Please go to Fletcher Jones. Save yourself the heartache of dealing with Anaheim, dropped calls, horrible communication, long waiting for service and just overall bad service. I bought my first Mercedes e450 car in Anaheim they next Mercedes will be in Fletcher Jones. I am getting my vehicle serviced there, even though Anaheim is 3 miles from my house. The Fletcher Jones staff is world class, hands down. They provide me with free vehicle pickup service with a loan car. Amazing service. And the staff actually sound like they want to be there. I didn’t experience that in Anaheim.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Mercedes Benz in Anaheim. I had to tow my car in for a total break down. Luckily I have a certified pre-owned car so I was fairly confident the service would be warrantied. From the minute I walked in, everyone was so nice and accommodating. David handled my service work order. He was honest about the timeline and provided a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop. He updated me via text everyday and updated me on the timeline, where the parts where and when they would be done. They even finished ahead of schedule. They found the initial issue, but did additional inspections to find any other issues the original malfunction caused. I ended up walking out with a $0 balance so of course that made me happy. I will definitely be back due to the five star treatment I received.

Worst experience! Purchased my GLC 300 with peter and his boss Ted! They didn’t explained anything about missing the “hermes module “ ( found out when I realized some of the features were not working !!! ) also it was over priced !!!!! They only rush you to sign the contact!!! Be aware!!!

What an exceptional dealership! Anaheim Mercedes Benz provided me outstanding services in such a way I wish I could give it more than five stars. I skipped the dealer close to my home and drove extra miles to come here for parts and transmission services. I went there yes i did but as soon as i step on there lot i didnt liked there looks at me tney made me feel so bad with there looks like if i couldnt afford a mercedes car and it was so funny cuz i was there for a bit and no one came at me and ask me anything but is all good i felt like only cuz i was brown skin and a big nopal on my forehead they probably thinking that i didnt had what it takes to buy a mercedes- benz but o well i will never go there or any other mercedes bensz car dralers if i ever will like a nice and expensive car........

I have been a customer in this Anaheim location for over 10 years and this is the first time this happened. I made an appointment a week prior the appointment for oil change on a Thursday at 11 am . Dropped of car on time and assumed it to be done within same day. I called for the status of my service at 4:15 pm and was told no update on it yet and then received a text from my service advisor at 4:39 pm that there is no update at this time I called again at 5:39pm for a follow up and I was told that they are backed up and my car could be done Friday or Monday. Isnt it there is a so called appointment so your car will be done the same day? 5:39 pm I got a text that my car need to stay overnight . I understand that they are backed up but why did they overload services for that day. Appointments should be prioritized.

They dont honor written contracts. My dad had originally signed a contract for an extended warranty that clearly states that upon cancellation, MBUSA will issue you a refund within 30 days of cancellation equal to the cost of this Extended Limited Warranty minus the cost of all services already received.We had not received any services during the time of our warranty, yet they were only offering to refund me $185, from the initial $2,760 paid in full for the warranty. Very unethical dealing and were now taking this to small claims court. Save yourself some time and dont deal with them.

This is the worst service experience that I have ever encountered. I purchased a GWagon from out of state. I called the service department and spoke to Amanda who quoted me one price to get some services due then upon arrival this dealership quoted me an additional $1000 dollars more than on the phone. Second I left specific instructions that a transport company would be picking up the vehicle. They were given the name and phone number to the transport company and then wouldnt release the vehicle. They put us through a texting phone call circus to release the vehicle. Amanda was the service advisor who took the initial call and quoted me the prices incorrectly and Michael was the service advisor who made it very difficult to release a vehicle and potentially cost me more transport fees for making the driver wait on in store politics. I will never return to this dealership.

I cannot believe the service I received from the sales department I called a little while ago and was inquiring about a GLS which I know is in high demand and low in stock. I am from the Chicagoland area but will be moving to Kauai in September and was hoping to work something out with them since there is no dealer in Kauai. The sales person informed me that they were not doing sales out of state which I then asked to speak with the sales manager just so I can explain the situation a little further he informed me that the sales manager “had no desire to speak with me” unless it was a custom color that was not available in Hawaii. I’m not sure what part of there is no dealership on Kauai he does not understand and therefore I need to purchase a vehicle in the mainland and have it transported for our move in September. It was extremely rude to not take a moment to speak to me about my situation.

Our experience can only be described as Great! Kayvon was super helpful and most important he was patient. There was no pressure as we took longer than most to make up our mind between options. He is knowledgeable about the technology and features of the GLE we bought. My wife went back a few days after our purchase and he spent time to answer her additional questions. Oh and the price was very competitive as we did our homework online, with another dealer and our membership warehouse purchase option.

I decided to try this place for routine car service since my regular dealership House of Imports is farther away from where I live. Well my service appt was at 9:30am and I have been waiting by my car for over 30min already and still havent even spoken to a service rep. I might as well just have driven to House of Imports at this point. While waiting I struck up a conversation with the person behind me in line and she said shes never had to wait this long for a service appt before, but that this was also her first time here. Save yourself some time and dont come to this dealership for service on your benz.

One of the best MBZ (Mercedes Benz) dealership ever, featuring friendly and attentive customer service.Id especially like to recommend James Lu, he is by far one of the best sales rep that Ive encountered. He really tries to look for what you need and what your budget is instead of recommending a more expensive or unnecessary vehicle. He speaks Mandarin and lived in Taiwan before too! 會講中文! Car deliveries were top notch, clean and shiny, explained all high tech functions of the vehicle, and he will always greet you w a smile when you come by the dealership. Jimmy has become more of a friend than simply a sales rep.Id also like to recommend the GSM (general sales manager), Todd Carter. He definitely isnt like your typical GSM who sits high up behind the scenes and sees you for a few seconds and leaves; he would take the time to chat with you to see how your experiences are and how they can improve. Come see Bill Blaha for your new benz!I wanted a car and Bill delivered . Ive been on a hunt for a cla 250/c300 white on beige combo which seems to be impossible to find in the dealerships near my area. Ive dealt with brokers who wanted to sell me cars that I dont want and multiples sales reps from different Mbz locations who were so unprofessional. I was having the worst of luck finding a car. Either the car wasnt available in the model/color I want or the monthly payment was higher than what youd normally pay for that model to lease.I was ready to give up and one night I stumbled upon a listing for a 2020 c300 with amg/night package on car gurus. I requested for a quote and the following morning Bill reached out to me. Im just gonna tell you that I work in sales so when I meet a pushy and aggressive sales person im already turned off. I SWEAR THIS IS A POSITIVE REVIEW FOR BILL. lol. Anyway, not only was Bill extremely professional, he was also very personable. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and he made me feel so comfortable with my first Mercedes lease. Everything was so easy. We did some paper work online, the car was delivered the following day and the car was mine after a few autographs. I felt like i was buying a car from one of my uncles. lol. She gave me all the information over the phone and I drove all the way from Pacific Palisades to get to Anaheim to meet Roxy. I bought a Certified Mercedes less than a year ago and went in for service issues. I found out each issue the car has requires a $210 diagnosis fees. I would have to authorize around $1600 for the diagnosis so they can tell me if it is covered under the warranty. No thanks! I didnt have this experience with BMW in the past so I assumed Mercedes was the same. BMW fixed things without asking for fees. Unfortunately this is what Tesla does and thats why I wont get a Tesla. Next time when buying a car from a dealer, I will ask about their diagnosis policy. Just a thought for others when getting a car.

Wow! Is all I can to sum up my amazing experience at this dealer. I have been a BMW owner for many years and as the service changed so did I. Not knowing what to expect I thought I’d give Mercedes-Benz a try. After doing my research and wanting to stay close to home I found Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim and am I glad I did. Vijay in the sales department made sure our process was smooth and simple as we had two small kids with us. We got to meet the service manager/director who just wowed us with even more great service. Terrible service. This is why companies like Tesla will eat their lunch. I called and spoke to someone from Mercedes Benz of Anaheim. I specifically asked where do I drop off a lease return. She told me bring the car in and someone will help you in sales. So thats what I did.I come down and Im told sorry we cant help you and no we wont take the car. What an absolute joke. If you can go to any other Mercedes dealer you can find. These guys are total old school used car sales people.Oh to be clear I was doing the drop off for someone else. They have an underlying health condition. But they could care less.

Brought my car to the Anaheim service department for the first B service to my 2015 CLA 250 since my move back to California from Florida. My car had been serviced every year at the Coral Gables dealership with no problems whatsoever,aside from them taking a few days for basic service. I dropped my car off at the appointment time and my service adviser tells me it should be done by end of the day, which was surprising to me since it normally took at least 48 for me to get my car back in Florida. So I get my loaner car and drive off. About 15 minutes later, I remember that I had left $53 in cash in the flip up ashtray container that I had just gotten as a refund for a return at Autozone. I immediately thought of going back, but figured Id call the service advisor to let him know about so I wouldnt have to make the drive. I ended up leaving a message on his VM. When I returned at about 5:45 pm to pick up my car, I made the payment for the B service and waited for the car. When I got it, I look into the ashtray and sure enough, $40 dollars (2 $20 bills are missing). I immediately tell my service advisor and hes dumbfounded- asks me to look into all the storage areas in my car since the staff NEVER takes anything theyre not supposed to. We look and of course the money isnt there. He brings over the service manager who tells me theyll investigate and take these things very seriously. Since it was a Friday and the service Dept closes at 4pm, he said he would call me Monday to let me know what he finds out after investigating... well Monday turns to Tuesday, Tuesday turns to Wednesday with no phone call. I call them myself and ask to know whats going on with the investigation- they say theyre not done yet and theyll call me later. Thursday I finally get a phone call telling me they investigated and sorry but they asked their staff and no one took your money. Too bad so sad. At this point its not about the stupid $40 bucks, its about the fact that they only contacted me after I wouldnt drop the issue. $40 bucks isnt bankrupting anyone, but its MY $40 bucks that your staff STOLE. Thats a terrible way to treat your customers, especially for a luxury car dealership. No offer to try to correct the situation. Just a too bad so sad. Super disappointing after never having a single issue at Benz of Coral Gables in Florida of all places. Needless to say, I will not be taking my car back to the Benz of Anaheim dealership for service- bunch of thieves.

They try to upsell again before sending the bill, for another $1400 worth of services...they blow me up on the phone right before they close, because they couldnt take my card the prior 4 hours, now they have to get paid, if not they would have kept the car overnight...They acted like I didnt have a job, or nothing else to do but to answer their calls. They do not communicate among themselves, do not leave each other notes, and everyone has an entitled tone.At a time of massive technology changes and during COVID19 pandemic, you would expect businesses to get their act together, take care of the clients they have, fix their processes and for employees to bring their A game before they are replaced with a machine or an algorithm...I would expect something like this from a KIA or Hyundai dealership not from a Mercedes. This is definitely the last time I get a Mercedes, Im going back to buying American cars.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Mike, a service manager. Wow was he great to work with. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and when I drove it for a week I noticed several things werent perfect, like it had a cracked front bumper. Mike fixed every single thing for me without hesitation, plus gave me a loaner car in the meantime. He is super pleasant to work with also. Highly recommend him! My experience was the best, and you hardly ever see that anywhere. Also, Cory who I bought the car from was great as well. Not an ounce of pushiness which is rare from a dealer. Super nice guy and easy to work with- plus took the time to give me a detailed tutorial on the car I purchased. Dave evens checks typical wear items when I bring in my car. He keeps me informed about the status of the work that is being done. Dave will only recommend scheduled maintenance procedures and occasionally he will identify an item that I should consider replacing or repair. I fully trust his advice. MB Anaheim was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We just purchased a new 2018 GLA 250. Chris Klee was our MB consultant. We started talking via email until the price was finalized. Unlike most other dealerships, Chris went above and beyond to look out for us to ensure we got the best price for our car, was very personable, respectful, and never pressured you. Car was washed and detailed before leaving the dealership. Chris even stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed to show us all the details of our new car and how to use them.Would highly recommend MB Anaheim, especially Chris; he was the best!This will be my first choice when I decide to get a new MB!Also very nice client lounge!

David Ranciglio was my Service Advisor a couple of weeks ago. I came in on a Saturday just a few minutes before they were about to close for the day. My fuel door on my Mercedes wasnt opening. He figured out how to manually open it for me so that Id be able to fill up my tank. He went above what he needed to do. So I will always come to this dealership to have my MB serviced.

I had very bad experience at Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim service department for the diagnostic & repairs of my car for the check engine light on. At first the service adviser Gustavo promised to me that any charges for the diagnostic will be used to reduce the repairs cost of my car but after the diagnostic costs were added up to the total more than $1000.00 he reversed that commitment and wanted me to pay the diagnostic charge (more than $1,000.00) on the top of the final repairs cost ($4,200.00), I argued with him about the diagnostic charge then he agreed to take off the diagnostic charge but he changed the repairs cost from $4,200.00 to approximate $6,000.00 (increasing the repairs cost). Finally I decided to pay for the diagnostic cost but not to repair my car, I walked out the service department and felt very sad, I just want to let you guys know and be caution when taking your car to Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim service department. I suppose to rate zero stars but felt bad to do that.

Worst dealership ever as far as service goes!Took over an hour on line just to get s new battery and who knows when we will get it back. Couldn’t fix our van after over two weeks in and out of shop. Turned in as a lemon.Love the dealership but worst service department ever. We have purchased at least 10Vehicles from them and would not recommend the service dept. going back to Fords!

I received a recall letter on my taillights and had been experiencing the alert on my dashboard. Before going in to dealership to get the corrective work done I called service to insure everything was in stock to correct my condition. My only concern was when speaking with the person who was helping me at the dealership after confirming everything was good the service person I was assigned to inferred that I may be out of time. This was not the case. I sometimes feel that females because they are females get taken advantage of. I did get the work done, everything is working well now and I am very happy with what was done. Someone else may have thought they needed to pay to have the recall work done by the way I was originally approached.

Great experience ! Had to get brake work done on our sprinter while on vacation in the midst of a road trip / move. They got us in and got our van right, even found a recall I wasnt aware of. And they washed the van for me as a bonus! Really wish I had a service dept at my local benz dealership that was as good as these guys. If Im ever back in the Anaheim area with a MB product, you better believe Ill be back there.

We got our c250 from Caliber 3 years ago and love going there for services and/or car washes.- the open lounge area is nice. you can get coffee, donuts and enjoy some TV or reading time.- they have a handful of working stations. i can absolutely stay productive there by having conference calls or just working on my laptops.. they got decent wifi there.- free car wash is awesome.

We have leased several vehicles from Bryan Fitzpatrick and John Gray at Caliber Motors Mercedes-Benz, Anaheim Hills and have always been very happy. This time even more so than the last times we leased. My wife’s lease was ending on her E350 and she wanted a 2012 E550 sedan, with a specific color and interior. John Gray, Bryan Fitzpatrick and Todd Carter all got involved because there were only two in the country. One was special order and in route to the dealer and customer in Utah, the second was in Arizona. Todd negotiated with the Arizona dealer and after +1 week was able to secure the car. I didn’t think it would happen but John, Bryan and Todd didn’t give up. She loves her new car it has everything that was on her wish list and then some.They truly came through for us.
