While their service is great. Their whole “life time warranty” option is a joke. I bought my set up about three years ago with the “life time warranty” and when one bulb finally stopped working I went back to them. They do not tell you that the “life time warranty” is only for the bulb they carry in stock. So the bulb I had was discontinued and so I had to buy a whole new set. What is the point of “life time warranty” if you do not honor it? You all need to specify this to your customers. To be honest next time I need lights. I will be taking my business else where.

Placed an order and received confirmation for a set of headlights on 10/02/21. Emailed them a week later to see when they would ship out. No response. Called them that same week and was told they were ok back order and should ship out on the following Monday. About 2 weeks pass by and I try contacting them by email again, Instagram, text and phone. Every time I called it either went straight to voicemail or I was told the online orders guy was on lunch and to call back in 30 minutes, and other excuses like, I have 5 people in line call me back later.Edit after replyYes I see that you guys are closed on Wednesday and I did probably call on a Wednesday without knowing you were closed, but I also called on other days. Thank you

New to the area, these potholes during one of these last storms did a number on my fog lights. I asked if they could help me out and after about 2 minutes, I had them changing all my headlights and my interiors. Just to be safe I grabbed a lifetime warranty for the lights in case they don’t fill those holes in the street. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Gonna bring my wife’s Subaru in to have her lights changed out soon. Clean spot lots of help to get you fitted right, you can’t beat that. Check them out before you spend your $$$ Thank you to the entire staff and the guys in the back fitting me in.

For the cost of ONE light bulb from a big box auto parts store, they put together the entire assembly for my sons 2003 Acura CL Xenon Headlights. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, we returned the overpriced part to the other store and will use Top HID the next time we have any lighting issues with any cars. Thank you for your help!!!!

Top Hids has been a fantastic experience for me. Initially coming in, I was astounded by the variety of items and services available. My mustang headlights had become cloudy due to moisture buildup, and I wanted to replace them. Amir, the manager, was quite helpful in restoring my headlights to their original condition, as well as adding a color changing option that I can control from my phone. My friend Barney had some real elegant underglow lights installed on his black military Hummer. I was very impressed and asked him where he get them installed? He told me got the work done at Top Hidz in Arlington. I called them and was greeted by Jermy. He immediately came of as a really educated in the Automotive Lights industry. The customer service was espectacular. Very convenient transition. They set me up with an appointment that worked around my schedule. When I showed up I felt like I was being treated to VIP SERVICE! Amir welcomed me to the shop. Very clean and organized. Amir was very hospitable and offered me different beverage options. I upgraded my High, Medium, Low and fog lights to LED R6. I was astonished when I saw the illumination of the new lights. I noticed a significant difference in clarity when I got to drive with them that first night. I have a stigmatism and need glasses to drive especially at night. Unfortunately I didn’t have my glasses. The type of light on the new LED lights relaxed my vision on my drive home to Lewisville. My eyes didn’t feel irritated or strained. Overal, my experience with the staff and customer service at Top Hidz was excellent. I feel like I made a very good investment!

Finally made it in to this place to get my lights done on my car, and I am very impressed with the end results. They answered every question I had about LEDs lights VS the HID lights to make a better choice on what I was looking for. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and they let you know exactly whats going to be done, these guys will not just put anything in or on your without testing it first to make sure everything will work properly. I got my lows and cornering lights done, and will return to get the high beam lights done just to complete the set, and I will get my semi truck up one day for some light work as well.

This place does a great job! I walked in to get a quote and they were able to get the job done in a couple hours. Tristan worked on my car. During the installation of what i needed He came to me and offered to power my dash cam internally without it needing to plug into the cigarette lighter. He did this for free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jeremy was knowledgeable about the different products and brands to replace my diode running lights. I ordered an Oracle Halo/running light kit and OMG! I went to a guy that does the light work from his home I drove from Mansfield to Carrollton for him to tell me he can’t do the back because it’s all mufflers and it will melt the lights. I told my friend girl and she knew I was saddened so she googled and read the reviews and told me to go to TopHids in Arlington so I did... I told them what I wanted and right off the bat... the guy I spoke with knew exactly what I wanted and told me there was a work around for the back and I was sold. They were so kind and reassuring and they did exactly what I wanted...I drove out of there thinking I owned the streets..lol..Seriously I was pleased and will definitely recommend to anyone and I will be going back for lights put in the inside!

Jeremy and Garrett are definitely good people!! I came all the way from Arkansas to have my headlights change colors. And they threw me in a good deal to make them change colors and it was worth the wait. And if I ever have an issue then I can just bring it back to them and they said they’ll look at it.

Came here to get the HIDs in my car replaced, came back the next day to get my buddys lights repaired and swapped over to LEDs, stellar experience both times! I forgot the name of the gentleman I was working with but, I do respect the professionalism and honestly here. I originally wanted LED bulbs for my car which would have been more expensive, was actually steered towards less expensive HIDs that have better light output in the specific kind of headlights I have. If you need new lights or have glazed over headlight housings then stop here first. Prices are fair, the wait time is not bad and they can work up custom solutions for your vehicle.

The lights on my honda are sooooo much brighter.. so friendly and really took the time to explain the difference between HID & LED Light options. Ask for Amir hes the best 👍
