I called this location, and they were able to get me in the same day. A brake replacement turned out to be a bit more complicated, but instead of turning me away to make an appointment the whole crew worked hard to get me back on the road even at the end of the day. I’m new to the area and so I appreciated the kind, professional and accommodating care I received. They kept me apprised of the work as it was happening and outlined what I may need down the road. I was told by my car dealership that I needed brakes. Turns out I just needed them cleaned and oiled up. The honesty and great service is what keeps me going back there each time. I recommend people to go there all the time.

This location offers issues they are seeing without being pushy for you to get the repair. They just make you aware. I only had my oil changed. Other than them not honoring the oil change online coupon, I love this location and often recommend them to friends and family.

Meineke Appleton inspected my loud exhaust and gave me an accurate and reasonable repair estimate. Made an appointment to have repair done two days later. Left car at key drop the evening before, and they called the next day when work was done. Very courteous and professional. Met all expectations.

They are nice. I had to go back two times in one day for an air filter because the day prior, they didn’t have any in stock when I had my oil changed. Then they didn’t have the stocking organized so I had to come back another time. I like the online appointment feature. A big negative is that they changed my air filter and left huge and numerous brown/black stains on my fabric seats. I will not be using them for my future car needs.

I had my exhaust system on my 2004 mini Cooper replaced. Service was done quickly and so far the car sounds great. They also let me know that my air filter needed replacing and that there are some engine leaks without trying to sell me more services. Just making me aware.

Im celebrating one year clean and sober. My father bought me a car as a gift but it was an older Italian import and no mechanics in town or willing to work on it. It has some issues that needed immediate attention. The brakes were bad and the oil was leaking terribly. Meineke was willing to work on it and they did a wonderful job. Very grateful thank you

My car sat there almost a MONTH waiting to get the engine put in! When they received the engine it was missing four seals,but not to mention the first time around the wrong engine was sent. So they had to order seals out of Texas mind you so it was yet ANOTHER wait. And because of the 4th of July I was put aside again.I have a handicapped son that needs to go to the doctor frequently and they work at a snails pace and dont ever call to update me about my vehicle I have to call them to get any kind of update. Not what the hell! I ONLY used them because thats where my cars warranty is thru. But up to me NEVER,and I would NOT recommend them to anyone at this point.

Meineke is the auto shop I trust. They do good, honest work, and are even honest about options. Their hours arent the best right now, but knowing my car is in good hands and not at risk of sabotage is worth 5 stars to me.

Easy to schedule an appointment online and oil change took less than 15 minutes. I wish I would’ve timed it. And they didn’t bother me about changing out every filter in the car; they checked them all but just did the job I asked.

The people at the Wisconsin Ave (Appleton) location are always super nice, always so willing to help out if you have questions, and generally seem to be good people. Theyre accurate about their time estimates and have never tried to nickle and dime me, have never spoken down to me, and have never tried to convince me my vehicle needed work that it didnt. I travel for this specific auto shop and will continue to do so so long as I keep having good experiences.

Brought my car in to have a flat fixed. They needed to take the tire off the rim in order to fix properly. The wheels on my vehicle are specialty painted wheels, I had voiced prior to the service that I was concerned about the mounting equipment scratching or scoring the painted surface on the wheel and requested extra care. The individual at the counter committed to me that he would help his technician to be sure that it was properly taken care of. Upon picking the car up the same individual informed me that they had lightly scuffed the finish in a small area and had attempted to clean it up a bit. I appreciate the honesty, or so I thought. Upon closer inspection not only did they scuff my wheel but they put a multi-line score along more than half of the rim. Deep enough it can be felt with a finger nail. The wheel that was damaged is brand new, I still have the receipt in the car and was perfect beside some brake dust prior to the technicians at Meineke getting their hands on it. I informed them of the issue and the individual behind the counter told me he would speak with the boss, I assume the owner or manager of this particular facility and that I would hear back from them same day. I have yet to hear back. I hope that they do the right thing and properly fix or replace the wheel to my vehicle in short order. If they do I will happily adjust this review to reflect any service or support rendered.

I was able to get my truck in for an oil change quickly and the customer service seemed great. Next day I noticed 3 oil stains in the driveway and another the day after. Looks to me like they got oil all over the underbody cover and didnt clean it up. A bit higher price for the oil change also

Spent 220 dollars here to get a gauge installed which i was told over the phone that they could do no problem and would only take 1 and or a little more well it took over 3 hours and the 2days later the gauge still does not work like it should took it somewhere else to have it looked at to find it was installed wrong and it would cost me 400 dollars to be done right and also was told yesterday when i left that oh we have never done that before if i was told that to start i would never have had it done there and i also cant get my money back so now i just have a gauge in my car that just lights up and thats it... sorry to say after this they have lost me and my wife as customers for good i dont like being lied too and now im out 220 dollars and any other shop is going to charge me double now to take it out and do it right...

Went in for oil change. Asked then to check the battery because I had had to have it jumped about three weeks ago. They said they’d be happy to check the battery and told me that I shouldn’t be driving around with such a low power battery and that they would be happy to change the battery and install it for $188. Decided not to have the battery changed and actually went to my dealership as it turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the battery dealership showed me the test they did on it said it was full power it’s only two years old and that the problem was that there was a need for a change in battery in my fob.

Great informative, timely professional service. Sometimes it is daunting to use a quick change oil service, in fear of being pressured into unnecessary service or services not performed properly. Did not have anywhere close to this experience here. So confident that I went on a walk while truck was being worked on.

Dropped of our truck on a Sunday night. By 9:00 in the morning, we already had an answer as to what was wrong with our truck. Definately made a though inspection of what was wrong with the truck. Don, who was the manager had only been there for 4 months, but it seemed as though he had been there a long time, because he knew his job, and communicated very well with me over the phone what was wrong with our truck. The job was done in a day, so the turn-a-round time was great! HONESTY! Was what I liked about Don! He replaced what NEEDED to be replaced. Not what didnt need to be replaced! I was saddened that in the pass when I have had an oil change and after the change my maintenance light will go on I would take it back and they would take it back and reset it well this time the first thing I was told they would be a 68.plus charge without even checking to see if it was supposed to be reset it ended up to only be a reset and there was not a charge I was not happy and asked if there was a change of management which they answered yes I also told the man that I bring all the family vehicles there

I like going to this Meineke location. I had my usual oil change. I usually only have good things to say but this time the air in my tires weren’t checked and one of my tires was low and I didn’t know it. I drove my car out of town over a hour when I got to my appointment my tire was almost completely flat. Thank god there was a gas station nearby that I could pump it up. Also they didn’t change my sticker in my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is due.

I was glad that I was able to have my problem checked out right away. However, it turns out that I could have had the same service done at the dealer for at least $50 less (imagine that). One would think that a business like Meineke would be less expensive than a dealer. I realize It was more convenient to have the work done as long as I was there, but the main reason I went to Meineke first was the assumption of a lower cost. Disappointing.

This place is AMAZING! It was my first time getting an oil change there and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The scheduling was super easy and they got me in the next day. The techs there were super helpful and made me feel like I was family. They helped me out with all that I needed and the oil change literally took only 15 mins. The two gentlemen working at this facility this particular Saturday morning were extremely polite, professional, confident and competent in their field of car repair and servicing. It was obvious they knew what they were doing but without being self-important, deceptive or pushy. They were aboveboard while being informative and unbiased when describing the auto problems and solutions and the related pricing. I will definitely be going back for my next anticipated servicing. Love these guys! They really helped me out with both my vehicles. The alignment was toast on my Hyundai and didn’t know you needed new tires to do it properly. They did their best ok day one and when I came back the next day with new tires they were more than happy to make it was good to go. If I need things done that I can’t do myself, I’m going here!!!

Everyone was very nice and incredibly helpful, however the staff put the wrong filter in my car and I got all the way to the other side of town before seeing the voicemail they had left me regarding my giant oil leak in their parking lot. I had to then drive back across town and have them redo my oil change. They offered no discount or additional services for my wasted time.

While the service was relatively expedient, their employee handling intake did not wear a mask, nor did any of the other customers.

A quality repair was received. The service was good. I appreciated that the service consultant showed me the completed repair while the vehicle was still up on the hoist. The only negative was the high cost of the repair. The hourly shop rate was too high, I thought.

Signed up for an appointment online the night before. Quick oil change, great price, even helped with lubing my hood latch. Helped troubleshoot wheel bearing issues, decent price, reasonable installation time. Convenient location and friendly staff.

Although I did not have an appointment, I was able to get my oil changed in a minimal amount of time. Ive been going to this place for years for an oil change, when I call them they always get me in and out very quickly. They are honest about any issues I may have down the road.

I have been going to this location just over a year now. This last time the oil change took 15-20 minutes from the time I arrived. I had never had such speedy service! The employees are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my car in for an oil change and get my ac checked. Paid 170 for them to refill my ac and put dye into it to find out where it is leaking. Found out repairs will cost 1000. So I picked up my car and ended up bringing to another mechanic (my uncle). He looked and looked and couldnt find any dye anywhere . He told me that the dye should be very visible yet. So I will not be bringing my car back there again for any repairs.

Expensive but my car is not as loud.

These guys are just amazing. They genuinely care about their customers and the cars, and will go out of their way to help on a budget. I took my car down there when the company I bought my car from (not even two months ago) had a blown engine. Not only did they do the repairs at a reasonable price, when there was a delay in getting work done to my car due to their work load (among other things), the front man, Edgar, actually lent me his own car so I could take it to work. Theyre all extremely helpful, professional, and kind, and I highly recommend them.

Great customer service and even though I found out my truck could not be aligned the service tech brought me to my truck and showed me exactly why and what was wrong. Not just write it on paper. He was very knowledgeable and I will be going back for other repairs.

Got my oil changed and the transmission tube cracked when they were checking the fluid. They immediately offered to put the new tube on with no additional charge once I got the part. Turned a potentially bad situation into a good one with no controversy.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The mechanics put the wrong tire on my car after they said it would work with no problem! Caused my car to have 10 sensor lights on and my only option was going to another tire shop! Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. And no return. no one go there super ghetto

During my oil change an inspection was conducted on my vehicle. I was notified that my running day lamp light and my reverse light was out and needed to be changed. I asked how much? Thinking a $40.00 cost or something in that range. But do you believe what I was quoted? $180.00 for two lights that would only take 20mins to change. Having a little knowledege mechanics I dont think a couple lights would cost that much. Wow. I hope no one else gets overly charged! Smh.

Just got my oil done and very happy with Meineke. Love the online appointment feature. Always polite and treat me with respect and sometimes they do let you know what else is wrong with your car but they give you the chance to fix what you want to fix with no pressure from them. That is good business to me. If they say something needs fixing and you find out later that it didnt, then go back and talk to them. Maybe the person just made a mistake. Everyone is human. I dont think they are out to scam you. I will continue to go to Meineke because they are fair with pricing and respectful. Keep up the good work.

Techs were very concerned about using the type of oil the customer asked for. They explained their position and that the oil void the warranty. That was impressive.
