He helped me understand what I would be getting for my budget. I was kept updated through the whole process and they finished the fix and delivered in a very timely manner (within 2 weeks). The final bill even came in under the initial estimate, which I felt was unheard of.The car looks absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend Rosslyn Auto Body. Car was side-swiped taking damage to the driver side panels, door, and mirror. The Rosslyn team was super friendly, and the repair work was fantastic (see before and after pictures below). Kris was great to work with and provided regular updates. Where do I begin? I need a repair shop after a fender bender left my beloved Toyota with a rear body damage. Trunk damage, bumper and tail light needed repair. The service that I received at Rosslyn Auto Body was more than excellent and I am glad I was recommended to see them by a neighbor!As I arrived at the facility, Mike greeted me with a courteous and professional demeanor and made me feel very welcomed from the start till the end. Mike also did a final check and even fixed my trunks lightbulb wiring before I took the car home last minute. Kris inspected my vehicle, listened to my concerns and ultimate wishes in terms of the repair and thoroughly provided me with several options for repair which were the most affordable for me from several quotes I received at other shops . I had an awful experience at a different shop so getting to Rosslyn Auto Body was absolutely essential for me to to have any faith in car repair services.Bottom line, I have included the pictures bellow from the accident and repairs done by Rosslyn Auto Body. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, at LEAST take your vehicle to them for a quote! I doubt you will be disappointed. Following an unfortunate incident in which I sent a 20 lbs turkey to an early Thanksgiving, I contacted Oscar Abarco at Rosslyn Auto Body Co. Im very happy with the work he the Rosslyn team did. I have a Tesla Model 3 and since its a newer vehicle, I worried whether the team had adequate experience. I didnt need to worry. This is a great shop to work with! I brought my blue Tesla Model 3 here for repair after a small fender bender accident. Chris, Mike and the team here gave me constant updates and took great care of my car. When picking up the car I had questions about alignment of the trunk and bumper because I thought there appeared to be a gap. To give me confidence there wasnt a problem we walked around the shop and looked at other Model 3s. I love that the team went the extra mile to give the customer confidence in the repair!Pictures of before and after the repair are attached.

This shop is listed on the options with my insurance company. They are the closest and so the more convenient. My car needed repairs as it had flooded with the terrible rains last week. Mike was incredibly patient, communication was constant, his customer service was amazing. My car was ready earlier than they anticipated and it looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is the ONLY place to go to if you are a Tesla owner in the DMV area!!! I called tesla service center to fix minor damage on my model 3 and they told me it would be over a month until they could pencil me in. I called rosslyn auto and mike jackson welcomed me with a very professional and caring attitude. Oscar called me every few days with updates and they got my car back to me in under a couple weeks! It feels and looks brand new! I’m very grateful and satisfied with their work.

Rosslyn Auto Body was great! The repairs are beautiful and they even cleaned my car inside and out! A major plus in my book! This place was excellent. They did take a few days longer to make my repairs but they kept me updated the while time... and on the second to last day- I called to see if they could speed up the process so I could return my rental car on time- and they were able to push my car thru and it was done at the end of the day.

So happy with Rosslyn Autobody! They did a great job on the body work on my car, were very good about explaining what needed to be done to fix my car (I know nothing about cars), and were extremely accommodating with my busy work schedule. They were willing to stay open an extra half hour for me so I could pick up my car after work and not pay an extra day for my rental car. Very kind and accommodating - would definitely use them again!

We took our Tesla Model X to Rosslyn Auto Body to have some damage to the front bumper fixed. Kris and his team took great care of our X and returned it in amazing condition. Almost as if it was brand new. Communication throughout the process was very good. We dropped it off on a Monday and got it back that Friday. I had a great experience with Rosslyn Auto Body! The customer service was above and beyond what I expected; from the initial estimate, to drop-off, to the regular email status updates, to getting my car back sooner than expected (vacuumed too no less with pickup from Van Dorn metro!), Joe and Vicky were there every step of the way. Ive been there on two different occasions for collision repair and theyve done great work. Did have an issue between the rental company, body shop and insurance. Overall great experience, constant updates and great to work with.

They did a great job repairing my 6 week old Tesla Model 3 after we were hit by a drunk driver Christmas Eve. The car looks like nothing ever happened 😊 and was returned fully charged with all software updates applied.
