Thanks to the crew at Mirage Auto Body hooking up my red Subaru STI!! It was at another appointment for full “Clear Armor” and needed some paint TLC ASAP! Since I knew the folks at Mirage were knowledgeable and reliable folks and had already fixed my custom dually I knew they were the ones to do the job. They buffed out all the imperfections noted at the other location and the Subaru and I were on our way in record time. Thanks so so much!!!

My experience with Mirage was excellent - to the point that if a future need for auto body and paint work arises, Ill forgo checking with any other shops. Theyre that good. They performed body, paint, and light rust repair work on my 20 year old vehicle (no insurance claims involved). Their craftmanship was excellent - which in itself is good reason to work with them - but the quality of the people is such that they are genuinely enjoyable to work with. Pricing was reasonable and they suggested approaches that saved overall cost even though I was prepared to spend more. I highly recommend them.

My new GMC truck was T-boned resulting in significant damage to the passenger side. I searched for a body shop who could give me back MY truck and not a truck that had been wrecked. I settled on Mirage Auto and they did not disappoint. Mike and crew were amazing in the work they performed, the communication and above all the way they back their work. Almost 2 years later I noticed something with the wheels that were replaced. The offset was wrong. I called Mike and he was on it. I highly recommend this place.I came to them for terrible damage on my front bumper, fog light, and my slash shield was practically torn off. They were able to help when I was paying out of pocket and made it a lot cheaper ($2400) compared to a quote of $3600 at another place. They had it done within 5 days.Not only are they great on prices, efficiency, and their time; but the customer service is lovely.Everyone there is a gem.I really wish I had pictures of my vehicle when it was damaged but it looks absolutely brand new now. The paint job is beautifully done.A lot of my family and friends have even said it looks as new as when I bought it !!

I really believe in the integrity of this place. I brought in my pearl Yukon Denali for a bumper/panel replacement. They did an amazing job on the body work, and after they painted it, Mike sent me pictures because he wasnt happy with the color. Mirage Auto staff have great professional integrity. They are very interested in building community and long time customers rather than just making a quick buck. In a moment of brilliance, I failed to let my garage door open all of the way before backing out. I knocked my spoiler loose. I could not speak more highly of this shop. My accident occurred at the worst possible time in my life. I’d never been in one before and had no idea how to start the process of fixing my door after knocking over a light pole. A friend recommend them to me and they were like my guardian angels from the very first phone call. The communication was great. Everyone I encountered was kind and trying to maximize the way they could help me. They cut my cost as low as possible and I knew I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Excellent service with fair prices. Bought a used truck with some scratches and chips in the paint. Took it to Mirage to get a quote. Mike was super helpful and quoted me a fair price. Dropped off my vehicle Tuesday morning and received it Wednesday evening. The work done to it made it look excellent. I have been gathering quotes for a couple of weeks on the repair of body damage to my Subaru. During the initial consult at Mirage Auto Painting, Mike took the time to find the door I needed to help keep repair costs down. I had an unusual situation, where I purchased an older vehicle with accident damage and a reconstructed title, and needed a particularly bad dent pulled, as it was creating a gap between the window and the metal body, resulting in a leak. Mike reviewed the damage with me and provided me a very fair and reasonable quote, even though it was a relatively small job for him and I was going to pay out of pocket. In fact, he offered to do extra work pulling out the wheel-well free of charge. The work was done quickly and at a high standard of quality. In addition, Mike himself picked me up at my apartment to go back and get my vehicle, in order to save me money on an Uber. This is the kind of stellar customer service that makes a place worth patronizing. I would highly recommend Mike and his shop for collision repair and auto body work.

I have used a few auto body repair shops around anchorage. None of them have the level of quality work that Mirage does. I have taken many of my vehicles to Mirage since the first job they did for me. Time and time again they continue to amaze me. I actually had to ask which side of the bumper had sustained the damage. That’s how well they repaired it. I have recommended 15 friends their way since I started using them as well. I have not had one disappointed friend. Ive been coming here for years every time I have a question or need a quote its never a problem to just pop in and get my vehicle looked at and to get a quote. I own a company with multiple vehicles on the road at all times. I have used many other auto body shops in the area. I must say Mirage is hands down the best auto body shop and the entire state. They have great customer service, they do excellent work, and very fair pricing. I brought my vehicle in and it has a steel tool Box enclosure on the back It was heavily damaged and I really did not expect it to be perfect because how it was and the location of the damage. When I got the vehicle back my jaw dropped because how good the vehicle turned out. It literally looks perfect and I am beyond impressed with these guys. Anything I ever need in the future this will definitely be the company I am using. I really appreciate it guys and keep up the good work.

Fixed up my side mirror today, quick and easy

Needed a tank plastic welded and called four places that all said no and felt like they didnt do it because the job was to small. Finally called Mirage and they said they could do it. They did a quick, phenomenal job and at a reasonable price too. Would definitely call them again first.

Brought my Cadillac CTS 2016 to get some minimal rear end damage done. I thought I was going to have to spend an arm and a leg replacing the whole rear end, but Mike (owner I think?) gave me an alternative option. Buffed out the scratches and touched up with a little paint and sent me on my way in little under an hour. Looks good as new. Amazing service, will be returning.

I got a mirror cover paint job/install done with Mirage Auto Painting & Collision. I came in with mirror covers that I purchased from Toyota to be installed on my car.I paid for the covers to be painted, & installed. The mirrors I purchased didnt fit my vehicle unfortunately. Mike suggested that I can get my pre-existing installed mirror covers painted. His staff did an amazing job of painting my mirror covers. The color match turned out perfect. After searching and searching and getting quote after quote, Mirage caught my eye because of how highly rated they are. Called them up, showed Mike what I wanted and believe it or not they were the lowest quote out of 4 other auto paint shops. All the staff were super friendly and the work they did was outstanding. After finding out some previous paint work was hiding some body damage, they immediately notified me and said were gunna take care of it for no extra cost. I tell you all, the before and after photos are breath taking. Chaz? Able? CC? They can’t compete with Mirage. When people say this is the best auto shop to bring your car to, they’re not joking by any means. Most places wanted 4 digits just to simply paint the TOP of a hood. Mirage did both sides of the hood for 3, and paint matched it perfectly. I 100% recommend to anyone and everyone, Mirage Auto Painting & Collision is the place to go.

My driver side window was off track, the owner assessed the problem giving me a couple options reassured me that the cheaper option would last just as long as the higher option. Amazing shop with great people. The estimate was performed right on site at the first visit. They fit me in that same week and did an amazing job. My truck was done right on time and was even completely detailed when I went to pick it up. The front desk staff, Mike, and his brother were very personable, down to earth, and had a strong passion for what they did. They treat you like family. I would not take my business anywhere but Mirage.

I have never met a finer group of people! Everyone in the shop treated me with the most kindness and helpfulness after my RV was totaled when I hit a 1500 pound moose on the highway. Mike, the shop manager, loaned me one of his personal vehicles and tried so hard to find me a replacement vehicle to drive back to the lower 48.John, the owner, was gracious enough to allow me to stay on his property in my damaged RV while the insurance process moved along. I have since purchased a new RV and if I travel back to Alaska I would not hesitate to patronize Mirage Auto Painting and Collision.

I was actually referred to Mirage from another auto body shop in Anchorage. I was so happy to be referred to them as the previous shop seemed a bit outrageous on their pricing and Mirage was definitely more in line and very reasonably priced for what I was looking to have done. Everyone I met that was working there were super friendly and professional. When I got my car back with my front end repair (which only took 2 days to fix) I was amazed with the results. My dad owned an auto body shop in the lower 48 for my entire life growing up so I know good work when I see it. I would give Mirage Auto 6+ stars if I could. Last week I received my truck back from its second visit to Mirage. This time my right rear quarter panel was buckled due to jackknifing an enclosed trailer after spinning out on a hill. I was convinced they would need to replace the panel but somehow they were able to straighten it. It looks perfect. I decided to replace the rear bumper myself and while doing so, I inspected their work from the inside of the panel fully expecting to find some ridges or bends. Nothing! They really did straighten it and didn’t just fill it with Bondo. I’m truly impressed. The staff was also super great as usual and my truck was done on time. They did a great job of cleaning it up, inside and out, too. I plan to take my river boat to them in the fall to have them spray the interior with a bed liner coating.

Following a collision, the door on my vehicle had to be replaced. Following the repair, one cannot even tell that there was ever an accident. The work started and ended exactly when promised. The price was fair and was exactly what was written on the estimate. That said, I was cautioned that they might stray from the estimate if other problems were encountered after disassembly. Fortunately, no other problems were identified.I dropped the car off for repair on my way out of town. As such, Mike made arrangements for me to pick up my car at the airport upon my return. That was service well beyond my expectations!

I have taken my car to Mirage twice now. It’s a vintage Benz, and I’m pretty meticulous about the finish. The work was first rate, and I was so happy with the customer service. Mirage staff worked hard to find times that worked for me, and everything was completed on schedule and under budget. My car is beautiful again, and I couldn’t be happier. The pricing is very competitive, the work was good, all in all a great experience.

Kindness is a rarity especially in the automotive business! But these people were very kind. They inspected the damage to my car, informed me that it was more than it was worth to fix it and didnt charge me anything! After getting into an accident their staff offered a sympathetic ear. They were very open about discussing how much or how little repair needed to be done, and in putting together a quote showed me exact prices for parts they needed to order, and compared genuine parts with after-market parts. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting into with them, and after the service was done the price was exactly as they quoted, which was about 1/3 less than the first shop I got a quote from. Highly recommended.

I stopped by today to get an estimate for a repair of a large scratch on my fender. The man I spoke with sent me to another place, where, he said, I could get what I need done for less. Wow. What business does that kind of thing? Not many. The man was also very informative and spent at least 10 mins sharing some of his knowledge with me. Superior customer service. If I ever have to get a big auto body job done, I will go to Mirage, and not one of the more visible (and way too snobbish) auto body shops.

The second time I went in to get a quote for a couple of dings and again Mike was honest and fixed my car in 15 minutes, UNBELIEVABLE! I recently had my auto damage repaired at Mirage Auto Painting and Collision. Mike and his staff did an outstanding job. The work was completed on time and at a very fair price. I highly recommend their shop and would not hesitate to use them again.

Another shop told us we had a twist in chassis that made installation of a hitch impossible. Mike at Mirage gave us a no cost inspection, found there was no frame damage, and was able to get the hitch installed with no problems. He could have easily charged us more to do unnecessary work, but didnt. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!!! I had the wind slam open my driver’s door and bend the door and fender skin to the point where I after forcing it closed I could no longer open it. I googled body shops and called them in desperation. Mike, the owner, was extremely friendly amd knowledgeable and told me to swing by and they would see if they could fix it for me while I waited, which they did. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The repair looks amazing and i was back on the road on minutes. They were sympathetic and understanding that i needed my vehicle and their rates are more than fair! Excellent customer service!! My Sprinter vans driver side door got smashed last year. Got it fixed (didnt know about Mirage at that time) but could still hear wind noise through the door. Van was less than a year old!! Took it to back to original shop that worked on it and even a second and third shop but no one could figure it out. Took it to Mirage, explained the situation and out of the goodness of their hearts, they took a look at it and diagnosed the problem and fixed in no time at all!!! Thank you so much!!! I brought my car to Mirage Auto after a horrible experience with Lithia Auto Body and from a referral from Fish Motors. I can honestly tell you that this has been the best experience working with an Auto Body Shop I have ever had. Not only was Mike and his team extremely professional, but they truly care about every car that leaves their lot. Mirage Auto will be my go to for any future repairs or work that I need done. From the moment I called and walked into Mirage Auto Painting and Collision, Mike and his team showed extreme professionalism and excellent customer service. Mike emphasized his mission to gain customers for life rather than a one stop shop experience. My truck got rammed while it was parked so I had some minor dents on the back end of it. Mike wanted to see if he can take out the dents even before I made the commitment to work with them, free of charge. I knew I found the shop I wanted to work with, the work they did on my truck is amazing! You wouldnt be able to tell it was damaged by looking at it.
