Never thought I would see myself leaving a 5-star review for a car dealership, but here it is! I came in 6 weeks ago looking to trade-in my vehicle after looking online and finding what I wanted. Within minutes I ended up with the Internet Sales Manager (Kory) and could not have had a more pleasant experience. I had called in before I drove all the way an hour for test driving a car. The representative said yes we have it available for a test drive and you can come in today. We drove here and the representatives says we don’t have that car that you wanted to test drive. But we have an alternative car and argued with us. His name was Brian Glotfelty and he wasted our time showing different different options when we had our mind set for a specific car.He even tried to us to find an inventory from Oklahoma and forced us to finance it before even looking at the car or taking it for a test drive. Like who in the world wants to spend $40k and run their credit without looking or taking a test drive?Don’t waste your time with this people. They will just lie to you to drive you to their showrooms and show different options. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Best car dealership experience I have ever had. We were greeted by Donnell Johnson a sales consultant. He helped me get my vehicle assessed and was able to offer me more than what I owed which was wonderful. He then worked hard to find me a vehicle in the price range discussed with the features that were important to me. He worked with his sales manager Ariel Yepez who was sincerely kind and also worked diligently to get me what I needed. Finally we sat down with Pedroantonio Silva who got me an amazing rate and a payment I was able to afford with warranty and added benefits. Ive always been taking care of well at this location. Ive had my oil changed regularly since it came with the car that I purchased there. And all of the checkups have been done on time and they made sure they were done well. This most recent time they even got it done it in a very timely manner. The only thing I can say I wish for is the good old days when they had snacks along with a better coffee machine. But thats just Petty yearnings.

HORRIBLE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!! Mike Hernandez got me ready to get into a vehicle on a Saturday a couple weeks ago but they had to do the servicing over the weekend and I was going to be able to pick up Monday after I got off work, however come time to pick up vehicle, I was constantly given the run around for the next few days. Horrible experience will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. After getting approved and signing all paper work and paying my down payment they decide to cancel the deal a day later and tell me I cannot have the car. After all the process was completed. As far as customer service goes, Chris B. the service manager is great with satisfying the customer. He has a trustworthy attitude and he took care of my concerns when I was extremely disappointed with another Toyota service center. I am now willing to drive my vehicles 15 miles passing all other Toyota service center to have Chris and his team service my vehicles.

In this time it is a sellers market. Less cars and inventory than ever. Vandergriff worked a deal with us over the phone. When we got in, they tried to switch the price around. While that was not appreciated they got back to the right price and accomplished a good deal for us.They could have sold this car to someone else for more without trouble but stayed the course and showed integrity. Highly appreciated!

I came in to explore trading trucks. They had 3 Tundras “marked down” by $5,000. I mentioned the discount a couple of times to the sales rep and asked him if they were doing that to clear out the old Tundras for the new. He indicated that he thought they were and that it was a great deal. Imagine my surprise when I learned the next day that this great discount was simply MSRP. They had marked it up $5k over MSRP and marked it down again. The bottom line is that they were inflating the price, then discounting them back down and selling them for full retail. It’s the oldest game in the book and shame on me for not catching it before I closed the deal. The thing that aggravates me is that I actually was wanting to wait for the new 2022s. The old Tundra is a great truck, but the mileage is horrendous. However, I was enticed to buy the 2021 on the basis of the “discount.” I thought it would give me enough extra equity to make it worthwhile. Now, I just feel sort of cheated. Don’t get me wrong, I got a fair deal and was treated well by the staff. But it is these kind of tactics that make people hate car dealers and shopping for cars. I know it’s a tough racket and I’m empathetic. But what I value most in a dealer is honesty and integrity without all the games. I just don’t feel as though I got that on this particular deal. I’m not unhappy with the truck, but I would have liked to have been told the truth about the “discount” so I could have made a better informed decision about which truck to buy. It’s easy to make a sale, but harder to make a customer.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Vandergriff Toyota not only because I got a great deal but the service department is a perfect ten every time. My vehicle couldnt be in better hands. I was interested in a used vehicle. Beyond the listed/advertised price they added $1800 for what it cost them to get the car showroom ready. Then looking at the finance quote it was 2 percentage points higher than my bank quoted rate. It was a 1980s used car experience. Do yourself a favor & skip this dealership. Money gauging, buyer beware type of place.

Theyre really friendly & helpful. Still waiting on a passenger rear view mirror that was missing from my purchase. Also I didnt see a major crack in the front right side of my windshield. These issues have yet to be addressed. If anything They should discount the price if I have to make necessary fixes myself. I have a $500.00 deductible as it is. So that amount should come off of what I owe.

Be very careful, they changed my finance company without my permission. I didnt want my car financed with Toyota and they did what they wanted because it serves them better than it serves me. I need to ensure that the rate is the same and if its not they will be getting a formal complaint with the state.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!I had same experience as one other person posted who posted his review in regards to them lying about the base price. They are just trying to exploit the current situation of car shortages by bumping up the price and trying to see how much money they can get out of a customer. But, they better be transparent about it and say openly that this $8-$10k extra that they are charging is market adjustment rather than lying that Toyota has increased the price and the correct price is not reflected on Toyota site. What BS :)I got my car from another dealership at MSRP price with base price matching the price on Toyota website. I will be spreading the word among my family and friends to stay away from this dealership.

These people are crooked, My mom Bought a brand new Toyota tacoma $ 38000,00 and she bought the car in insurance for $ 1000 but she bought her car to change the oil they said my mom car have a staple that voids the insurance. Be careful dont buy a car from them, they are trying to steal your money.

The one thing I would say would be to stop the practice of bringing over “the manager” to ask me how their employees treated me. Bought a 2020 jeep renegade from this place that had a cracked windshield that they said they would repair. After receiving my manager will get back to you from the agent that sold me the car I began getting frustrated because about 3 weeks went by and nobody got back to me about the windshield until I decided to go up to the store and ask for someone different to help me. The new agent told me the windshield was ordered and somebody would call me to set up an appointment to fix the windshield. ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY. I called multiple times and everyone I spoke to had no idea about a windshield being ordered or any ETA on fixing it. After a month of going back and forth with them they finally got somebody out to fix the windshield. I regret buying my car there. They told me it was detailed but the interior was filthy. pieces were broken inside the car and I am extremely upset and regret buying this car. I should have gone somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Its very hard in todays market to get certain vehicles. Xavier really went out of his way to take care of me. Most sales people at car places dont even pick up the phone anymore or respond. He was there any time I needed him or had to ask a question and helped me get what I needed.

I purchased my Rav 4 in June from Karam. My vehicle didn’t come with an instruction manual and I was told one would be mailed to me. I contacted the dealership and was told by Faber that one would be shipped to me (I have a baby and it’s not necessary for me to bring her out for this) it is now October and I still don’t have an instruction manual for my vehicle.I went to Family Toyota, right by my house, and they suggested that I BUY ONE for my car. When I make a big purchase on something that should come with a manual, I expect for one to already be with said item. I’m one of the few that likes to know the vehicle they’re driving which is why this is so asinine to me. It is now October and still nothing.

I was happy with the salesman and manager that I worked with. Having worked as a car salesperson before I was aware of the games they play. Once we got that some what understood it went fairly smooth.

Best car buying experience we have ever had! Kennedy, our salesman, was most helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. The Finance Manager, Ahmad, was equally helpful.

My salesman, Prosper, was awesome! It was my first time purchasing my own car, he walked me through everything and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, all of the employees were kind and friendly. If you need a used car, I highly recommend Prosper.

Although I appreciate the sales team working hard to finalize a great deal for me I didnt appreciate the lack of consideration when I expressed my desire to leave especially with a tired toddler in tow. I requested my keys to be returned to me immediately after my car was appraised for a trade in. My request was not fulfilled until 3 hours later. Despite what deal they were able to present, the lack of concern and overall poor customer service was enough for me to take my business else where.

Had a good experience overall from purchasing a pre-owned car. Chris B provided excellent customer service was patient with me while I found the right car for the right price. I couldnt fault his customer service. All cars I viewed are in good nick so there wasnt a concern of buying a lemon. My only criticism of the dealer would be to not take the website prices as face value since there are added fees and cars seem to go quickly so you may not end up viewing the car you saw online, although they do have plenty of stock available to find a similar priced car.

If you consider customer service a priority, then this is the place you need to visit. Sales manager Austin Torres, Business Manager Duy Huynh and David Sabetrasekh and a desk manager that I can’t recall his name are all outstanding people. Their method of operation is to satisfy customers’ need and deliver best possible value to their customers rather than pushing people to make a deal happen.

Arturo Vallez was great! They helped me where other places had turned me down because of my circumstance Im glad his wife whos also a co-worker and good friend talked me into going to see him. Chris Bruder and Mike Hill have taken such good care of me and my truck.
