I went in for a basic tune up. My car has been cutting off every since then. My car NEVER cutting off before I went to them.Ive almost been in an car accident because of their horrible tune up. They try to rip off women. I was charged for a diagnostic test instead of them bothering to fix the problem they obviously caused. I just know karma is real and it will come back to them. Oh they managed to find problems that would cost me over $400. On top of the $112 diagnostic test. The basic tune up cost me $380. They are not recommended to nobody who doesnt have money to just give away.

This is the only place I will go (and the only place my dad will let me 🤣🤣). They are quit and very nice. If they can’t fix something they are going to be upfront and honest with you. I’ve never had an issue with their prices. And that’s very important for me as a woman. They do inspection stickers as well. There is a Taco Bell that is right across the street so you can eat there while you wait. I’ll be back again.

I have been dealing with Marcel and his crew for over 5 years! Time and time again they have treated me with professionalism and strive to keep my business. I recently took my vehicle to a local dealership for an A/C issue. After 5 days, I still did not have my vehicle repaired so I went and picked it up. I called Marcel and asked if they could look at it. He ran a diagnostic and assessed the problem. It was done within 2 hours! They know what they are doing! I would highly recommend you using them for not only oil changes but also check with them about other things you would normally take your vehicle to the dealership for. They do most things and they do it well! You will always get treated like you are a valued customer!

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles exclusively to thus shop for several years. The techs do good work, the prices are fair, and the management is courteous and professional. If, while servicing the vehicle, the tech sees an issue that you may not have told him to address, they will call you to advise of the issue and give you the option of whether you to have them address the issue immediately, or to holding-hands off. I also appreciate that when rotating tires, they do not over tighten the lug nuts.

Have been here multiple times, and will continue to keep going hear!! Excellent Staff that works there, and is up front with you about what is going on with your vehicle, and will ask what you want taken care of instead of completing a task and then charged later for it. Can not ask for any more than honesty from a company that is taking care of your vehicle, instead of trying to finagle you!! I Recommend them to friends!

Wow! What a friendly group! I found a flat tire at my hotel across the street and they quickly and efficiently filled it back up for free so I could make it to a tire store. Wish I lived here so I could have a go-to car-care place!

All I ever ask from anyone is to just shoot straight with me and thats exactly what they did. Even though they could not isolate the problem we were having with our truck, they called, apologized and recommended another company that were experts in this particular problem. They even brought it over to the other shop for free and didnt charge for the diagnosis. Its refreshing to have a company that values integrity over the bottom line. I will give them first shot from now on.

Incredibly friendly and honest people who helped us out when we needed them. 2000 miles from home and our car took a beating from these Louisiana back roads and we were worried about it after it bottomed out and the splash guard tore. They looked it over immediately, assured us everything was working properly, and insisted it was free of charge. Thank You!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! This place will take your money and not fix your car! I was charged almost a $1000 and my car wouldnt even start when they were finished and mind you, I had no issuses with my car starting prior to taking it to them. They are really shady here. Take your money to a place that will actually fix what you pay them to fix!

I brought my car in for running hot. I left it so they could find the problem. Two hours later I received a call saying I would be charged 300.00 to diagnose the problem. Originally it was 98.00 to diagnose. An hour later they contacted me saying I would need to take it to a dealer. They did not know why it was running hot except there was a leak somewhere. So they refused to work on my car. I have a 2011 Camero. I couldnt come get my car because they were closing. I was told I could come get it on Monday. I am certain they have been open this weekend. So all and all I have never been so disappointed that I still have no info as to the repair. A very bad experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone. And there is no explanation that will be good enough.

Do not waist your time and money at this place i brought my van in to get the ac checked because it wasnt blowing as cold as it should mind you i had already replaced everything that had to do with the ac so i was just going in to see if i had any leaks turns out i didnt and i just needed more freon i ended up paying $200 and my van still isnt blowing that cold on top of that they gave me my van back with the dash flashing and my van was shaking i go and ask them what happen to my van because when i brought it in i had no problems with it they tell me that my alternator is messed up i already knew it was a scam because i had no problems before so they turned off my whole dash and radio to conserve battery so i can make it home i took my van home and replaced the alternator and when i turned on my van my radio wont turn on i checked fuses and everything nothing worked i take it back to them so they can undo what they did when they turned off everything and they check it and tell me they cant fix so now i have to find a place that can fix my $800 radio i had put in previously because its not the stock radio so more money and more time wasted and when i told one of the managers what had happened they were extremely rude like trying to start an argument with me and acted like it wasnt there fault and told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed so needless to say i will not be coming back, these people are just there to steal your money not to help you out
