Sam Armardi is very well-rounded, down to earth, personable, professional, car sales representative. Him and his supervisor greeted my Aunt and I with so much warmth. Sam was the key to my comfort, when making my final decision about the purchase. Sam was not made aware but we had left a competitor who didnt create the same experience, in fact, it was one of my worse experiences thus far for my Aunt and I. His greeting and professionalism was a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you so much Sam for your hospitality, answering all the questions my Aunt and I had, and seeing through that we were well taken care of! I’m a first time buyer and my previous experience with the Acura dealership down the street kind of left me bummed out. Everything happens for a reason because Cody was a true gift ! He stayed until 9:30 helping me get into a beautiful truck. He was honest and didn’t give me the run around. The management team is equally amazing. They really do treat you like family! Fool me once....The service center is awful and takes 3-4 hours for an oil change.They come back and also tell you that they strongly encourage you to replace $600-$2000 worth of stuff, I get second opinions and no one else has said I need to replace these Recommended replacement items.I have come to the service center 4 times in the past 2 years (For the free oil changes they gave me when I bought the car). I have made appointments each time and have been early to the appointments. I have also scheduled them for the Slowest time of the day (earliest morning) each time and it still takes 3-4 hours for just an oil change.I would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from the service center at all costs. Also DONT accept any deals about free oil changes etc when buying the car. They are simply not worth it.I will not be coming back.I also have received no feed back from any of my negative reviews from Don Davis Nissan which leads me to believe they dont care at all about their customers.

I scheduled an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. I was informed that since it is the weekend, it might take longer “at least 2 hours.” I chose to wait at the dealership.3 hours gone by and I wondered why I havent even received a text message regarding the inspection. Then, the advisor came in to tell me that my car is on the top of the list to be worked on next.I was flabbergasted that after I waited for 3 hours, my car hasn’t been taken care if yet. I was told that they had a lot of work-in vehicles. I asked why would the work-in vehicles take precedent over my appointment? I was then told if we (the dealership) doesnt work on those cars, then it would back up the flow…but I guess having me wait doesnt count as the same thing. So the dealership continues to take walk-in request in between appointments, and would go in that order, so it doesnt matter if you have an appointment at 10, if there were 10 cars worked-in before your appointment, they take precedence over your appointment.I asked how much longer before I get my car back, it was another hour for the oil change plus however long it takes for the inspection. So I could be waiting for a solid 5 hours. Never again do I trust my car service with this location.

I got there and service advisor said would be 1.5 hous for oil change and alignment. I got out of there 2.5 hours later. Services tech did alignment then rotated the front 2 tires without letting me know.

Received excellent and professional customer service from Service Advisor Christian.It was time for my regular maintenance (oil change, tires checked, etc) per technicians notes via the computer, Christian explained in detail the additional services needed, ordered the parts, he was consistent with providing updates and cost.I called to ask him for a loaner without hesitation he said yes. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, August 17th at 8am and it was completed at noon. Appreciate your exceptional professionalism and pleasant demeanor Christian

Our experience was wonderful and hassle free. Looking for my daughters first car and this was the first dealership to even acknowledge her. We got to meet service department, financial department and a few other sales people. Everyone was over the top friendly, listening to our questions and giving straight answers. Arrived early for 8am appointment. Spent two hours waiting! Christian did not even know my car was in the parking lot, I told him… then when I get to the cashier… knowing I have asked several times about my car. Christian comes with paperwork and makes a remark to act as if they made good timing! I am actually checking into taking my car to another dealer even if I have to drive further!

We had an amazing experience with the New sales car manager, Kal and salesman, Marvin from the minute I reached out by calling the main line. I had been attempting to purchase a new vehicle after my care was a a total loss end of September. Kal and Marvin made me feel like I was a super important customer and fast tracked the deal. When I arrived to sign the paperwork, I was in and out in 45 minutes and they did not waste my time. Marvin was very thorough in walking through the amenities of my new vehicle. Overall it was an amazing experience and happy I dialed Don Davis this day! Thank you for accommodating my needs and being transparent on information and time expectations. The service department is so slow. Ive been here twice and its always something. This last time they wasted 6 hours of my time fixing my car. We dropped it off around 9 and waited to be called. At around 11, I confirmed the services I wanted to be done and specifically asked if it would take longer than two hours and I offered to come back on Monday when I had more time. The guy, Daniel, said he would put an express request. This was at 11 so I figured it would be done at least before 1pm because he convinced me it would take under 2 hours. I returned at noon because I figured I only had to wait another hour or so. Wrong. I didnt receive my car until 3:00pm!! Apparently, there was a machine down but I was not notified. Im not upset because it took a long time. I understand that services can take a long time but dont promise people a certain time if you know they have things to do. The moment the machine was down I shouldve been notified so I could have picked up my car and paid for the services that /could/ be done in that amount of time.

This is the 2nd time in a few months that I have had to leave my car and the dealership. Both times they have stated they didnt have loaners. After three days on the first visit a loaner suddenly became available. I was driving a rock hit the windshield and I was out of pocket 477.00. Now this go round they dont have any loaners and will have my car 3-4 days before they can conclude what all is wrong with my car. This is unacceptable...My sister has a lease from Don Davis and she will not be returning to Don Davisand my niece is looking at getting a Nissan but will not be going to Don Davis

I went for a oil & filtr change. Brenda asked if I had a coupon. I explained the coupon I received was for reg. oil and that my car was synthetic. She said I have a coupon for that along with an air filter. Cant remember if it was cabin or other. I thanked her and said that would be wonderful since I am on a fixed income. During my service wait, I was told my battery failed its test. I thought oh great! She then said it was still under warranty and there would be no extra cost to me. You have no idea how relieved that made me. Brenda my advisor was awesome and I was very pleased with this visit to Don Davis service.

The Service Advisor was pleasant.I have purchased multiple nissan vehicles from Don Davis.I asked was there any discounts available for what needed to be taken care of on my vehicle. There could have been a special regarding the brake service however what additionally needed to be done my vehicle didnt qualify for.The problem I have is that, there was no attempt to see if he (the advisor) could give that discounted special on the brake service.There are multiple items that needs to be done on my vehicle.If there was at least one attempt to offer some type of discount on what needed to be done I would of had all of the services completed at Don Davis.The last 2 service experiences with Don Davis has not been consumer accommodating.I have taken my vehicles to Clay Cooley Nissan and have received excellent accommodation and very affordable service. This is interesting to me as I have never purchased one vehicle from them.After picking up my car from Don Davis I noticed the start on the car was delayed, went over to Clay Cooley Nissan and they put a battery in the key fob at no charge.You would think Don Davis would have at least noticed that and put a battery in the key, After spending nearly $700 on service and being charged a shop fee.I DO NOT recommend anyones car being serviced at Don Davis unless theres a recall and the service is free.If you like your sales consultant as I do, purchase from him/her. However go to Clay for all your service needs.

Rude service rep experience. They’ve also stolen (or forgot to put back) the key to the bolts on my tires twice. I can confirm they are the only ones that have done my oil changes in the past year. I even purchased a new key from them and that key is now missing again. They claim the Nissan dealers use their own key but if I placed mine in my glove compartment then why does it keep going missing after their oil changes?

Worst dealership ever. Chris Vasquez is remarkably incompetent at his job. They put a defective part on my car, I almost lost control driving on the highway, had to contact BBB to get a refund (because no service manager would own their mistake). First time my car was dropped off it was misdiagnosed and they didn’t test drive it so no one heard the loose subframe underneath. I will NEVER come back to this place. Only Grubbs Nissan from here on.

The customer service at this location was really disappointing. My service advisor was great and helpful, however it was my first time using this location and I had difficulty at every turn. I was unsure where to checkout so I walked into the sales area and then walked and waited in the service bay with no assistance. I called them to ask for guidance and was lead to the service cashier in the parts department. I checkout at and stood in silence until the cashier looked up at me and said youre free to go.But my car was not in the bay, so I waited. After I didnt see my vehicle I asked again for assistance. I was then told they are parked in a lot and I go grab it myself. Which is totally fine, but without any instruction it was really frustrating. I dont know that I will return after this experience.

This was probably the most pleasant and easy going car buying experience Ive ever had. John Diggs was the first person to contact me. He was very courteous and listened to what I was trying to achieve, and he surpassed all of my expectations. He introduced me to Chad Cowling. Chad was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was an expert on the Titan. I dont think there was any question that he didnt immediately know the answer to. Stephen Nguyen was my finance manager. He was very friendly and I was out of there very fast. I did not ever feel that uncomfortable pressure like Im used to feeling any many other car dealerships. I will return to Don Davis Nissan for my next car purchase, and I have already recommended the dealership on social media.

Love them. An oil change here is about the same price as it is at a ten minute place. It takes time but they check everything. Dont feel pressured to do more if you cant. Treat your ride like a roast and not sandwich meat.

Hello, I have recently came across and illegal matter. My car was towed and registered as a Honda purposely to be lost or unable to be found. Then to be sold so the insurance and the car dealer would take the lost from this dark market transaction. I strongly recommend to do a through investigation on all your lost vehicles through towing.Thanks for your time

Went to see about getting 2018 Rouge serviced having problems with cruse control. Is under warranty. I was top by service warranty. They have to check it out before they can get ahold of warranty. I understand this and the fact he said it would be 4 days before he could. WHAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IS WHY I COULD NOT GET AN APOINTMENT SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR WHILE IT SETS AND WAITS .AND DEALER HAS NO RENTALS AVAILABLE NOW OR IN FUTURE. RENTAL IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BUT I HAVE TO HAVE A VECHILE DWHILE WAITING TO KNOW IF ITS EVEN TO HAVE WARRANTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NO REASON WHY THEY CANNOT SET APPOINTMENT IN MY VIEW FOR EVERY CUSTOMER THAT IS WILLING. HIGHLY DOUGHT I WILL BE LETTING THEM SERIVE MY VECHILE.

I went in for my oil change. I was given an estimate of 2 hour wait time. However, 3 hours later the associate comes to me with a list of recommendations. I wanted a state inspection, however, it was not given because the mechanic claimed that my car would fail because of brakes. I was given a print out of the entire price. However, I compared and found lower. Once I arrived at the other place, the mechanic there had a different level on the brakes than what Nissan reported and let me know that I did not need to change my brakes. Needless to say, I passed state inspection and saved money in my pocket.

Had just left a competitors lot and felt insulted with their offer on my trade, Cody and Adam came back with a fair offer out of the gate and we had an enjoyable negotiation to the number we were both happy with. Stephen in finance was quick to wrap up paperwork and get me a PO to my bank. Never felt pressured o throughout the process. They respected my bottom line and my wish to use my bank. Purchased car from Don Davis Nissan, had a check engine light come on while traveling and stopped in first thing to make sure it wasn’t major. New they couldn’t fix it but could know if we could keep traveling. Nope. Wouldn’t help in any way. Too busy having service managers sitting at their desk drinking coffee to help! They said it would take 1-2 days to figure out what the code meant. Firestone can figure it out in 10 minutes. Stop supporting bad businesses.

RUN AWAY from Don Davis Nissan Service!Go anywhere but here to get your Nissan serviced. Took my vehicle in for a check engine light; vehicle shut down on the highway. Determined the thermostat and gasket had failed; also needed heater and radiator hoses. I agreed to all and paid the $1,100. That’s not the issue. They returned my vehicle to me in WORSE condition than I gave it to them: heater in the vehicle now doesn’t work. And they want me to bring it back to them to diagnose. Laughable - no way, I’m done. I’ve been coming to this dealership for service since 2007. ALL of them constantly recommend service based on this or that; I have discovered on my own some of these recommendations are unnecessary and an outright lie, even while telling you it’s coming from the manufacturer. I dealt with it for years from these jokers and I’m through.For God’s sake, stay away from this service department!

Mauricio went on a test drive right away with me to evaluate the issue and gave me great insights on the little things that go on with my car and assured me the vehicle was operating normally. It does no good to have an appointment here at Don Davis Nissan on 1320 I-20 Frontage Rd, Arlington, TX 76018. Worse thing, they have no shuttle or rental (loaner) for customers whom has other business to attend and not able to wait and have their vehicle serviced.

Your service department is terrible. Called and left a message in the morning to get update on my car. Called 2 other times after that and got sent to voice-mail. 4hrs after my first call I finally get called back. After my car being there for 2 1/2 days I find out they havent even looked at it yet and havent done the oil change service either. And it doesnt look like it will get looked at until tomorrow. Just terrible. Its sad really. Really regret buying my car here.

I had very positive experience in past purchasing vehicle here before so I went back there to get another vehicle within 2 months. Manager here was trying to charge me new car price on used vehicle so I left. then someone from Don Davis called me saying shes from Don Davis Nissan then just hung up while she was talking to her coworker without apology. Seems like customer service is just getting worse. I will not go back again.
