Excellent service. I took my Audi Q5 for brake work and I am very happy customer. They completed the job in 2 hours with reasonable price and complete professionalism. They explained things to me very clearly, the various options and what needs to be done. I felt they were honest and not pushing unnecessary repairs as most of repair shops do. I Fully recommend this place.

I came to this auto repair shop on 08/12/2021 and requested service B for my mercedes and they charged me almost $400 and did not include everything that service b includes at the dealership they basically gave me a fancy oil change and while doing so broke my undercarriage cover. As any old basic poor mechanic would say they tell me It was already broke I told them it was not broken and I did not hear a loud dragging before taking it to the shop. I also asked why did he tell me I need a brake fluid change when mercedes dealership includes that in service b. First time I write a review after years of coming here, they have always been great people, professional, friendly, accommodating, thoughtful of your money, theyll advise what is urgent and what can wait if you need to save some money. All of my experiences here have been excellent, once they saved me from buying a new tire because they identified the one I had as faulty from manufacture, theyre honest and theyll tell you when your car will be ready, no guessing games.Thank you guys, youre the best.

My friend took his Fiat 500 to Landmark Auto Group for inspection repairs. They did such a great job fixing his car that when my Jeep needed repairs I immediately called Mack the owner and made a appointment. Mack and his team got me back on the road quickly and my Jerp runs great! It has been said that word of mouth is the best advertising and its true. When my sons BMW need repairs he took his car there and once again another satisfied customer! These guys are very professional I would recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are the best in Northern Virginia. My wife and I drive in from Sterling now that weve moved because they do great work, we trust them, and they do an excellent job of communicating what is needed before they do it (i.e. no surprise charges). I have not had my car serviced here YET but, based on the amazing customer service I received today, I most definitely will! I have been driving all around the area all morning trying to get my state inspections done for my registration with no luck. Unfortunately, Landmark Auto Group’s inspector was not in today, but the gentleman that helped me was able to refer me to another location that does inspections and he called the inspector to make sure that he was there and to let him know that I was heading his way. I am new to the area and am deeply appreciative of the assistance I received here.

These guys are so honest. I went in to have my brakes checked before I drove my car to Chicago. They checked my car and told me, my brakes were good for another 3-4 months. They didnt charge me for checking the car. They told me to come back in 3-4 months.I am so luck to have found such honest and great guys. They are also amazingly fast. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this shop for over 10 years. Max and his team are very nice, knowlegable and friendly! They definitely know what they are talking about and will explain to you what is wrong with your car and what exactly they will be fixing. They will save you thousands of dollars when you compare them to the dealers and other shops. They are very trustworthy. You do not need to look anywhere else. Max is awesome! Now considered family to us and our cars. For those of you out there that still take your cars to the dealership...this is the guy the dealership calls when they cant figure something out. Luckily over the last 15 years we have been under Maxs care and we wouldnt go anywhere else. Great location and very, very flexible when it comes to needing a car in a jiffy.

I went there for a 2003 Audi that needs rack and pinion and I ended to change a lot of things that they said it should be done for total of about $2300. the 2nd time I went there because of my a/c they said that I need to change the compressor and condenser that will cost me an $1600. I told them that I dont need it cuz it is too much then called me later saying that they will change only the compressor and it will cost $800. after a week with no A/C in my car I figure out that I was pushing the wrong button to turn it on. its been 2 years now and my A/C still working perfect. Be careful guys they will charge you for things you need to replace and what you dont need to. instead of telling me witch button I should I use they want charge me to replace the whole a/c system.

This place is a scam! Brought my car in two weeks ago and they havent looked to see what the problem is. When I finally got tired of waiting and decided to move it to a different mechanic that had assured me to be done with it in a day they wanted to charge me diagnostic fees for a car that they had not even looked at. Soliciting at its finest!

I took my BMW several places and they messed up with it not knowing how to fix it after i spent a lot of $...this place knows how to fix it, they diagnosed the failure and fix it right away... Im so glad and now i have a new mechanic shop that I trust

Professional and honest mechanic shop

I wanted to buy a 2003 Camry, A/C was not working, before buying showed it to Max, charged me $90 for checking/Labors, after 2hrs working they said compressor has to be replaced, I asked how much is price, Max replied $800 only for parts, I decided to not buy that car, when returned and looked online the price of compressor is from $180 to $275, really unhappy with their service and totally unrealistic quotation.
