I will never shop there again.I am a local mechanic and so is my family.We own a local business and machine shop we have used our accts here to order parts for along time.I went in today to pick up a online order,i walked up to the counter where 2 male employees were standing.I stood there for apprx 10 min while they did nothing just talking about nothing of importance,personel things etc....They both totally ignored me not assisting me.One then asked the other male employee to help me he walked off began assisting another customer who came in after me and was behind me in line just out right skipping me and not serving me at all.This is the most discrimatory, sexist place i have ever seen.Neither i, my family,customers or friends will do business here again! Needless to say i continued to wait apprx 20 min before i received my items when only i and the other male customer were in the store besides the 3 employees. This is pathetic and not how you do business we will take our acct someplace else!

I searched all over for a battery for our RV. Found the best price and services at AAP. Naturally when the truck wouldnt start, today I didnt have to search for a new battery. I went straight to Advanced Auto Parts and purchased a gold battery for $159.99. They could have installed it for me but it would have taken 45min. So I did it myself. Best place for batteries that I know!

Very helpful. Went in for a turn signal bulb and the employee helped find the correct bulb and made sure it was the least expensive. Very polite.

Auto parts store. Prices are comparable to OReillys. Most auto parts carry a limited lifetime warranty. Most of the sales associates are knowledgeable about what is wrong with your vehicle if you describe the symptoms of what is happening with your vehicle.

Overpriced parts for underpriced cars! This auto parts store will charge 20% more than any competitors, because why not? The only plus side to this franchise, is the fact that they are 15% more likely to have hard-to-find parts in-stock. Aside from that one plus, this auto-parts store is a rip-off.

Not really very good service guy didnt know what he was talking about. Told him I was a vet and showed mu card and he forgot the discount. It was about 25.00 ask him and he said it was to late to change it. I wont go back.
