The most reliable and fair-minded mechanic Ive found. Hes fixed various parts, and Ive never had to go back for recurring issues. Hes the only one I call.

This is my first time to this shop I spoke to Mike and explained him the problem with my truck. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and Mike explained to me whats need to fix and replace. Good Service, good price, good speed, friendly. Only complaint is they didnt ask me what kind of headlights I wanted and just installed the lower brightness ones. Im assuming they were trying to save me money and I am difficult to reach by phone. So maybe they intended to ask but didnt want to make me wait.

I’ve used these guys a few times so far and my experiences have been nothing but great so far. Last year my car kept blowing its coil pack and nobody could tell my why for awhile. 3-4 times I hired “Mechanics” off the internet (craigslist, alaskaslist etc) and each time they took my money and left and said they didn’t have a clue. I had it towed to the shop with these guys and they were able to tell me it was my PCM within a day for a great rate compared to what I paid everyone else before. Would definitely recommend.

Brought my truck in for service, the estimate was fair. They called to discuss other potential repairs prior to doing anything. The work was completed as asked, the bill was close to the original estimate. They honored the first time customer discount mentioned on their web page. I will bring my truck back for regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs. I am satisfied with the service.

Absolutely excellent service! They have the ability to diagnose problems, determine available solutions, and provide time and cost estimates for me. They can explain the repair process and answer technical questions in a language that I can understand. Once the repair option has been chosen, they are quick to complete the work and keep me informed of the status of the work. When the work is done, the vehicle is returned in a clean condition. I have been going to Professional Automotive for about 10 years. They are the only ones I trust to do engine or brake work on my car. What I appreciate the most is not just that they do good work, but also that they are honest. I have taken my car to them before thinking it needed new brakes, but in fact it only needed brake fluid, and they assured me that since I dont drive it everyday the noise that I get is from it just sitting idle, not because anything is wrong. I took my charger into their shop for the first time they did a great job very professional friendly and they fixed the issues with my car also they fixed it fast and wasnt exspesive I highly recomend them and will go threw them again if I have anymore issues.

After another shop misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me for labor it turned out they didnt do, I came to Mike at professional auto. He was honest and informative. They won my business from here on out.

They had my car in their shop almost a week. Kept telling me itll be done the next day. I spent over $200 in taxi fare because they couldnt figure out when a 4 hour job would be done. I finally ride my bike to the shop to get my car no matter what. The owner Mike cracks a joke about it maybe being almost done. I have to get up in 6 hours to drive to the valley for work. ALSO, They said they would call if it went above the estimate, they didnt. They said they didnt have time to call because I was rushing them.l!!!! I called them minutes before they closed the day they said it would be done. Thats called NOT KEEPING YOUR WORD. Bad business$!!!! Go at your own risk.

I took my truck in for ABS problem I specifically told them the front rotors were brand new and they were checked for any warpage and that the problem was with the BCM and the ABS nevertheless they charged me $120.00 and said wrot on the diagnostic warped rotor do I took it to J&S in chuugiak where a real mechanic fixed the problem in one hour.
