Cancelled my internet over 3 months ago and they still try to bill my card every month

This company is a joke. I signed up for their service. Atech to come out. He did and installed it last Friday today is monday and i have spent over 4 hours on the phone with tech support. I am now on the phone to cancel and they want to charge me an 85.00 connection fee and a 10 disconnection fee for a serviceI NEVER WAS ABLE TO Use. I am filing a complaint with the FCC
My neighbor 2 house down has frontier but Im being told its not available in my area they need to make a law to force them to give up there service license if they are going to limit service
Horrible horrible horrible power outage for 3 days now my ONT won’t work and they made me an appointment for 2 weeks from now which will effectively get me fired from my job that I rely on internet to do and my kids will now become truant because of virtual school so I’ll be broke and in jail for truancy now

If I could, I would give Frontier zero stars. Ive had Frontier for 2 years, it is very overpriced for the malfunctioning internet they provide. Internet is slow, or it constantly leaves and comes back, every single time. I have like 2-3 techs visiting every month and replacing the box and the issue stays the same. Signal keeps coming and going, and it interrupts my gaming, it interrupts me watching movies. Frontier really wants to convince me that their service is better than any other? Charter charges me the same price and I get GREAT service for the same price. The only reason I got Frontier is because my parents wanted the cheapest service. Worst decision ever made! Please, if you have Frontier, leave, they are not worth the frustration, the stress nor the hassle. Im going to charter by the end of this week.
I really like frontier. I switched from another Co.Great packages & best of all no contracts& depending on where U live they Rfiber optic & 500 gb. Super fast & impossible 2 fill the DVR !!!!!
Im dealing with the same thing. There is no communication within the company. Ive taken 4 days off waiting for an installer that never showes up. Then I call and they say sorry and they appreciate my business and they will dispatch a driver asap. That in turn doesnt show up. Whoever is in management at this place needs to be fired asap
Zero stars if I could, they’re practically worthless. If you have ANY other option, choose them over Frontier. Internet is awful and slow, billing is twice as expensive, customer service is rude and unprofessional, and their service calls are inconsistent. They cancel or reschedule your appointments without telling you. They’re the worst internet and tv provider I’ve ever had.
This place is a joke keep waiting day after day after day for a tech to show up granted they keep crediting me for each time he cant make the appointment time but that does no good when I have no service im not sure if its just the high desert frontier or if its nationwide but whoever runs the high desert facility needs to up their production or be re-staffed but im really unpleased with this whole experience
The worst internet service I have ever had. Absolutely horrible!!
Horrible customer service!!! Tech. Never showed up waited 3 weeks. Even called day before to confirm that the Tech. Is coming. And still never showed up. Took a day off for nothing. Not recommended.
