This is not a review of this specific store, but a review of T-Mobile and Sprint since the merger. My cell service and data service have never been worse. Ive had multiple Sprint employees lie directly to my face and wind up with bills much higher than I was told. I cant use 5g on my phone that supports 5g because T-mobile is garbage and the merger has made everything worse. Ive been a sprint customer for a very long time, but not anymore. Garbage service, garbage data, garbage employees. Oh and when you have an issue with a specific employee because they lied about how much the bill will be, enjoye being told nothing can be done because they are a contracted employee and not employed directly by Sprint. T-mobile/Sprint are the worst cell providers around.

Went in today to upgrade my phone and Mike was super helpful! He made sure I understood all the details about my trade-in and helped me pick some accessories for my new phone. Overall, he and Sandra were genuinely awesome company as I was waiting for everything to transfer to my new phone. I overheard them helping customers with some more complicated issues, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ive always had good experiences at this T-mobile location, but this was by far the best! Thanks again you guys!

The person that helped me at the store did his job well; however, for the amount of money that T-mobile brings in there is no excuse for them having a faulty payment machine. They claim they take Apple Pay; however, told me beforehand that it is not reliable. When I used it to pay for a new iPhone it gave an error. I had enough money in my account and I had to go across the street to my bank, use my Apple Pay wallet at their ATM and get the cash out. It’s really unacceptable. Obviously this wasn’t and Apple issue, my phone or bank issue. I used Apple Pay at the gas station that same day and used it again at the ATM (my bank has that capability). Please get the machine fixed, t-mobile makes enough profit and don’t listen Apple Pay on your Google profile online if you don’t let customers use Apple Pay.

I don’t even know what to compare this to or how to write it. Because the reality is that no cell phone company is interested in getting you in and out quickly. I have never been to a T-Mobile or a Verizon, when I was with them, or a sprint, when I was with them, where I felt like anything other than cattle.I was at the Youngfield location for more than an hour before they discovered that they didn’t have the phone I needed and I was sent to the Arvada store. When I arrived I was third in line and realize that I was going to have to wait again. When I was checked in I mentioned this to the gentleman and he looked at me with pitying eyes and said, that’s the way it goes. And I wasn’t sure how to feel about that. I appreciated his honesty but I also didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t given any sort of priority for already having been in a T-Mobile store for more than an hour.I waited about 15 minutes and then was helped by a gentleman who is actually very knowledgeable and we got things put together.The problem came After my phone was done with importing my address book and he had taken a call. By this point I had been there for two hours and my patience was at an end and I just wanted to leave. I could hear him talking to someone; answering questions that unfortunately could’ve been answered by a simple Google search. But he was very patient with them and indulged them and gave them all the time and courtesy as a good associate should. Meanwhile the guy who has been there for more than two hours, was standing there and staring straight at him looking daggers and wanting to leave. And I swear to God and the Almighty heaven he took his time on the phone call just to frustrate me.And when he got off minutes later, though it seemed like hours, I said “look I know you’re annoyed with me but I just want to leave.” He then handed me my phone as though he wished he were doing it behind the store where there were no video cameras.When I got home and I expressed my wife how frustrated I was with my experience her response was, what did you expect? That’s the way they treat you.Now I don’t even know what to believe or think or feel or want for the world.

Just had a great experience there. The manager really went out of her way to get me the best deal. I walked in expecting to be disappointed as this seems to be what happens with other phone stores. Nope, they were great. My girlfriend switched from Verizon on the spot!Kimberly was very upfront with all the pricing and how to get the best solution for us. Very professional and helpful! This was the opposite of Verizon!! We walked out happy with our purchase and no buyers remorse or feeling like we got screwed. Thank you Kimberly and thank you T Mobile. But it’s the staff that makes the company great and this location is my favorite. Thanks again!! I’ll be back for my next upgrade you can count on it.

I am a Flight Attendant and travel the world. I’ve been with T-mobile for 19 years and I’ve used my phone throughout the world with no difficulty. I always have service even when my co-workers with a different carrier do have have service. I’ve been approached from other carriers to switch, I would be a fool to switch. The man who.helped me is a saint! I was having an awful day. Just getting out of the hospital, then finding out my dad was ill. I was really late on my bill and only had 200 to pay on a almost 300 dollar bill. I dont remember his name but when we got to talking I explained my situation and how I was worried about my phone being shut off. He said no worries and processed the bill for 200 and wrote off the rest. I walked out in tears! Total faith in humanity. Made my holiday! Love this store.

Im a eldery Vietnam war veteran that was having a problem with my account. I couldnt get the help that I required online or as it turned out on the phone either. I asked my son to take me to the nearest brick n mortar store. Fortunately, we were the only ones in the store. Due to distancing requirements I was a bit concerned as I just finished radiation therapy. Miljan, the representative, mask on with hand sanitizer near by, took control of my situation with corporate and resolved my problem in no time. Thanks to him I was out the door in a short time, satisfied and safe, to return home where I stay safe and alive.Over all a very satisfying and productive experience.

Normally, I do not write reviews but I feel so obligated to write about the AMAZING service from this store! Manager, Ben H., is such a pleasant person!!! Very professional yet so easy to talk to! Ben helped me in choosing my new phone... not the most popular, or a specific phone that their store NEEDS to push on to customers, but the right phone FOR ME. I cannot express how important that is to me! Ben is very informative!!! He explained EVERYTHING to me, the phone, the plan, cool features,the promos, and even helped me pick out some accessories! Kimberly has amazing customer service skills! I have been beyond frustrated with not understanding my bill and paying outrageously high Bills. Until today all I was told was, Yeah, we dont know. Writing this review to be as objective as I can. Walked into the store with 3 employees on their phones, didnt greet me, didnt have any kind of hello or what can I do for you. I was walking in to see about switching 4 lines over and getting new phones, had plenty of questions that I didnt bother having answered due to the lack of respect. Employees were dismissive and when I asked them about a phone I wanted, all three gave different answers which was confusing. It is a shame that you have employees with no knowledge on the products you sell but even worse is the kind of experience they offer potential and existing clients. Very disappointed and will not be choosing sprint as a carrier.

I went into this Sprint store looking to find out more about Sprints plans. Jonathan and Jerry helped me out and got me set up with a quote and did a great job explaining all of my options. In the end I bought my plan and phone at another store because this location didnt have the phone model that I was looking for. Sprint has been my mobile carrier since I switched from Verizon almost 5 years ago. This particular retailer has a top tier manager in Ben Hensley. His staff, Matt Burnett & Edin Moran specifically, have demonstrated that their knowledge about all the products combined with a professional personal touch have had me walking out of their store with a smile on my face and my problem solved each and every time I have had to ask for their help. Called this place yesterday told them Im not the main account holder but Id like to switch my phone in the 30 day trial period. They said that they would hate for me to drag a person down to the store just for the switch and it would be fine as long as I knew the pin and password. Came in today and lady told me Im not the main account holder so theres nothing she can do. I had the main account holder come down to approve the switch, she said she cant do anything for me because I got my phone from a corporate store and they do their inventory differently. Wouldve been nice to know before all of that. Dosido run around. Worst customer service.

Im not happy with T-Mobile as a company and today I had a very hard time just paying my bill because there was only two people working in both had very long transactions before me. I thought I would be able to walk in pay my bill and get out but it didnt happen that way. For me personally T-Mobile has very terrible phone service phone reception and the price is high.

Ben is the store manager here, and he is fantastic. I came in to the store with some huge phone issues, and he was able to help me in a very professional way. He was very friendly and understanding when I was expressing my frustrations with my broken phone. One star. I shell out a TON of money every month for many BUSINESS lines and after WEEKS of troubleshooting nobody can figure out why text messaging wont work on this 2 MONTH OLD $800+ flagship device! Id expect better support for business customers but they say Im SOL for 3-4 days until they warranty replace my INVESTMENT with a REFURBISHED device! I can not keep losing business and money over these guys. Verizon here we come.

These guys were great. I had an old iPhone that needed to be released from Sprint so I could use it with my new plan. There was really nothing in it for the team at the store (I wasnt buying anything...I was just there for help). Still, they were great. They saw I was stuck with one person and came in to help and then stuck with it until the process was done. Really kind and the sort of customer service that makes you wish you hadnt left in the first place.

Honestly I had a great at expierence at this Sprint location. They were swamped on a Friday night and managed to take care of everyone quickly and efficiently. One of the reps helped me find a new phone and managed to get me a pretty sweet deal on it. Definitely is my favorite sprint location!

We had a situation when switching over to Sprint where the BOGO deal we ordered over the phone did not come through. This provided a world of issues of being transferred from one person to another when I would call in to try and fix it. I finally went in to the store to seek some in-person help and I am so glad I did. Matt would call on my behalf every month for hours until we finally got it sorted out, months later. The situation was far from ideal, but the employees at this store were fantastic and advocated on my behalf. If you have Sprint and need some help, this is the store to go to.

Im all for franchises and family owned shops but I have had it here! First time I was here they were all out of the phones I wanted. Second time I came I had an error with my phone. They took over an hour and could not fix it. We ended up fixing it at home after doing some research. What a waste of time for something they should know how to handle.
