The store manager at this Verizon store is awesome. I feel horrible for not remembering her name right now. But she went out of her way to make sure my daughters phone was working correctly. It took some time and some calls to customer support,But she wasn’t relentless and made it happen.This is the only means of communication that I have with my daughter throughout the week. She understood that and made sure that we had a proper working phone before we left the store.

Went in to return 1 of the items I bought the night before. They could not do the return. It was 2 of them.. They could not get it figured out. Their solution was unexcepable. Need to go back another day to have another person (s) try again. I work 2 jobs 7 days a week so any day I have off I cherish it. But now I have to waste time to go back yet again. As if I dont have better things to do.

We went to the Apple Valley Verizon on Florence Trail this past Sunday after having a not so pleasant visit to a Verizon Store in Rochester MN (Broadway) earlier in March. It was worth the drive. The difference in service was unbelievable. The guy that helped us in AV was Rob S. I cannot remember if full last name. He was nice, answered all of our questions, was not pushy and all around a great guy to work with. Went in for 1 phone and walked out with 2.

I had a poor customer service experience at the store. The associate who meet us outside the store didnt seem interested in helping us and provided minimal information on getting a screen repair done. There was no service and we felt as though she had better things to do than help us out.

Staff here was kind, professional, and empathetic. However they are ultimately not empowered by Verizon to help or advocate for their customer. All they could provide was the telephone number to call back into customer support and sit on hold indefinitely.Good people, bad company priorities.

We had some complications with an online order. Pulled up to the store and these issues were handled immediately. I cannot remember the name of who initially approached us, but Rob then continued to help resolve the technical difficulties. They even provided information about rebates I had previously been unaware of. Which led me to purchase an extra accessory from the savings!Very wonderful customer service today. They are clearly working hard before the holiday and it is much appreciated by this customer!

I have used this Verizon location in the past with excellent service. Unfortunately that has changed for the worse. They do not answer the phone if you call, you must make an appointment online to visit the store,cannot help out with processing a warranty issue, and will not transfer info from an old phone to a new one. The guy i worked with seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of the store due to COVID restrictions, so i left with a small piece of paper with some customer service phone numbers on it. Complete waste of time. Ironically there were more employees in the store than customers. From my experience today, this store doesnt offer anything more than a kiosk at the mall. Disappointing.

Very unhelpful store manager. I was supposed to get Apple Music included in my plan, confirmed with them. Instead I had to buy it ad-hoc through Apple even though Verizon charged me for it. Store manager promised to get this resolved, a month later and a chat with a verizon expert via CS and the guy still wont respond to my texts. If I had it my way, id have his job for one of the worst Verizon Wireless Customer experiences I have ever gone through since 2003.

Great experience at this store. Salesperson Rob was helpful, very knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me what I did not need. Had a nice variety of phones and he helped me find a phone that I greatly enjoy, found me a promotion that reduced the price and also helped reduce the cost of my plan, showed me how to transfer from my old phone and had the new phone up and running, what more could you want? Thx Rob! PS Bought a Pixel 3.

I went in to upgrade my phone to a newer model with more storage space, and with the hope of using the upgrade from another line on my account to get a better price. I was greeted promptly and asked for my phone number to pull up my account information. No problem. The sales associate started in telling me that it was a great time because they had started a new promotion...only to tell me a minute later that the promotion didnt apply to me. No big deal. We moved on. I told him the exact phone I wanted and wanted I wanted to do. He said great, then told me about another promotion to pay for the phone. I agreed to the terms and asked to proceed...and then he told me that promotion didnt apply to me either. At that point, I told him I just wanted to get the phone and to not worry about promotions or upgrades. He went to the back to get the phone I wanted, returned, and then told me that I really needed to reconsider my service plan, at which point I told him again that I wasnt interested. He then tried to shuffle me off to someone else to work on the plan portion...at which point THAT person told me that I couldnt even use my upgrade. I walked out of the store. From the parking lot, I called Verizon Wireless customer service...15 minutes later, the delightful woman on the phone had upgraded my phone at WAY less cost than what the SALES ASSOCIATES told me and it was being shipped to my house. SUMMARY: Call Verizon or use the website unless youd like to experience something more slimy than what you would find at the worst kind of used car lot.

My wife and I were looking at a phone for our oldest who is 11. However, we went somewhere else before and the only options they were willing to work with was brand new phones. My 11 yrld doesnt need a top of the line new phone. So this store worked with us and had a couple iPhone 7s left. It was a perfect compromise not state of the art brand new but a functional smart phone. Calm and curious staff.Thank you for the help gentlemen!

Turned out they didnt have the new phones we were looking for so was sent to Burnsville where we were met with there are 4 people ahead of you and we close in an hour so we may not get to you.... sometimes Im wondering if I should take my 5 lines back to Tmobile... :( sad face....

We attempted to go in and switch to Verizon for four lines today . When I walked in my toddler needed a diaper change. I asked if they had a changing table and was informed they did not. I then asked if I could use the bathroom floor, any floor, etc (I have a pad in the bag for changing). I was informed I could not change him there, its a sanitation issue. I was shocked, its just a common diaper change and said as much. They informed me to go across the street to the gas station. Arms crossed, rude, and ugly. I took my child and changed him in the car. How are mothers expected to do business in this store if they cannot even change their children? Being made to feel it is shameful and unsanitary to even care for your child. Its ridiculous. I shutter to think what would have happened if I needed to breast feed.The owners of this store need to provide education to their employees to create a family friendly environment. The lack of understanding and intelligence these men displayed was appalling.

Disappointing product support. I walked in needing a screen protector. I showed the associate my Galaxy S7 and he checked me in.After waiting for about 15 minutes, another associate came over. He went to the back to look for an S7 screen protector, only to come back later saying they dont carry that product in stores.Its surprising that the Galaxy S7 is not supported in stores, as Im still making phone payments to Verizon. Also surprising is that I was able to drive over to Sprint and they had a screen protector for my S7...Sprint got my business today.

Went in today at 4 to upgrade my account and use the bogo offer they had on special. Wasnt too busy at that time. About a 3 minute wait I was waited on by a gentleman named Scott. Nice service rep. Real honest. Anyways I had to upgrade a line and add a new line so I went with the Google 2 XL for both. One had to be shipped to California while the other stayed with me. Now he was a good rep no doubt.i was not impressed with the outcome. We chatted about a different address and well lets just say it was finalized before it was entered. About 20 minutes on the phone with a Verizon rep I was told it was shipped. Me and Scott were like 5 minutes in before he called. Well lets just say 2 days turned into 5. Not only that but 25 promo dollars Ive been banking couldnt be applied. This was discussed prior to purchasing the phone. Scott did credit my account so I was happy with that but everyone wants there phone now or ASAP. That kind of money id expect next day. Wasnt real impressed with the outcome. Now Im not talking down on the store employee he did what he could to correct it but how does something get shipped in 5 minutes and cant be corrected. Get your communication system corrected Verizon. On another note they have allot of phone cases. Pretty pricey for those and they really dont guarantee your phone dont break. My Motorola I purchased prior I bought the defender and a pricey glass screen protector, a week later crack so dont waste your money on bulky empty promises

This used to be a better location for Verizon. There was a handful of staff, playing around on their own phones when customers were ignored. I was disgusted and walked out. If you are busy fine, but greet customers. If you are understaffed hire more people. I expect alot more out of verizon then this kind of behavior. I will never return here and probably and may go to another carrier. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Beware of Kenneth at the Apple Valley store in Minnesota. He offers false deals and free phones that do not exist. And he does not make you aware of all your options. He appears just to be out to make a sale. In addition, he offers no information as to additional warranties and insurance for your device. I will never go to the Apple valley store again and if I had to, I will stay far away from Kenneth.....dishonest employee. I think its best that since you cant even simply call this store on the phone, all my dealings with my device including future purchases will be through Verizon customer service. Thats the only place you can get on the phone anyway and they lay it out how it truthfully is when it comes to purchases and are honest. Thanks Mike at customer service for helping me understand that Kenneth had pulled a fast one on me.

Ive been in this store several times to both buy new devices and just to ask questions. The staff are always curtious and helpful. Even when I let them know Im just in to look, I never feel pressured to buy. They have always answered all of my questions. The best part is that they will give you the best answer, not the one that sells their most expensive products. Over many transactions at this location I havent ever had a problem with my bill or ever had anything added that I didnt want. Being patient and curtious to the staff of any retailor will go a long way toward getting more than what you ask for. Great place and highly recommend.

The manager of this store is extremely rude and disrespectful! Went to purchase a phone and the price that was listed next to the phone was not the price the phone actually was. BUT we didnt find this out until the sales associate was ringing up the phone. Even the sales associate wasnt aware the sign was wrong and wouldnt give us the phone at the price that was advertised. When we asked the manager he flat out was rude and said no he wasnt giving us the phone for the price on the sign even thought it was his fault the sign was wrong. Made a complaint to corporate and they said they have had many problems with this guy and would give us the phone for the price the sign said. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!
