Absalutely amazing, alignment, wheel bearing replacement, tire dismount and mounted, quick assessment and speedy completion. Car drives like brand new, also pointed out some minor issues to be aware of and didnt pressure to add on the bill. Highly recommend.

These guys were great with our RV. I had some questions about suspension options for our RV and a few other areas, they went over some recommendations and explained the reasoning. Very courteous and professional and I didnt feel like I was being screwed. They called to let me know how things were going at one point, which was a pleasant surprise and then when the work was done. Excellent staff and I highly recommend.

I called this shop to see if I could get a last minute oil change before a big trip. They squeezed me in the next day! They warned me though, how busy they would be and that it would be up to a 3 hour wait (possibly) and that the service itself would take an hour. I dont believe I waited two hours. I dont think they had my rig for an hour either. Holy cow is this shop efficient! And reasonably priced too! Ill come to this shop every time.

Have taken my trucks and RV to the Alignment Center over the past several years. They have earned my trust and business through their professional, courteous and swift response time. Their work is excellent and usually comes in under the given estimate! Highly recommended.

Had them fix my air conditioning system..... and now the vents hardly blow and Theres something rattling in the air conditioning on the floor vent and its bad. I feel like what ever it is its going to shoot out and break something. Sounds like something metal.

The service was outstanding. I was able to schedule the appointment. Drop off the vehicle. They called when they knew what the repair would cost. I authorized the work and was contacted before lunch that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Everyone was courteous and explained what they did to repair our Chevrolet Tahoe. Thanks to everyone there. I will be using them again.

Ive taken my vehicles here for 4 years due to their professionalism, knowledge and excellent work. I have a fleet of vehicles and they can do just about anything including oil changes, tire change overs and rotations, new tires, strut replacement, fixing transmission pan leaks and of course alignments.

Approximately 7yrs. ago i was advised by my parents to take my old F150 in for various work to be done on it, now on my newer truck, Chevy Siverado, im still highly impressed on their honesty, & hard work to keep my parents, & my vehicle in top running performance!! I googled top 5 tire shops in Anchorage, this one came up. I emailed the shop, asked a couple questions. What got me was how quick they responded to my questions and the follow up phone call. Dropped my car off at approx 1pm, told it should be ready by 5. Mind you I was getting new tires put on rims, AND and an oil change. I got a call at 330pm car was ready.Thank you Thank you Alignment Center and Alaska Car & Truck.Will definitely make another trip for oil change and possible new rims put on. Definitely recommend to some one who is not very mechanical

They installed a power steering rack incorrectly resulting in impaired turning capacity. If they cut corners on something as important as a steering system repair, I dont want to know what else they cut corners on.

Brought in two Audi’s, 2016 A3 & 2013 S4. Pleasant experience, employees are very helpful. Quality work & got our cars driving straight like an arrow again! Highly recommend as we could not find another place that aligns these vehicles besides the dealership. Definitely saved a buck!

I had taken my 2002 Subaru Outback to three different shops in Anchorage to fix a air conditioner problem. The three times I took it in they never fixed the problem. I took it to the Alignment Center and was fixed right and fast. Then a friend had the same problem with his diesel pick up truck. Sent him there he was fixed and happy fast. This shop has been my ho to for fast honest service for years and continue to impress me.

Told them that the car used full sencetic, but they put in conventional oil when they did a oil change. They charged a lot more for parts than the auto parts store quoted. They were simply too busy to relay what I asked to specifically be done from the front counter to the person doing the work. They did do a very good quality work at the alignment and tire change

We have been taking all of our vehicles to this shop for years. We wont go anywhere else. They are fair, straightforward and always get the job done. We appreciate their friendly, professional atmosphere.

Not recommend this place cheater and the mechanic need to train or go to school again simple compressor problem and cooling fan they cant fixed it..bad business charge me $140 for nothing fix and they said they put refrigerant but when i brought to other shop they told me no refrigerant thats why no cold air coming out to your ac.. the other shop they fixed easily the compressor and cooling fan less than an hour.....alignment center bad business and cheater...

They showed me the parts that needed to be replaced while I wasnt aware of. They showed me the reason why and explained in plain English. They wont perform work without your consent until you know the costs.In regards to tires, I saw them recommend the tires to customer.Im going back for an abs sensor replacement.

Plan on coming back for further service staff are friendly and polite. I got here at opening time, for a tire change out was done within the hr.

I called them up to get a quote for doing my complete front brakes on my motorhome. Told them what motorhome and what chassis, and the front desk guy told me worst case scenario would be $800 for calipers, pads and rotors, for a full front brake job. After I took it in to my appointment (1 week from me calling), the mechanic said it was going to cost me $1320 for the front brakes and I also NEEDED to do my back brakes for $1,500 additional. I told them no because they said it was going to be much cheaper over the phone. The guy on the phone did wave the inspection charges at least, hence the 2 stars instead of 1... but get this... I took it to another shop to get a second opinion/estimate, and the other shop called me back saying Come get your motorhome, your brakes are perfectly fine. There is plenty of life left and no sign of uneven pad wear... So Im very glad I told Alignment Center no!

I have been here twice for tire repairs and both times they have been very helpful! They are quick with their service and explain everything thoroughly to me.

We’re getting stationed somewhere else, and I needed service to my car. My dad and myself were on the phone with a woman that works there, and she quoted us one thing over the phone and tried to deny it when I was in the office. On top of that, they broke something on my car because they were “trying to force it off..” exactly what he told my dad. Added $60 to my bill. I couldn’t check my voicemail at work (at an orthopedic clinic, might I add), so I checked it after work and that’s when I heard they broke it. I go to pick up my car, and they don’t even have the piece to show me. If you know something broke, and I was coming to get my car that same day, it should’ve been left out. The woman had a very smart mouth. And Chris told me that he wished I got off the phone because it’s disrespectful. Whole time, I’m talking to my dad. I talk to my dad every time I go into a car place by myself. Their customer service SUCKS! If we ever move to Alaska again, the $290 I paid today, I could’ve paid $328 at the actual Toyota dealership. Always trying to give local businesses business. They need to work on how they speak to customers. Never again.

Honest mechanics. Not just an alignment shop they offer full service. Ive had everything from brakes to A/C problems fixed here. They also work on motorhomes and are always fair and on time. Top notch.

Service was fabulous. I did however have to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. It would have been longer if I had not brought it to clerks attention.

I had some major engine repairs done by their garage. The engine was running great afterwards but I noticed a strange vibration after the work was done. I brought it back in, they figured out the problem quickly and gave me a discount because it was related to the engine work.

I have been getting serviced here for a while, each time is always satisfactory! They are honest and will not rip you off over pricing services like some other shops do.

One of the worst shops in town. They went ahead and did inspections that I didnt ask for and charged for work I didnt give them permission to inspect and made me pay a crazy price for it.

These guys are scammers and liars! Do not go here! I brought in my truck the other day to get my steering checked out, it was having some issues. They told me that my truck needed $2,266 worth of work done and that it was unsafe to drive. They suggested that I should not drive it at all and that it was gonna fall apart at any moment. They said that if I was to take it off of their property that I should have it towed. I took it to my friends shop down the street and showed them the estimate. They looked over my truck and found the problem, a single bolt was loose. A SINGLE BOLT!!! My friend fixed the bolt and I was on my way! My friend saved me from being scammed out of $2,266 for a non existent issue. Don’t ever go to the alignment center, they are liars and scam artists!!! They tried to scare me into leaving my truck with them because I would need to have it towed if I was to take it to another shop for a second opinion.

Good price on Nokian tires. A little bit of miscommunication at first but it was sorted out.

Honest and quality service. I had my alignment done at a Les Schwab in WA where they told me they needed special cam bolts to fix it and it would cost over $200. I waited and came here with the bolts Les Schwab recommended and the mechanics showed me why the bolts dont work and just took the extra time to adjust the front suspension to fix the alignment with no extra charge. After returning the bolts I saved close to $130 by going here.

Hmm, mechanic was nice that did a partial brake job on my piece of junk, but he broke something that was too expensive to replace, so they just glued it. mechanic lost one of my hubcaps, owner said theyd order me another one, but never called me. when i made appointment, owner said he could work a deal on my brake job, but after it was done told me his wife & accountant told him no.

Every time i have an issue that needs some extra attention, Chris and his crew have gine the extra mile to accomodate me. Thanks..

I do not recommend this place

Awful. They tried to charge me a 500% mark up on parts. They also referred to the part as something else making it sound super important. This was also not the vehicles problem. When I asked about the extrodinary mark up. They made stuff up and were dishonest. This picture is someones motorhome that they destroyed trying to check the air pressure in the tires. When it blew there was kids that almost got hit with flying shrap metal. Terrible customer service.
