. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed even though I didnt buy anything. Lets hope the Howell location has just as amazing staff since I live much closer to that location.

Sure the bags were cute, but when I went with my mom they treated us really horribly. Whether it was because of race or because we looked like we couldnt afford it, I dont know. They didnt say hi to us when we entered or gave us the discount slip even though they gave it to others and treated them very well with greetings. Definetly will never be visiting again and will be telling my friends about this horrible experience.

I have shopped atleast 6 bags this holiday season here and was about to write a positive review about their deals until yesterday when we went there to buy 1 bag for my friend.My friend liked a bag which had a price of $348 and had 70% off on that. But after billing we saw that we were given 70% off on $398 which was $50 more than the tagged value. When we asked the manager about this she told us that they forgot to remove the price tag which they were doing for all of the bags in store and for the holiday discounts are only given at the increased prices and she was.Finally after we decided to return the bag the manager agreed to give at the actual price instead of reduced.So guys watchout the deals carefully.

Was there doing christmas shopping. You could make it less obvious when you think someone might be stealing. I cant help that my wife takes FOREVER to decide on ONE THING. I saw how when we went back to the doorway (where a purse was located) the manager almost ran over everyone to come ask us if we were ok. Ive been in retail before and your loss prevention tactics are rude and unethical. Oh...and we still bought a bag. Im sorry. I cant wear my business professional, work attire at all times...

I just want to say how dissatisfied i am by this place! Everyone keeps talking about how judging people is wrong and no one should judge a book by its cover but this place does exactly that! My husband went to this location to buy a christmas gift for me. We share everything and my husband shared this story with me! I will never visit this location EVER. We may not look like we have money but hunny let me tell you we do! They treated my husband like a low life and unwelcomed him here! Consistently making comments about payment and if he could actually afford that item also followed him and my child around like they were about to make off with items! First rule of customer service is NEVER make the customer feel unwelcomed! I will be contacting cuatomer service as soon as the holiday is over. My sister also had the same experience in this location and she planned on buying plenty of things! I hope they understand how much money they r losing just by simpling judging someone by how they look! Maybe you guys should re think the people who work here!!!
