Bad Bad Bad Customer Service!I bought my car from them and used to have it get serviced there for more than 6 years. As I used to do, I went to see a technician today. The first person who talked to me answered my questions properly and went to his desk to serve me.Then, An other man,I guess he is one of the bosses kept interfering our conversation unprofessionally and disrespectfully .For every question I asked all his answers and tone of voice were disrespecting. If he doesn’t want to talk to “some” customers, he shouldn’t sit at customer service desk.I will never go to this dealership and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I purchased a 2013 Land Rover on Cargurus at this dealer. Im happy to report they were great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. There was a glitch with registering the car as I was in another state but they took care of it. I didnt even have to go to the DMV. JD and Ryan were great and truthful. Both have been there many years which says a lot in the car business. The even updated me on their days off!! I cant say enough about Passport Nissan.

I have been using this facility for over 20 years. I have owned 3 Maximas in that period I have always had great service and hospitality. They complete the work, and it is done correctly.I brought my car to another facility for some work, and the problem persisted, I brought my car to this facility, and the work was completed correctly, and on time.I will keep bring my cars to this facility for and maintenance.

Saw the dealership as I was driving and decided to check out the new Pathfinder. The sign on the door said they open at noon, so I decided to wait a few minutes until that time arrived (it was a Sunday and as you can see from the picture, it states they open at noon).Waited a few minutes after the appointed hour but when no one came I checked the website...it said theyre actually closed on Sunday. Not the end of the world, but if this lack of attention to detail in the first interface with the customer (I.e the front door) has bad information, what else can I expect?

It wasnt always this way but going to the service department is now very similar to the feeling you get when you go to a used car lot salesman. Always need a shower after dealing with these folks.

I was there 2 months ago. I was there for oil leaking. By the way i have a bumper to bumper warranty. They checked my car and said me that i need to pay 170 dollars for to check and find where comes oil leaking. So I didn’t use their service. I went to different Nissan Dealership. They fixed my car for free.I means they are trying to change extra money to costumers.

We had a very positive experience buying a car from Passport Nissan. Mary A was very responsive to our issues. While we think the dealer fees were higher than we thought reasonable, they made an adjustment in the price AND fixed body issues at no cost to us, so it came out fine.Strongly recommend the dealer.

I came from Nissan Passport of Marlow Heights and ultimately switched to this location. The staff is wonderful, and the location is low key enough that you do not have ridiculous wait times. Always able to get in and out with no appointment in under 2 hours. They also recently remodeled the service center.I highly recommend Walter Moxham. I have had him as my service writer for maybe 7 or 8 years. Unfortunately my Altima died and I did not go back to Nissan. I thought about buying another Nissan or Infiniti just to keep him as my service writer, but ultimately upgraded to another car. He will work with you and isnt in business just to take your money. If you are looking to take your car here ask for Walter!

It ok. While not rude, they are not friendly or very welcoming. Everytime I take my used car that I bought here for schedule maintenance, I never feel like Im getting the best service.

Passport Nissan has been the best car buying experience Ive had! We often hear of car buying as a slow dragged out process, but this was not the case. My experience was quick, easy, and painless. I was in and out in under 2 hours with a deal that I couldnt find anywhere else! If youre looking to be treated right and get the best deal around look no further!**Ask for Wilber**

Great dealership! I went there to buy my FIRST CAR!! a Hyundai Elantra and the staff there made it SOO EASY! I had a little problem with my initial approval from a previous bank but they help solve the problem. The woman who sold it to me, Mary, is SUPER nice, kind, and caring. Also, Mike in finances helped me out a lot and was very nice and patient with me during the process. I Highly recommend them especially these two employees.

After being in automotive line for 18 years, Statewide Nissan has been consistent.... I have two Nissan vehicles.... 2011 Pathfinder & a 2018 maxima, original owner of both. They never give me my break or tire specs... My tire pressures should be 35 in our area. They had them at 47 once and 33 another time. They left off all my valve stems over 3 services. Took them 3 visits on a new car to find the loose screw behind my radio/Navy screen(only after I involved Corporate), on a 40k car and loyalty. I shouldnt have to be surprised on future services. I had to ask for the findings on my 27 multi point inspection. Smh. Jiffy lube looking real good right now.

They are unprofessional. Before Christmas, I went to trade in my car and get a new one. On the day of purchase I asked that they transfer my tags, they refused to and instead issued me temporary plates. Two weeks after the holidays had passed I still had not received an update on my tags. Nor received a call back from the sales person or the finance manager acknowledging my voicemails.Nearing the 30 day mark after my purchase I received a call asking me to give them 10s across the board on their customer survey. I requested an update on my tag transfer and was told I was ok to use my original tags and get rid of my temporary tags.2-3 days after that I received a post card telling my NEW tags were ready for pick up.Confused and concerned I went to the dealership. The gentleman I dealt with politely provided me another set the same tags I was advised to remove and by now expired temporary tags. (YES THE SAME THING THERE WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO ISSUE). He explained that there was a hold at the dmv and that I needed to contact them. He gave me a paper that he signed as temporary extension of my tags and his phone number on a card. Feeling like I was screwed any way I left and fixed the hold with in 24-48 hours. After resolving with the issue with the County and the DMV I called, and called and left voicemails and never got a call back or an email update or anything. I called to speak to accounting. I called to speak to management. Nothing.I proceed to use all the tools available to submit a formal complaint since phone calls and voicemails are not enough to deserve their time and work. The day I did get a hold of someone he told me that he has not had a chance to listen to his voicemails in more than 3 days. Way to serve your customers, also why have phones at your desk if you don’t use them????Total waste of time. That next week, now a month and half after my purchase. I showed up at the dealership and requested a manager. The lady who greeted me went into and office and told a manager who sat behind his screen and never came to greet me. Was that you Miguel? Now, they have the nerve or responding to online reviews quicker than they do to my voicemails and proceed to discuss sensitive financial details online. Luckily who ever responds to these reviews was wrong and has no clue what was really going on.
