These guys were great! My car looks better after the accident they did such a great job! Staff was really friendly and helpful. I even received weekly updates on my cars progress. It did take a bit to get my car back, but it was worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my STi there for repair Monday, the week of Christmas, and was quoted the repair to be 3-4 business days. I was contacted the following morning at 09:00 to be informed my car was ready for pickup by noon. The vehicle was brought in as I was standing in the lobby and parts were picked up same day. When I got there for pickup, they had washed my car so it was easier to inspect. Paint matched perfectly, body panels line up, all parts were replaced with OEM equipment, and all plugs and clips were replaced brand new. I would highly recommend.

Great experience, my car looks fantastic and they cleaned it inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of needing body work.

Superb! Perfect paint match and flawless finish on my nearly new Volvo. I dropped it off early and they took care of everything. Aftercare is excellent as well. I needed an adjustment with the door. I popped in while I was thinking about it and they had it resolved in a couple minutes. Thank you!

This is a great body shop. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about. If you read their reviews you can see they never even got their cars repaired here and just claim they got estimates that they did not like.

Horid! my paint is no where close to matching my truck. its more gray under light then anything. also the paint is so thin in places like they slacked off when putting clear coat on. Got my truck back look good till i got into the light. fresh paint should have 0 swirl marks but yet mine does. brought it front desk attention just kinda blew it off. i have fresh light scratches up front that were not there when i dropped it off.

Very nice service and depending on the instance.company u r with, all u do os drop off your car. Spruce will set up the rental company picking u up and when your vehicle is done, Spruce will tak care of.returning the rental for you.

I would not recommend this place. It took them 6+ weeks when the original estimate was 2 weeks. They added $3k to the original $5k estimate (insurance paid and I still dont understand why). We had to threaten them with Anchorage PD to get our car back in our possession, it still wasnt done after we told them when we would be there for pickup. Our car sat unattended and disassembled in the shop for too long collecting shop dust and debris. We did not get it back detailed after confirmation the work was done 36 hours prior. And that is just the beginning! The car has new damage that we are trying to get them to fix through a Better Business Bureau complaint including pry marks/indentations on the body kit from removing it, many nicks and scratches on the window tint, missing screws/clips, a window that clanks when opened/closed, and an obvious paint seam in the door jam since they didnt do well matching the color nor paint the whole door jam - none of this was there on a car that has less than 25k miles on it. So frustrating, a time waste, a huge hassle and seemingly no concern for customer service.

Went in for an Estimate knowing the pickup had frame damage, but when I brought up the frame damage not being included in the printed Estimate I was just told it would be $150-600. When I asked for the cost of Frame Straitening work to be added to the Quote Estimate I was told no & that it would be a supplement added afterwards. Why would I take work to Spruce Park Auto Body when they wont give a complete Estimate. Two other shops gave me Estimates with Frame Straitening included in the Estimate. John (the Estimator) was to lazy to get on his knees or a floor creeper and look at the frame.Had high recommendations & was sure to have repair work done here but I will not be returning or recommending them to friends & family.

Horrible experience!!! I went because of USAA Insurance. This place had my vehicle for over 5 weeks! When I got it back there was over 2000 miles added to the odometer. The staff was degrading to the military. I filed a BBB complaint. Read the full report there.STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!

These guys seemed like they were lost. The older white lady with glasses at the front desk didnt really know how to do her job. Avoid Spruce Park auto body and Webbs towing, they cannot do business together properly. Sh1tty customer service!
