Great coffee and far far better than Starbucks. I just wish there was one closer by instead of driving from Madison to Athens!

DO NOT COME HERE!THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE!!I used to like this store, until the Manager was rude with me when they would not honor their promotion of a free drink.I tried explaining to the manager that they need to honor the promotion and he accused me of being rude... Because I came in to get a free drink...that they did not honor. The app said that I can get a free drink until 7-5-21. I came on in 7-5-21, and when the computer did not honor it, they looked at me and said that I was too late to get it. Then their assistant manager sneered at me, shook his head, and walked off. I held up my phone to show them what the app said, then the head manager accused me of being rude to him and 2 other employees.I was totally shocked at this point. I said that he needed to honor the advertised promotion on the app (as I held it up for verification). Then he accused me of saying something totally different. And then said that I shoved my phone in an employees face..... What?!.... I never crossed over the glass that separated the employee from the customer.At this point, the manager is just making stuff up. I asked him what his name was and that I wanted to talk to his boss. He tried to calm me down... I was calm. He told me that his name was none of my business.I have purchased MANY drinks and other things here. I was not rude and was treated horribly. The ownership needs to get involved at this point.I will NEVER spend money here again! I have spent enough money here to get many free rewards.... Including spending money on gas...this manager that was running the store at 5:30 on Monday, July 5, 2021, is horrible and needs to be reprimanded and get more training.... And the assistant manager needs more training on treating the customer with respect as well.With all of the competition around them, they sure do not act like they want any more business.

Really great coffee and food. Pastries are legit GOOD! Super nice staff every time we go.

I honestly loved this coffee the first three weeks of them being open. But the last few times I’ve ordered a cold brew(which has been incredible in the past), I have received what I assume is nitro cold brew, but it tasted like club soda mixed with a funky coffee taste. Hopefully they figure out that something has changed and the cold brew does not actually taste like cold brew.

Talk slow when you order. Workers don’t seem to be trained or supervised. I discussed with the supervisor. Let’s see if they improve.

I had a Iced Coffee with a couple of extra shots this morning. It is wonderful..

For a chain its not bad coffee I enjoy the people who work there!

Great coffee and the employees are so nice!

This place is convenient being right off 72, but no one working there knows how to do T-Debit and its very frustrating. The other one in Madison never has issues with it.
