I knew what I wanted, we both knew the prices we wanted to be at and came to a great deal all parties were happy with. I know we are dealing with a global pandemic as a whole, which has affected numerous businesses in various different ways. Shopping for a new vehicle because of a growing family was my issue, and with dealerships either very limited to no stock or just crazy upcharge frees was my hurdle in this whole process. This was not the case when I arrived at Classic CDJRF. There was no upcharge at all forcing you to buy add ons you didnt want or need and there where 15 or more new vehicles of the same model to chose from giving you, the buyer options (not limiting you) overall the experience was great.

Jeep comment - Keith, the manager, is a seriously helpful person. I went in by myself, a single lady, worried I would be taken advantage like many ladies worry about at car shops and dealerships. To my pleasure, I was really taken aback by how wrong I was. Keith is not pushy, but instead helpful, leading you to make your own decisions, and feel good in the end. He supported my choices and answered questions from my perspective to make sure I would be comfortable. Way beyond what I expected from a dealer. Definitely worth going to!!! Worth the drive for myself to go to a dealership an hour away from my home simply because people who take care of you are worth taking care of too.

I purchased a Jeep Compass in the 23rd and had a good experience. Then a couple of days ago one of my tires started losing pressure. At first I thought it was due to the tempature change, so I add air. The next morning it dropped from 35 psi to 16. Took the tire to get looked at thinking I ran over something. That was not the case. Someone had previously tried to plug a hole in the wall of the tire and I should not have been driving with that tire it all. I was completely shocked one that in less than 2 weeks Im already having to replace a tire and two that the vehicle was sold with that tire on it. I understand its a used car, but you would think there are some safety standards to follow. Im just so glad it didnt blow while I was on the highway.

I’ve just purchased my second vehicle from them within three months. I can tip my hat up at the perfect service he’s given. Marty Holland, OMG, he’s so nice and patient. He has taken care of me with this second purchase. Randomly checking on us while we was waiting for finance and completion. These two men customer service was so exemplary I had to hold back my tears. When I pulled off the lot my eyes was watery. Please ask for Marty Holland when looking for your next car. He’s awesome!

Real easy to deal with ordered a jeep 392 all the options and received it quick. Dealership is nice and has a good selection of vehicles in stock or can get you what you need. This makes my third vehicle from them and have had no issues from them.

Do not buy here. Dishonest dealer. I was interested in a vehicle they had on order. It was already ordered and on the way they told me, should only be a few weeks. So I put down a $1,000 deposit. Two weeks later, my life situation changed to where I can no longer get the vehicle. NOW they tell me the deposit is non-refundable. I dont understand why since theyll be selling the vehicle to someone else. The salesman did not tell me it was non-refundable up front of course, and none of the paperwork I have says that either. So theyre saying theyre going to keep my $1,000 and not give me anything for it. Please shop for your new vehicle someplace else. There are plenty of reputable dealers in the area.

Extremely easy and efficient process. I chose a Jeep that wasnt on the lot yet. After putting down a reasonable deposit, was kept informed as the car made its way here. Once here, confirmed the price and was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. Kudos to Frank and Lupe for making the process super simple.

Arrived at service bay entrance @ 6:55. They opened promptly @ 7am & immediately was greeted by a service rep, who was friendly, and began assisting me.I initially spoke with “Chris” over the phone the day before & it was Chris who took over. Chris was friendly & very helpful.There were 2 recalls on our vehicle that my husband forgot to mention, but Chris had both recalls fixed as well.After the service was completed, they even did the state inspection.We are pleased with the service & work performed & would recommend Classic.

My original 1 star review was based on the fact that Classic Chrysler had our vehicle for 5 weeks to repair it. Apparently the tech was cherry picking jobs to do and also had another 2 customers vehicles for 2 months. This tech was fired because of this issue and I asked if I could at least get a complimentary oil change because of the wait time. They did comp me the oil change and I understand you only have so much control of your employees so I raised my review to 3 stars. I will say the service advisor Lathan did a very good job in keeping us informed of the situation.

Needed airbag changed in my RAM truck under the recall. I was told Have it in by 9:00 and it will be done by 3:00.I had it in at 10:00 and it was done by 1:00.So neatly done I could not tell they had done anything. Not a mark or scratch around the airbags.They made no effort at add on sales at all which I greatly appreciated!Gary

ZERO stars. I took my 2016 jk into classic for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. After 3 and 1/2 HOURS I was told that only the oil change could be done because they didnt have the correct tools to perform alignment or rotate tires. If a JEEP dealer doesnt have tools for something that simple, they have NO business representing the Jeep name.Add to that I have called them since January of 2021 for a recall and service. Many many messages. They obviously dont want or need the money.. To date NEVER received a call back. I have free oil changes there and I change my own oil to avoid them. THAT is how horrible Classic is.. WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. . IVE DRIVEN Jeeps for 30 years and have never had such a HORRID experience in my life at any dealer. EVER.I went to Waxahachie Jeep today and they are awesome!! From the initial call to set appointment to the excellent customer service received today.. Everyone looking for a dealer thats great and are close to classic, go to Waxahachie Jeep. Save yourself time and serious frustration. Classic has no business calling themselves a Jeep dealer. What a disgrace. Go to Waxahachie Jeep. You will be SO happy you did.

Terrible service. I took my 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee here because the check engine light is on. They clear the light after checking the code (system evap leak) and tell me to come back if it comes back on. Well, it came back on 5 days later, so I take it back. They keep it a full week and tell me it just needed a software update and that its ready for pick up. I pick it up and light is back on in another couple days. I went back and they proceed to tell me that they dont know why the light is on and that they can try to change parts (on my dime) until they get the light to go off. That is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD and insulting. Im convinced that they didnt do any diagnostics. There are machines they can use to physically locate the leak. Why was this not used?? Im baffled. Not sure if I received this treatment because I am a female that they assumed would be ignorant or because Im a minority, or both. I do not recommend this place.

I dropped my vehicle off at the dealer for two issues: 1) active head restraint popped out and 2) non-operable key fobs. While initially there were problems trying to connect with someone in the Service Dept over the phone, once I arrived at the dealer and connected with Mike, he was able to assist me with information and follow-up. Mike even provided me with a direct contact number as a means to offer further assistance and follow-up. Very much appreciated and look forward to changing this 4-star review into a 5-star review once everything is resolved. I mentioned in my earlier review that I WILL be buying a new Overland this year. This will be my third Overland purchase and hoping to stay local and shop this dealership rather than shopping other locations. Experience with Service is more important than new car sales and as a repeat buyer shapes my opinion. Looking forward to seeing how this latest service experience shapes up.

Aurelia was very cognizant of my time restrictions, and friendly. That was the only part of my interaction with her and Frank I am happy with. Despite my previous statements I would only make the 3 hour drive to the dealership for a certain price range on my trade in, Aurelia used deception in how I was presented my trade offer. All i was told is they are paying off my balance. They only stated how much they were going to payoff vs. how much they were giving me for my trade. Not mentioning negative equity carrying over. I did not figure this out until I sat down with Finance and went over the numbers. I told Aurelia I would not come in at the price that was told to me over text message. I 100% understood it needed to be seen in person, but was told that number would be a minimum given for my trade. So when I found out that is all they offered without telling me, I was very upset and feel burned. I owned a 2020 Ram Rebel, so I was very familiar with the entertainment system and overall inside options. When I asked questions about the suspension, capabilities and how a diesel worked vs a gas, I was told I dont know but will find out and never got my answers. The first part of the process was fairly quick, but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours to get in with finance. If this had not taken so long, I would have had more opportunity to follow up on my questions around performance of the truck. I am a well qualified buyer with credit over 800 and very good income. I do not feel the finance dept did much to offer me options around interest rates or banks. I bought the truck because I love Ram and it was the truck I wanted. If I was on the fence about buying this scenarios would have driven me away from buying with Classic. I will not be buying another vehicle from a Classic dealer in my future. Which is a shame because I am going to order a grand wagoneer in Jan of next year.

Good Sales department with helpful staff. As for the Service Department, they leave A LOT to be desired. The last two times I came in for the complimentary oil changes when I bought my 2020 Compass, whether there was 3 people in front of me or I was first in line, it took over 2 hours to get a simple oil change. I recently called to have a warranty issue looked at and was told that it will take 7-10 days for Classic to just LOOK at the vehicle. In addition, I was advised that if it was found to be a non-warrantable item (On a car that still has bumper to bumper defective coverage) I will have to shell out for the pleasure of them parking my car for at least a week. Take your vehicle somewhere else because they clearly are WAY too busy to take care of your vehicle.

We bought a car from Classic off of Collins in Arlington TX in February 2021. I had a 3000 down payment. I remember feeling pressured by the manager. I was hesistant because buying a car is a big decision and I wanted to make the right choice for my family. I wanted bumper to bumper coverage but they reassured me that if any major issue happened it was covered. I tried to change my mind but they refused to give my down payment back. So I got the 2018 Chevrolet Traverse. I loved it. But not even 6 months later. I was driving and my car said something about battery service charging system. About 10 minutes later the GPS screen went black and the car started to slow down and cut off on a very busy highway in Dallas. I was in the car with my husband and 2 year old daughter and 4 year old son. There was no shoulder on the highway due to construction so we really had no way to escape. Suddenly I felt a big hit and we were hit from behind and ended up in a 3 car wreck. The car still wouldnt start and so the police had to push us off 2 miles. The alternator went out on a 2018 with less than 80000 miles. I had to pay all expenses that totaled over 2000 dollars. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. Not if you want to protect the life of your children and family. There response was there was nothing that they could do it was on us. DO NOT BUY FROM CLASSIC. You will end up with way more problems than you bargained for. My family and I could have died that day.

Which is so hard to find in business/sales/customer service now a days.Ive purchased 5 vehicles in the last 4 years and Ive bought all of them from Damian Haye. Peter was great! We started with a test drive and he was very well informed on the vehicle and showed me how to use all of the new technology pieces! Eric Sorto was our salesman, but Im not sure that salesman is accurate enough. I would consider Eric much more than that, as he provided an experience that would be hard to match at any dealership. Eric had been standing in the sun, between the new and used car sections. I pulled up to ask him a a question and he said he would be happy to meet me over in the parking lot so we could look at some newer vehicles that had been dropped off. He was friendly, confident, knowledgeable, and most of all he was personable. Eric provided an experience that exceeds any previous experiences Ive had by a long shot. Car buying should be a fun an exciting experience that is easy and comfortable for the buyer however we all know that this is typically not the case. The definition of a car salesman should just state Erics name, he was just that damn good!David and Mo from financing were also a pleasure to work with. They were personable, they didnt add any pressure or unnecessary stress to the process and got everything taken care of. Although my time with them was less than with Eric, they exhibited the same great behaviors that Eric had displayed up until that point. They did a wonderful job and I appreciate them making it an easy process for my wife and I.Although we did buy a vehicle and thats an adventure in itself, I couldnt be happier with the entire process from start to finish. This was our second car to purchase at this location and I have no doubt that my wife and I will be back to purchase our future vehicles. Thank you to the entire staff, Kallie and I truly enjoyed every minute of it.
