Way cool ice cream venue right off the light rail in old town Arvada. Excellent price, with a decent selection of home made ice cream. If theres any draw back it would be you cant fall in love with a flavor because they rotate them in and out. But what it really means is, youll have to visit more often!Insider tip: You gotta try the Elvis!

Amazing candy, ice cream and soda, as usual. The staff is helpful and kind. There isnt much to say, just go there. You wont regret it!

LOVE the bulk candy selection at Scrumptious, and the atmosphere is fun.More importantly, I made a huge error and contacted Scrumptious after our visit, thinking I had been charged a tip by an employee without leaving one. Not only was I wrong, but the management (or ownership; whomever I was speaking with) was gracious and timely in their response.Highly recommend Scrumptious for their great selection AND for their lovely staff.

Love this ice cream shop! They have a great variety of flavors. There are some tables both in and outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. The staff has always been friendly.

First time for this foodie and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the homemade ice cream! I got cookies and cream and the black and white, wow!! Talk about decadent and creamy! Definitely worth the stop it! Such a cute little ice cream and candy shop!

If youre looking for overpriced, stale candy, you are in luck. This place, while the vibes were cool, had some really stale candy. Chocolate (Reeses peanut butter cup) had that white coating that forms when chocolate is pretty old, and the sour belts could have been used as ACTUAL belts because of their lack of stretch and chewiness. The buckets underneath the tables have candy that Im sure were there pre-covid. As far as pricing goes, its horrific. I got about .844 pounds of candy (they measure by the pound) and it was about $11 including tax. You should definitely save your money and go to the dollar store instead. Its guaranteed to be better than this.

We had awesome ice cream. How can you say anything negative with ice cream? They were friendly, have fun ice cream names and candy and sodas to boot. You have to be a real crabapple to not have a fantastic experience here.

Im very happy this small iced cream and candy shop is still open and thriving, because they help feed my outer fat kid. I cant have dairy, but every time I head in they have some delicious sorbet option for me (tonight it was pineapple, delicious!!). Support the little guy and stop into Scrumptious for a sweet treat, and maybe some really crazy Disney art

Not to brag, but Ive tried a lot of different ice creams. This place measures up. I got their creme bruelee flavor which is apparently seasonal and it was phenomenal, not overly sweet but creamy with a wonderful caramelized swirl.The vibe of the shop is so cute, and it does have that local, welcoming feel. I also liked that they were still open late even though its the dead of winter. Just because its cold outside doesnt mean you dont need a frozen dairy dessert. Ice cream ALWAYS makes you feel better.

How can you even walk past this store? What an amazing little shop. The owner and manager are very nice and extremely helpful. Everytime we are in Old Town we have to stop and get something. You wont regret visiting this little gem.

They have taffy in metal buckets located around the store, and I grabbed a bunch of it. I cant believe how bad it is. Its hard as a rock and has lost almost all of its flavor. Tastes like its been sitting around for over a decade.

Very good. Reasonably priced. Had a flavor I havent been able to find for years which is my favorite! Rum raisin, yum! Had to come all the way from Tucson, AZ to find it.

Flavors an texture of the ice cream were so good! Very smooth and creamy. Also respected the workers for following social distancing and mask usage. They told guests to wait outside if they hit capacity and also told a few people to put their mask on. Felt very safe.

This is my favorite store in Old Town Arvada. Youll find all your favorite candy, even those you thought werent made anymore. They also serve house made ice cream which is amazing. You can also get Kevin Eslinger prints which decorate the whole store.

The candy selection is pretty good, not the largest in the area, but quality is far better than what you find at other comparable candy and cream joints. Where this place really shines is atmosphere and it is second to none in the sweet scene, chilled out in more ways than one. They have prints of incredible character art that you will be amused, shocked, and delighted by as well.

Lemon ice cream was delicious - thick, smooth, and not overly sweet. Green apple sorbet was also pretty good. Staff was nice, didnt take long to get through the line and get my order, but they were still apologetic for the wait. Wouldnt mind going back if Im in the area.

This is my absolute favorite find of the last 12 months. It was a blast to the past seeing a huge selection of the candy we grew up with and so much more.We got our sons HUGE jawbreakers and the hubby and i chose ice cream. They make their own and it is amazing! They let us sample different flavors. The hubby chose Kentucky Apple (green apple and whisky) while i chose chai. We got the child portion in a waffle cone and i almost couldnt finish mine.We live about 27 miles away but we will most definitely be back. YUMMY!!!

Thought to try a new place out never been there before, first timer and the guy was extremely rude and didn’t want to explain their ice creams I asked what one is most common bought and he was short and said all of them, then I asked for a sample, they don’t offer samples not sure if it’s because of covid but the ice cream I got was freaking gross and not satisfying my taste bud, too much nuts. Won’t go back there again. And don’t recommend to others either.

The ice cream is generally always good (a few dud flavors, but thats bound to happen). The kids size is generously proportioned. I only wish that they had the salted Oreo more often

I love their unique flavors (from amaretto to whiskey, to almond, to one called Elvis) and of course they have a selection of traditional flavors as well. You can even request a flavor to be made!In addition to ice cream, they have an abundance of candy and chocolate, framed prints from a local artist, and t-shirts. Scrumptious is a great place to spend a beautiful day or warm summer night with the family or on a date.

Cute little candy shop that I stumbled upon. They have a pretty large selection of candy & some stuff that you cant find in regular grocery stores. Also they have a pretty large selection of drinks. I feel like it was rather pricey though, especially for the items by weight. I got one small piece of chocolate honeycomb from the bin to try & was charged $3.50 for it. Hardly worth it in my opinion. The moodibars that I got from here were okay

The milkshakes were delicious! Try mixing colors and cream with their caramel cheesecake ice cream! Needless to say they have ice cream in addition to candy. The candy variety is good, too, though it is a bit pricey. But they pretty much have anything you could want.

Loved this place, took my five year old daughter and she loved it as well. Nice staff, love the old feel of this candy shop. They have lots of candy here you cant find anywhere else and I like that you can buy a lot of different individual candies to try. We will come back again!

The best Butter Pecan since I had gelato in Italy. FYI if you lower the temperature of the ice cream just a bit it would be perfect
