Excellent experience! Small lot, but pretty good car selection. I purchased a car for my youngest son (new driver) and the vehicle was like new (particularly for a 2009; interior/exterior immaculate) and fully loaded, it drove really well and was priced to sell. Customer service was outstanding! We able to look at vehicles without a hovering sales person, but they were still helpful- very nice for a car purchasing experience.

This place is awesome! It was by far the easiest car buying experience to date. After searching around for about a month at other dealerships, I came across a 2004 Honda Pilot at Mondial with one owner, 133,000 miles and kept up at the Honda dealership. I showed up for a test drive and it was as described. I was on a budget so Sam worked with me to get the right price. Just found a decent used car here, flew in to meet Sam and Alex and the rest of the crew. They have a shop there, looks like they check all vehicles they sell thoroughly and dont have any questionable vehicles even on their lot. Look like all good quality stock ranging from sports cars to SUV, vans etc. I put $500 down and when I arrived I asked to take the car to an independent shop. They were very accommodating. The car came back with the usual stuff for a used car, minor stuff. Bought and drove it home to Austin that day. Nice car for the money! Im a very satisfied customer! I forgot about my deposit, called Sam next day and he was about to call me... Alex refunded it promptly! We chatted so much about other things that day we both forgot about it! Nice person here, very personable.

I had been looking for a first car for my daughter for some time. After work one evening, I saw a car online that caught my eye, so I decided to drop by Mondial and take a look. Even though it was the last half hour they were open, they did not make me feel rushed or unwelcome. Sam let me take it out for a test drive and I decided it was the right fit for us. However, I had only planned on looking, not buying, so I didnt bring a check with me. That was no problem at all. We did all the paperwork and he held the Eclipse until the next day when I could bring a check by. Very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend giving Mondial your business!

I needed a truck to help my daughter move to living in a dorm... looked everywhere for a quality used vehicle at a price I could afford. After searching MANY places, I stumbled on Modial Auto... they had the exact vehicle and price I wanted! Great people that really make friends, not just new customers!

These people wont hesitate to LIE to your face! DO NOT buy anything from this place. They will treat you well, smile, be friendly, and then sell you a lemon. What they say and promise mean nothing. Highly recommended if you want to lose a lot of money but learn a valuable life lesson through painful experience.My experience with Mondial and the owner Sam was a disaster. I asked only one thing from the owner Sam: a reliable car in a mechanically good condition. I was worried about the car he was trying to sell me because I read a temporary code on my obd2 device. He promised me multiple times that the code was wrong and if anything happens he is going to fix it himself without any extra charge to me. The morning after I bought the car, the car shook at the start and the check engine light went off ( they only allow you to drive a very short distance in the test drive. The erased codes dont appear again and trigger the check engine light in their short route). I had to cancel my traveling plans and took the car to him and he sent it to his mechanic (Nice colors on Bowen rd.) assuring me that he is going to take care of it himself. He calls me back and tells me the total cost is 500$ and he is going to do me a favor and pay half of it. I was frustrated, I reminded him of his promise but he ignored. I paid 250$ and the next day the car shook vigorously at the start and the check engine light went off again. They probably fixed nothing, the car was still the same. The worst thing was that the problem was an intermittent one. It wouldnt occur at every start, so I couldnt tell if they fixed it right when I received the car. I drove back to him and the exact same thing happened. He assured me this time he wont ask for money and he is going to have it fixed. Then, he called me and offered to pay half of the total cost of 400$. I had enough at that point and met him in his place to talk to him face to face, called him out on his scam, and took my car after a heated argument. The only reason I was able to take possession of my car without paying for the repair was that I have never consented to it in the first place. He threatened me on my way out by saying he is not going to take care of me anymore if anything happens to my car again which he knew was going to happen. The same problem occurred again even after the second repair, of course. In the end, I went to an honest mechanic and ended up paying 2000$ for a head gasket replacement + a lot of engine parts cleaning because the old head gasket leaked and caused a lot of clogging.I dont know if Sams mechanic Nice Colors (on Bowen Rd.) was in this scam too. What I know for sure is that either they were in it or they are really bad at their job. They werent able to diagnose the problem and couldnt fix anything after two repairs. They asked 900$ for fixing absolutely nothing.

Very nice low pressure buying experience. Whereas other dealers vehicle photos seemed not to match the vehicle when seen in person, the photos from Mondial were accurate. The description was accurate. The vehicle was very clean especially for an 7 year old vehicle. People who have ridden in it thought it was a newer vehicle. Called and spoke with the manager about more information and pictures of a vehicle I am looking to purchase from this dealership. I called at 6:00pm an hour before they closed and he got an attitude with me because I didn’t call sooner. I was refused newer pictures despite the fact that the odometer of the car in the pictures posted on the website says 116,000 miles while the manager told me it now has 123,000. He was very rude and continued to talk over me and raise his voice, while I was trying to explain to him that I am coming from out of state and want to be sure about this car before I drive out there. That experience alone makes this car lot deserving of 0 stars.

Superior customer service! I just bought a 2006 Mazda 3 from Mondial Auto Sales. I was a first time buyer and was pretty timid about the whole process, but I was made to feel very comfortable not only in the quality of the car but the entire purchasing experience. I would recommend Mondial Auto Sales to family and friends. They let us put the car up on a lift to further examine it, and were very accommodating to our requests. Great car, great dealer.

Inquired about a 2003 land rover and explained to these people my situation. They had me run a credit application, and the following day they sent me an email that I was approved for in house financing. All I had to do was come up with the money down needless to say I did. Then I receive another email them stating to me the vehicle we spoke about was cash price offer because its to expensive to maintain or some bs. Completely wasted my entire time messing around with these people. Like if you dont want to sell the vehicle as a finance why the hell not tell me upfront why waste my time and have me file an application.

We found a car at Modial Auto Sales through our bank’s car buying service. Looked very clean in the pictures but located almost 4 hours from our home. After speaking with Sam the owner, who assured us that we would not be disappointed, we decided to make the drive. Sam was correct, we were not disappointed and actually pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended! I recently bought a 2007 Honda Civic, and the service was GREAT. Both Mr. Sam (the owner) and his workers (Mr. Andrew) were extremely helpful. They provided me all the needed information, gave me great conditions on the car and finally brought the car about 20 miles away from their dealership, just because I asked them!

My daughter and I went to Mondial to get her a car. It was a good experience for both of us. Sam and Andre were very friendly and helpful. We bought a very clean and well maintained Honda. We liked everything about it except when testing it out, the passenger side windows wouldnt roll down. Andre, the service manager, replaced the window motor assembly the very next day and we came back to buy the car. The sales process was very easy. There were two other people in the office buying cars who have bought from Mondial before. Both said they wouldnt buy from anyone else. This place will now be my first stop when shopping for used cars in the future.

Terrible experience with these so called salesman. First off Sam is terrible with response time that ranged anywhere from 5 hours to 24 hours. In addition, I also had a really bad experience with their deposit policy. I let them know that Id be traveling from California to pickup the car. They told me that I would have to put down a deposit of $200 down so they could hold the car for me. I was perfectly fine with that. I let them know I wasnt going to be able to come in that upcoming weekend and that Id be able to come in the next weekend. After finding out that my employer was not allowing me to take the time off on weekends I let them know that their was no way I was going to be able to come and purchase the car. I texted Sam letting him know of my situation with my employer and asked for a full refund of my $200 to my credit card. He said No we held the car too long for you. I immediately called him and he said that there was no way they were going to be able to give me a refund because they have been holding the car for 3 weeks. When in reality the deposit was made 9 days ago from that moment, I even had the bank statement to prove it. I asked him to reason with my situation and he said that their was no way he could. He insisted that they had been holding the car for three weeks which was a ridiculous claim. Im not sure if he was trying to take advantage of the fact that Im younger (22) and he thinks I dont know any better but Im not an idiot. I never signed a contract, agreed to anything, nor is their a law that states that I cant have my refund. When I told him this I could tell he knew I was right because he told me he would give $100 of the $200 that I deposited. I insisted that he refund me the full amount. Then he began to laugh, That were actually disputing over $200. What kind of business is this? Luckily I made the deposit through a credit card and I was able to make the dispute. I spoke to one of the bank representatives and he said theirs no doubt that I should get my refund back. Beware this guy is a thief and a liar.

We stopped in to this dealership the other day after leaving a dealership across the street. We just wanted to know if he had what we were looking for, and as it happened, he did! We looked at it, drove it, made a deal and picked it up 2 days later. Sam was very cordial and accommodating. He also makes a very good cup of tea, which we drank as we talked the deal. I will give 5 stars because I felt they were real good with customer service. There was minor issues with the cars we test drove and the issues were taken care of right away. We were not made to feel that it was OUR issue. About 50% of the cars have good tires,(from what I saw). We actually bought TWO cars from their lot yesterday and drove them both home, 2 hours away, and are happy with them.We got TWO cars for $9900 out the door and only 1 needs tires.Thanks! As of now, yall will definitely get our referral

Ive just bought a car there. They work with you, they let you take the car to do your own pre purchase inspection, and they are not pushy. Sam is a nice guy.
