The owners are super friendly. They put my fuzzy steering wheel cover on without hesitation while fixing up my Volvo. Details are super important to them and they only put out high quality work for all of their customers.I came to them because of what I’ve been told by other people. Complete Concepts does fantastic work! They completed a small list on my 2005 Forester XT but the best item on that that list was a full repaint in regal blue pearl. The car turned out fantastic and I drove it down from Alaska to Washington shortly after picking it up from the shop. Couldnt be happier with the service I received!

Matt and Aaron are the absolute BEST! I brought my 67 Camaro to them in need of a total restoration and they did amazing work. I would not, and will not, let any other shop in Anchorage touch my car. Complete Concepts is my go to place for classic auto work. Matthew and Aaron are professionals at their craft and know classic / custom automotive work. I am restoring a 68 GTO that needed a great deal work; suspension, brakes, wiring, floor panels and interior upgrades. Their industry contacts for parts were extremely competitive even with the standard shop mark up, shop labor rates were very fair and all requested work was quoted up front. Communication was great, I had lots of questions and requested additional work throughout this project. All emails were answered the same day and they honored an open door policy so I could see what was going on with my car. These guys cared about my car and my satisfaction at project completion. I will take my car there for any future work.

I wanted to restore my late Army Veteran brothers truck back to its glory, as my brother had purchased the truck after deployment. The truck bed had damage beyond repair. After purchasing a bed, Complete Concepts Automotive was able to paint and match the bed to the truck. The turn around time was excellent, customer relations was on point, responsive to communication, a reasonable price, and the bed was flawless and professional.
