Staff is super friendly. However I had no idea I’d be stuck with whatever flavor I picked. They outta tell people or put a disclaimer up letting them know to try their frozen yogurt before settling on a flavor. Otherwise enjoyed my visit.

The Yogurt was absolutely great, but...Ive given 2 stars for the staff performance. Perhaps the staff needs training on greeting customers, and maybe ask before hand if we were first time customers. That way they can explain there rewards program and even though its straight forward for self serve. I think if we would have understood a little more of self serve process would have been a better experience. When we walked in both staff didnt even greet us.

The yogurt was fine. The staff was horrible. The girl at the register clearly didnt know what she was doing and she was incredibly surly and rude. She rang us up incorrectly three times, then when the purchase was complete, my wife had signed for the credit card, as we were walking away she yells to us that we still owe her two dollars. We question her and she rolls her eyes and goes to get her manager. By this time there are a dozen people waiting and the people behind us have their yogurt on the scale. The manager looks at the register and instead of saying, you know what, she obviously made a mistake dont worry about, she, insists we owe two dollars. Incredibly rude, snotty, and horrible customer service.

Perfect on a cold and snowy night. I find myself here, the first Fridays of every month because of the unlimited $5 cups (16oz). I recommend signing up for the rewards, it builds so fast, its free, and totally worth it. The flavors are always changing, and its so easy to sample them all in one visit. A large variety of toppings from candy to fruits.

Clean. Friendly staff. Delicious frozen yogurt. Good selection of flavors.

Need better interaction training asked the girl if the tart had dairy? Its not working she said so I asked again same answer. I said does it have dairy so I know as an option next time!

Its always a treat to be here for the sweets. Only thing that was sour was . . . they didnt leave any sample cups out there.

I found their topping selection, freshness, and frozen yogurt to not be quite as good as their competitors. Their location wasnt as clean as other chains, either, so I likely wont be returning to this location. The staff was very friendly, though, so Ill give them credit for that!

How is this place not full all the time? Really good job at making sure the equipment stays clean and provides the opportunity to pay with Venmo which is very cool. How can you go wrong with frozen yogurt? Delicious!

So you can get your own yogurt and touch all the handles because there are no gloves, BUT, you cannot get your own toppings?!? This doesn’t make sense to me?? Hot fudge was cold and staff was very rude. Felt very cold, not just the yogurt. Won’t be back in this environment.

So the visit started with the employee shouting about hand sanitizer and didnt get better.... The hygiene theater needs to stop, you arent going to get covid from touching surfaces. This is well known at this point. The toppings being covered with plastic and employees freaking out about hand sanitizer looks like something from last year. Wont be back.

Who doesnt love froyo! They have gloves for the guests to use the machines and they provide the toppings. No whipped cream which is usually my fav but understand that somethings are different

The little girl, all of 16, didnt even say hello Before demanding I put on gloves. Ok, I get it, but since were not allowed to put toppings on our own yogurt and they have to do them for us... I figured she would have used gloves herself. And I get it, its all the asepsis theater that the Covid police require, but maybe have a little consistency. And besides that it was a frickin ripoff! 13 dollars for two little cups of yogurt and, quite frankly, a rude staff who dont even understand the rules theyre forcing us to follow.

So glad this place is still around. Theyve gone above and beyond to make their business work and I really love taking my kids here.

Love coming here occasionally for a lighter dessert but the hours currently are way too impractical for us. Not open until 2 so no possibility of going at lunch and they close currently at 8pm so not a lot of time after we finish dinner to make it over. Yogurt with toppings is not exactly the easiest thing to pick up and save for later.While I understand the desire to shorten hours during this time, a 9pm closing time would allow folks significantly better opportunity to spontaneously visit. We try to avoid visiting places right before closing time out of respect for the employees ability to close up and get out on time. We wont be visiting until we can come to after dinner and not feel rushed. This is just not a place we give a lot of thought to planning ahead our visit. We will run for a quick trip to kings or somewhere else for a sweet tooth cure for now.

My first visit to this place and it was great! Lots of fun and funky flavor options.

Its my favorite frozen yogurt place. Definitely has the best tasting stuff! Currently because of covid you cant get anything on your own but they just do it all for you.

This place is so delicious. They offer many different flavors, that you can sample before making your final decision. They have so many toppings to choose from too. Definitely a date night kind of place.

They only have one non-dairy substitute, and I was shocked how much it was! ($20.00) for two adult and one child. It would be great if you can eat dairy. Selections were good and it was clean. I am pretty hard o restaurants though I want the best if Im going to spend my money so try it for yourself and put it on here .

What a great place and great variety. I was looking for an ice cream shop when I found yogurtland and Im glad I did. They were very helpful and they let me pile it on!! It was a great experience for my first time, I was unable to eat everything as I would have liked but that leaves me time to return and try all the many combination, yum, yum

There are lots of froyo places. This one is my favorite!

Very few flavors, lots of pumps just had white paper, and they didnt have chocolate or many not sicky sweet options that werent strange fruit combinations. Also disappointed with the fresh fruit selections, they only had pineapple and kiwi available. Would not recommend.

Best yogurt and experience

This place has the best fro yo!! And they are always so friendly. This is mine and my daughters Thursday afternoon treat in the summer. The selection is always delicious and rotates out fairly quickly so you always get to try something new.

This was the coolest way to get frozen yogurt. There were several different flavors to choose from and the flavors could also be mixed. The topping bar had all of the normal toppings and new items I had never seen before. Trying the new toppings was just as satisfying and fun as trying all the great yogurt flavors!

This place had a alot of different flavors with only two that were my favorite and I could care less of the other flavors. Bathroom was gross. Nice employees. ...

I love yogurtland for its selection and cleanliness they always have a wall of flavors some new some old. The building and facilities are always clean for you to use. And last but not least the first Friday of every month it is five dollars for a cup as full as you can get it!

Nice choices, clean and friendly staff

Family loves it, however it could use some improvements. This is our go-to spot for soft serve. We love the flavors and the toppings. The station always seems clean and service is ok. The seating area - not so much. Sometimes the tables are dirty and the seats have seen better days. I wish they would invest in better seating. Maybe couches or bar tops. It feels cold, sparse and uncomfortable in the eating area. They do have a patio for warmer days.

Very good spot for froyo. They have a good selections of frozen yogurt, as well as many good flavors. They rotate and change the flavors, so you always get to try different flavors!

I love their flavors. Every time I go there there’s a new one to try and usu they’re delicious! Worth a visit.

Yogurtland is a decent frozen yogurt place. The flavors are more exotic than other local yogurt shops (coconut mango tart for example). They have a good selection of toppings but seem to regularly be out of some favorites. Relative to others near by, I tend to prefer the others but its still worth a try.

Good stuff! This is often the go-to meeting spot for many of my friends, because there is something for everyone and no one minds if you stay at a table and talk for hours.

They give sanitizer and gloves and do the toppings for you during the pandemic

The yogurt was good and the first Friday of the month is whatever weight for $5 so that’s cool. What wasn’t cool was the staff, they were friendly until it got close to close. One girl working took our picture on Snapchat (we saw her screen as she turned away and noticed it was Snapchat) another girl working locked the door before close (standard at close) then stood behind the counter and stared at us, the third girl came out of the back at ten and stated “this is a warning, you’ve got fifteen minutes before you have to leave”.It’ll be Menchie from now on.Since the owner responded to his terrible employees with a generic response One star it is.

The yogurt is good, that aint the issue. Ridiculously priced, but that isnt all that rare, unfortunately. What gets me is you get your own cup, you operate the yogurt machine and pour your own yogurt, you then move to the toppings bar where you scoop for yourself, and then you move on down to the register. This is where the employee, who has until this point let you do everything, swings around the tablet they use to relieve you of your money (and way too much of it), and it has a huge button display seeking a tip from you.Seriously...what in the world am I tipping this person for? All it would take is for me to do the tablet-swinging and then this employee has literally done nothing!There are other yogurt options...do yourself a favor and find them.

I feel like the good flavors are always gone, such as vanilla and strawberry. Same thing with the toppings, no nuts, whipped cream and the boba.

Very poor customer service. No toppings for the customer to pick any. The workers were standing around talking. We the customers had to ask for toppings. Not a good place to go to get yogurt. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Best place to have frozen yogurt. We achieved platinum status very quickly and they continuously give rewards members discounts. They have the largest topping selection Ive seen at a froyo spot in addition to an ever changing selection of tasty flavors. Ive never left disappointed.

I find their frozen yogurt to be the best authentic tasting. Good pricing and always clean.

This is the worst Yogurtland location. I got spoiled by Grant Street, I guess. There is always at least one machine broken and it’s often Plain Tart, which is kind of essential. Their flavor selection is heavy on the dessert flavors with very few tart flavors. They seem to have finally fixed the temperature setting on their machines so that the yogurt is not half melted when it comes out, but that was an issue for over a year. It’s always a messy disaster in the store. The teenage employees are clearly making minimum wage and it shows. I have waited at the register for 5 minutes before someone came up front to ring me up. The last time I was there was the weekend of July 6-7. The cashier was so unbelievably slow and didn’t even ask for my rewards card. They were also closed on July 4th with no signage to indicate that they were closed and no info on the website or Google. I spend way too much money at Yogurtland and have had the platinum rewards card for years. I wish I still lived close to the Grant Street location because it’s so much better. Almost every time I go to the Arvada location I’m disappointed. Pay your employees more and have an adult manager working during busy hours.

A yogurt shop with no whipped cream? A 20 min wait for employees to ring us up? When the employees finally shown up, I counted 4 employees on the clock, and I was in the shop a good 20mins before they appeared. I looked in the back, and they were screwing around behind the scenes on their cell phones. I looked at the tables in the lobby and they were all messy, and the trashcans were overflowing. I will return 1 more time on another date, if it is in terrible condition again, I will NEVER return.

Absolutely delicious! Will be our new GoTo since SmartCow closed up the road. Very clean inside, cashier was nice. Only $0.49 an ounce. We spent about $14 for 4 of us. Worth it! Way better than ice cream!
