They are very polite and friendly and helpful. Sean was excellent. He made a mistake and broke my hood release and admitted it. He ordered a replacement and put it on. I am so grateful. Great service on Duke St. Thank you.

I recently did the tire rotation, but the price increase from $25.99 to $31.99. However the other near by Jiffy lube locations (Springfield, Falls Church) are still keeping the lower price as $25.99 package for the tire rotation service. 🙁

Update!!!So someone in management called me and told me to describe the person that I had the issue with and when I did he said he would look into the situation and call me back as soon as he did..well it’s been a couple of months and never heard from him!I was just about to get my oil change here at this location on Duke St. for the first time since we moved to Virginia from GA and a guy yells out in a very UNPROFESSIONAL voice to get behind the white line!!!!! Dude, relax it’s my first time here! Second, learn to be a bit more professional and do not be yelling out orders from a distance, rather come over to the customer and let them know what you want done or at least take the time to walk over and explain the process. It is not our fault you are having a bad day or working alone. Someone needs to teach you some good work ethics.

This location did very well with the service that I requested. Waiting lobby is fairly clean. Most JLs now have a Keurig Coffee machine inside their wait areas. Only one way in and one way out. Techs work fairly fast and efficient. Get label on your windshield to help as a reminder for the next one.

Service was excellent, and it did not take long at all, out within 30 minutes. The guys were very informative.

I went to this jiffy lube for an oil change. A few weeks later my engine started to run really really rough and I later discovered that my coolant cap was missing. They must have added coolant when doing a fluids check and forgot to put the cap back on. I purchased a new cap and added fluid and it made a world of difference, but now my truck is still running rough/ has a slight vibration (that it didnt have prior to taking it to jiffy lube). Im really hoping that the missing cap for 700 or so miles didnt permanently damage anything.UPDATE: I contacted Marques Boyer and he said he would investigate my experience and would get back to me in 24-48 business days. It has been 54 business days and have not heard back.

The service started ok but went down hill when I seen most of the staff not wearing there masks properly. Either they were off the nose or below the chin.One of the workers took my wife’s car with no mask on and no gloves, leaving one to wonder how many other cars they touched before hers.The final straw came when the same person talked to another customer with out their mask on and then drove THEIR car without gloves on.In another time I would say they that this place is spot on with customer service but today. Not hitting any marks for safety of customers wellbeing or hygiene.They did deliver on price and not being pushy.

After a $30 tire rotation service, my vehicle was driving differently and was rumbling excessively. Took it to a legitimate auto shop and they told me my tires are worn and I needed new tires. Would’ve been nice if they bothered actually looking at my tires when rotating them and informed me of such instead of just conning me out of $30. Now I have to buy new tires anyway, what a waste of $30.In addition, although Darnell was nice, the person that initially came out to meet me was very rude and actually scolded me for pulling up to the garage door.

By far the slowest Jiffy Lube Ive ever been to. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived, and it took over an hour! Other Jiffy Lubes Ive been to have a clock to time the workers, and Im usually in and out in no more than 20 minutes...

I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars to this Jiffy Lube because on two recent visits they did not have the correct oil filter in stock. How can a company that specializes in changing oil and filters not have all proper filters in its stores? I had to find an Auto Zone, purchase my own filter and take time out of my day to go a third time. Also, I noticed on the third visit that there was a coffee maker and cups but no coffee or way of making coffee. They need to keep up with the little things or remove them completely. Other than that, the place is fine.

Great experience! I had been having a tough time getting through my to-do list, so I was way overdue for an oil change. I went in to Jiffy Lube on Duke St on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment. They explained my oil options, and I decided to get my tires rotated. There were a few customers ahead of me, but it really didnt take long, and Im thrilled to have it done!

I love interacting with people who have good customer service skills. Alex was personable and knowledgeable. Love the service. Ill go back for my oil change on the service alone.

This is my second time at this location.The service performance is good, but it is very slow, a simple oil change should not take more that 30 min. Well it took 1 h 20 min.The customer service part can also be improved considerably, they need to acknowledge your presence and be more customer friendly. Also the waiting room needs to be updated, it doesnt smell good in there, the chairs are very uncomfortable and a TV would make the time waiting go by a little faster. A good manager will fix all of these issues in a jiffy.

My car was having an issue with starting slowly. Instead of taking it to the dealership with long wait times and high cost, Jiffy Lube in Alexandria took care of the issue right away. They were kind, courteous and quick. They took the time to research the issue and i was on my way with a new battery in 15min. Thank you!!

Three cars over ten years have been serviced at this location. I’ve always had outstanding service. Even after moving to DC, I still would come back to this location.I’ve relocated out of state to GA. I’m totally spoiled by the level of service I received at the Duke St. location. I miss you all and wish you well.

Sloppy. And I didn’t find out until I got home and saw full on oily handprints on the hood of my car. Then after I got home, I found out a significant amount of oil had run down the side of my engine and scattered all underneath the undercarriage of my car and was now dripping on my garage floor in several places. Guys, you had one simple job to do. If you goof up, at least clean it up and don’t leave your customers holding the bag to clean up your sloppy work. Nope, I won’t be back.

Quick fast service. Was able to get in and out in 20 minutes, which was perfect. Didnt have to leave my car for a few hours and no appointment was necessary. They also help me look for a coupon for their services which was awesome.

Been going to this location for 12 years. Darnell W. has been at the Duke St location for a long time (on and off) and it’s always good to see a familiar face and to deal with someone who truly appreciates my business. There’s not a single maintenance recommendation from him I have not taken seriously.

The team greeted me immediately. Before I could pull up, some one was at my door greeting me. The mechanics were efficient and fast! Thank you for walking me to my car and answering all my questions.

Basic oil change. Quick and efficient on slow weekday afternoon.

Service was provided, but we were upcharged to $114 for an oil change. They tried to put air in our nitrogen-filled tires. They said they could not accept a groupon listed specifically for Jiffy Lube that would have cut the cost in half. We then presented them with a $10 coupon and they said they would apply it. However, he charged our card full price. When we addressed this, he simply said, my bad. No resolution was offered.

Quick and easy!! Everyone who worked there was friendly and my car came in vacumned. No pressure to get the additional stuff done. Great spot for an oil change when you are in a rush.

The service was fast, however the rate was higher than other services centers. The tech forgot to reset my car signal that comes on when oil change is completed. And finally the windows were cloudy after they washed them apparently with an oiled rag.

Ive been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for probably 15 years. The staff there is always courteous, friendly, does a great job, and gets me back on my way quickly. I go out of my way to go to this Jiffy Lube.

They removed the pervious oil change sticker and ruined the opening bolt of changing oil tank and told me they cant changing oil and they told me that they didnt remove the sticker. Now I dont know what was the exact mileage for changing oil without previous sticker.

I went here to get an oil change. Upon arrival, they tell me they’re out of regular oil and only have synthetic. I figured this was just a ploy to get me to spend more money. Turns out they actually were out of regular oil. This is Jiffy Lube, right? Pretty bad when you can’t provide your core service. The worst part is I called ahead 15 minutes earlier to ask if I could get an oil change. You would think that would be a good opportunity to tell me they’re out of regular oil. Not a word. I can’t tell if these folks are dishonest, incompetent, or some combination of the two, but I would suggest going elsewhere.

Way too much time spent upselling. Invoice said tire pressure was checked and front and rear were at 35; went home they were around 15 with the check tire pressure light still on. So that was just a straight up lie. And I’m pretty sure I didn’t opt into anything but they texted me spam anyway the next day.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated here in November at which time someone forgot to properly reattach two hubcaps one of which fell off. They agreed to replace it but after five follow-up calls two of which the manager said the part was a week out still no hubcap. I also called called today at 630 during business hours someone picked up and just left the phone off the hook and then in a follow up call just did not answer. The staff has been nice during these interactions but can’t help but feel they’re ignoring me hoping I’ll just forget about it.

This is the slowest jiffy lube I have ever been to in my life. They told me 30 minutes and it has officially been 2 hours. They are all standing around and talking or on their phones. I don’t know if they are super under staffed or if they only have a few people trained to do what they need to do. The guy at the front desk is nice but instead of constantly checking in cars to speed up the process he checks in one car works it drives it out of the bay and then after a break checks in the next car. He seems like he is the only one who works here

The site manager or lead was so unprofessional. He occupied the associates time by having a very inappropriate and loud and animated conversation with the team while they tried to work. They did not reset my oil sensor and my gear button was broken. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever return to the location on Duke Street and would never ever ever refer anyone to the location. If were able to give a negative rating I would.

I went in for an oil change but left with a vacuumed floor, cleaned windows, and they refilled my windshield wiper fluid. That’s probably what they normally do but I thank them for it! The service was quick and the workers were really helpful and nice:)

I have changed my oil at this Duke Street location once before because our regular mechanic was too busy to get to it. I found the Jiffy Lube people very nice and the service fast. Recently I came back to have a headlight replaced, as I see on the website that they also do things besides change oil. Robert checked me in, great customer service. Prepaid for an oil change. Arrived and was told that it would not be an in and out. Asked if I should come back later. The reply was they did not know. They did not keep me apprised as to the wait time. All they could do was to complain about being short handed. Incredibly unprofessional all around.

Called ahead and was able to talk to a technician about changing a serpentine belt. They checked their stock, and when they saw they didnt have any, they ordered the part and it was delivered by the time I arrived 30 minutes later. The Assistant Manager, Carter, talked me through other possible causes for my cold start squeal before changing the belt and made sure he wasnt going to charge me for something my vehicle didnt need. I have always had good experiences at jiffy lubes across the country, but this location does an excellent job.

2 hour wait on a Saturday afternoon so I dropped vehicle off and returrned 3 hours later. Was quoted $79 at drop-off and charged $89 at pickup because vehicle needed more oil than the standard vehicle. Also, tire pressures were not checked as told to me when we went over the inspection checklist before I paid. Had to have them take vehicle back into bay to inflate all four tires to proper pressure. I only knew this had not been done because vehicle has electronic pressure indicator. So now I’m wondering if all the other checklist items were actually completed...

Went in for an oil change and other basic items. After leaving, realized they had not even filled the windshield washer fluid - we were out so it was obvious the first time we needed it. Even though they verbally said they did it, and recorded it done in their system, and marked it done on the receipt. Needless to say, last visit since now I’m wondering what else they didn’t do...

The customer service (front desk) and service alone was not a good experience. The young gentleman who worked on my car was polite, but did not seem to have enough knowledge on cars and I had to go to another shop afterwards for assistance.

The Alexandria Jiffy Lube on Duke st is my favorite. I live in Maryland but drive across the bridge to go to this one. Very professional, quick, and courteous.

The cost of a simple oil change has DOUBLED from $46 to $83. I cant afford to go here anymore. The mechanics are good people, but new management has ruined it for me.

Not your usual jiffy lube! Was told under new management for second time in year. First visit here last fall, visit fine. Second time, this spring, rip-off prices! They made a point not to tell the customer until after they drained the oil or post them anywhere in the office as in most jiffy lubes ! go elsewhere!

Called ahead to make the they could service my Volvo. 20 minutes into the job they noticed they are missing a tool for my model. Wasted an hour of my time. No resolution. Never again.

This location is the only one I will go to. I travel from Silver Spring to Alexandria for the polite and efficient service. These guys rock!

Darnell Weaver, Customer Experience Manager and crew, William Brown and Owen Thompson provided superb, professional customer service today, 10/12/2018! I requested a simple oil change which was completed within the expected time frame. I left the station to return 20 minutes later to wrongly accuse the young gentlemen working of stealing my Michael Kors sandals, which I normally leave 95% of the time in my vehicle. I forgot that I made a stop home and moved my shoes in the process prior to arriving to the station due to irrelevant circumstances and heavy traffic. Overall, despite the accusation, Darnell Weaver and workers listed above, were very polite and handled the situation professionally upon my return. In addition, Darnell Weaver took time to show me the footage from the camera. Also, the gentlemen attempted to help assist the best way possible, to cater to my concern. I called the station immediately once I realized my shoes were actually home to apologize. I hope Darnell Weaver and the workers listed above, especially William Brown, truly accept my apology. Apparently this jiffy lube doesn’t do state inspections even though their website says they do. They sent me next door instead to a creepy gas station.

Visited here in February. It was about 25* outside. Apparently the staff at this particular Jiffy Lube location do not believe in heat. The lobby was below freezing, and my car was third or fourth in line to be serviced. I couldnt feel my body by the time I left there. Will not go back, based on that experience alone. TURN ON THE HEAT IN THE WINTER, FOLKS!

Service was excellent but do your research on the services offered. I purchased some items in addition to the $41 Signature service because I needed them, but others I rejected. Also try and go on Sunday or weekdays.
