In October 2011, I purchased a rebuilt battery here. And now, almost 10 years later, it finally died. Last fall, 2020, I went here to buy a new battery for my pickup. They tested it and talked me out of buying a new battery and convinced me that I needed a new starter. They were right. They could have just sold me a new battery and gained a sale, instead, they gained a loyal customer.

Technicians were great. Very polite and helpful. But the person at the counter was rude. He took my payment and did not say one word. So when he handed me my receipt I said thank you, he said nothing so I said thank you again. Before he responded with a Thank you. It doesnt cost a thing to say thank you. I dont know whats going on in his life but working with the public you have to be a little more pleasant. I pray your day gets better 🙏
