My husband and I purchased a spinning bike here. We were super impressed with the entire process. Steve the manager was extremely helpful and honest. We appreciated that he did not try to sell us the most popular or expensive bike but rather took the time to understand our needs and guide us to the right machine for us. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. Its nice to know that outstanding customer service still exists. I contacted them to follow up on a purchase. The manufacturer was back ordered five to six months so I cancelled the order but came in to look at other options. Their was one gentleman in the store looking around. I was speaking to the staff member and trying to get my questions answered. The other gentleman came up and started asking him questions and he was immediately assisted and I stood waiting. Poor customer service.

My 20 yo treadmill died and I needed a new one. Stopped at my local fitness store and ran on a few different models. The manager was low key and no pressure. Lots of of other types of exercise machines also. Anyway the treadmills were on sale for a decent price and I bought one.

Friendly and knowledgeable. The treadmill i wanted was severely back logged. Associate (Steven, I believe) was kind enough to explore some options for me and we actually found it through the manufacturer. Great service and I will be back when I need something else for the home gym.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. The staff was more than willing to assist me and had a detailed answer for all of my questions. Andrew was very helpful and the knowledge of all the equipment and products exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed and I’m definitely going to be more business with them.

I placed my order on June 13th. My order came to the warehouse June 26th. On July 2nd I went into the store to get my delivery status. I was given a lot of excuses as to why I hadn’t heard from the delivery coordinator. Then I was given her number and asked to call her myself. Apparently after you place your order there is no customer service provided. You are on your own because the people in the store can’t seem to call or email the coordinator on your behalf. So I’ve been calling. The person never picks up and her voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message. I’ve tried to get her email information but have not been able to get it yet. It is now July 13th. My order has been sitting in a warehouse for over 2 weeks and I haven’t even gotten a call to set up delivery and there is no support or help by the store staff. I realize that things are running slow due to COVID-19. Even if they can’t deliver right away they can at least give me a call and let me know what to except. The store staff is useless. With the time they take to give me excuses and tell me how sorry they are they could send an email or make a call to help me out and show that they are actually willing to be involved in the process. I placed a nearly $5000.00 order. I really don’t want to cancel and start again with a different location but that might have to happen. I’m really disappointed.

I primarily dealt with Steve, but Andrew was helpful also. Both professional and informative about the cardo slider 3 which I purcahsed in November. I am very pleased with its purformance and satisfies my fitness needs. I would recommend the CS3.
