I had Best Auto Body paint and install an after market body kit (spoiler, side rocker panels, rear diffuser, front chin splitter, and a hood scoop) on my 2014 Ford Mustang, including the installation of an after market exhaust, and they did a fantastic job. My service representative was Bobby, and he had a pleasant and professional attitude from beginning to end. Bobby explained the entire installation process from pre-fit, to paint, to the actual installation. Bobby explained to me beforehand that because my Mustang is getting equipped with after market parts, there may be some tweaking here and there that the body shop may have to do to make the parts fit and appear seamless. The quote Bobby gave me was fair, competitive, and there were no “hidden charges.” I would highly recommend Best Auto Body to anyone who needs body work or mechanical repairs on their car.

My car was a wreck before I sent it to Best Auto. I needed wheel parts replaced, a new front bumper, the frame straightened and a lot of other body work. They had it towed over, and began work on it immediately. They gave me a very reasonable price, and had it done on the day they promised. Someone hit my car in the parking lot, and made a pretty serious bump at the edge of the bumper and the front panel on the left side. Best Auto Body Shop did a wonderful job straightening and painting the panel, and it absolutely looks new now. It took less than couple hours for them to do so. Everyone at the shop was very nice and friendly, and the price was very affordable. Fast and friendly service, Job well done, and Affordable price! I took my 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo to Best Auto Body Shop to repair some gnarly front end damage after reading some excellent reviews and having a good conversation with the manager, Brian. My car has a unique matte gray paint job and I wanted to make sure I took it to a shop that would get that part right. I got my car back in about a week and a half and it honestly looks brand new. They did a FANTASTIC job! If you need body work done, this is the place to take your ride.

I really wanted my experience here to be great, and it started off that way, but took a turn. The bottom line is that while pulling out a dent they cracked the paint on my fender so that the paint is now flaking off. Anyhow, I researched local auto body shops and visited two, Best Auto Body being one of them. They blew the competition out of the water by both price and reviews. The guys really know their stuff! Fair price, unbeatable work (I have had a few repairs in my day and have never seen a paint job without overspray--these guys left no trace of it!) and a lifetime warranty on the work....what else can I say. I got in a car accident and had to replace the front bumper and stabilize a headlight for which the fender had been broken. I wanted it glued instead of replacing to reduce my expenses. They did an excellent job and gave me a small discount because the bumper they had ordered came in damaged and took an extra day to fix, which I wouldve been totally fine with. A couple months later, I noticed that bumper started to fall out of its place a little, probably due to gluing the headlight instead of replacing the fender. I took the car back to them to re-glue and they fixed it very quickly without charging. I asked a favor to drill holes on the front bumper to install VA license plate and when I pick up my car, they had installed both the front and back license plates, again without charging!! Great customer service and staffs are very very friendly and professional!!! Thank you everyone for taking care of my issues like your own!

This shop is by far the best I ever been to! I went in for my front brakes and an oil change. My car was done in 30 minutes. I was assisted by Nixon who is one the specialist there. This place was fantastic! I needed some body work went to 3 places for estimates. Best Auto was the lowest by far. They not only did an awesome job on the repairs, they touched up some scratches, my headlights were buffed to look like new, they cleaned the car inside and out and did a better job than when I had it detailed. Oh, and I had my oil changed at the same time. My car is 9 years old and it looks like new. Brian and Alex (I hope I got the names right) were great. They even drove me home and picked me up when my car was finished. Id definitely go back and highly recommend.

This shop is pretty good. I came here for an oil change and for a paint job on my rear bumper after coming back from school. Brian gave me a good price for the job. Gotta say he sounds like he knows what hes talking about and his prices will beat out most shops.

These guys are WONDERFUL. The did some MAJOR work for me on my Infinity G37xS. I had lots of body damage on the drivers side, and major suspension damage. The car rides like new. The prices were reasonable. The car was new so I was not able to get used parts, although David tried. He has also done work for me on my TL: door replacement and minor dent repair. This is why I brought my G37 to him. I would highly recommend these folks. Not only was the work fantastic, the service I received was outstanding.

My car looks better now than before it got hit. Got rear-ended by some lady and the back of my car was wrecked. This shop did such a good job of guiding me to get OEM parts and not aftermarket parts from my insurance because I wasnt at fault for the accident. My car needed some paint job done and Best Auto Body Shop did an awesome job. David is very helpful and courteous. The car was ready to pick up a few hours before the time I was given, and it was washed outside and vacuumed ready for pick up! A pleasant surprise. I highly, highly recommend this place.

While driving my car one night I was pulled over by a police officer. The officer told me to that one of my taillights was out and to get it fixed soon. The next day, I went to this shop to see if I can get the taillight fixed. One of the employees inside their office immediately helped and went outside to my car. He checked the taillight, went to the garage, came back with a new lightbulb, and changed it out. That fixed the problem and took all under 10 minutes. When I asked how much it would cost, he said it would cost nothing. I insisted on giving him money but he did not want to charge me for the new lightbulb, labor, or anything. The employee was nice and professional the entire time and I would definitely return to this shop if I needed something in my car to be serviced.

I have nothing but good things to say. Used them for both insured and uninsured damage, and they were unbelievably conscientious for both cost and quality. The repairs looked great and were not expensive. When there was a minor glitch with the repair (something went wrong with re-connecting the back-up sensors on the bumper), there was no question about its being their problem to solve and not mine. Just honest people doing good work.

I was involved in a car accident about 2 weeks ago which caused my hood to not be able to open and the grill was pushed in. I tried to fix the issue myself and I made the issue worse by mistakenly bending the tip of my hood back. And to top it off my battery died and I couldnt get under the hood to get a jump. I called around looking for a body shop and was able to find David at Best Auto. He was so nice and helpful. He got us in contact with a tow truck that charged us a GREAT price to tow my car from my house to Best Auto Body. After the car was delivered to the shop he started working on the car. The next day I had an estimate and it was a good and fair price. The process did not take long at all, I had my car back in the next two days. When I picked up my car it looked GREAT! I was so happy with the service and the job that was done. AND as an added bonus they cleaned my car INSIDE and OUT! I would definitely recommend Best Auto Body to anyone. The service is great, the people are nice and helpful and the work is outstanding!And on my birthday (one week later) someone backed into my car and smashed in the back passenger door of my car in. I called the insurance company and filed a claim. They originally suggested another body shop to take my car to but I insisted that they let me take it to best because of the great experience that I had before. David from Best Auto Body accepted the claim and I was able to bring the car in that day. While trying to get to Best Auto Body my car battery died again right before I was able to get to the shop. David and his guys came and helped me push my car across the street and into his shop. I was soooooo grateful! After all of the paperwork was done and it was time to go David called Enterprise to come and pick me up to get my rental car. So we took the car there for an estimate and the repair. They provided a good estimate, and consulted us promptly when more trouble was found under the top layer of damage. They worked with our insurance company to get everything processed correctly, and since it was the other guys fault, the repairs cost us nothing.My wife was so impressed with their courtesy and service that she backed them a big plate full of cookies. I highly recommend Best Auto Body. Firstly, I was able to get a pretty accurate preliminary estimate by sending pictures in to the shop, which most places wont even take the time to do. The estimate was about $70 less than what the actual cost was but it was still $500 less than the quote I got from another body shop. It was $740 to repair my back left quarter panel and to paint that piece and the adjacent door (to blend the pearlescent paint). The guys at Best Auto Body even buffed out a few other light scratches on my car without me asking them to and at no extra charge. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and was able to pick it up Tuesday night (theyre closed on Sundays, so that was a pretty quick turnaround!). The owner, Choi, was very personable and kept me updated the entire time my car was in his possession. Oh, and the best part... They detailed my car inside and out! Youre crazy to go anywhere else if you need body work. Thank you, Best Auto Body!

I recently had a repair done by Best Auto, which is managed by David. The repair was a repainting of the rear bumper, which was done perfectly. I then realized that my backup sonar system, which alerts you if you are getting close to something in reverse gear, was not working. I decided to go to the Infiniti dealer for a diagnosis. They said that the sensors had been painted over when the repair was done, and that was the cause of the problem. But the dealer was wrong. David was able to isolate the problem at the one sensor that had been damaged when the rear bumper had the minor collision. Once that was replaced, the system worked again. And David did not charge me for the added labor. David is an intelligent, honest man who is determined to get the job done right - and does.

These guys are awesome-professional, sincere, affordable and experienced. I was in a moderate car accident back in late January, and after receiving an appraisal from my insurance company, BABS got right on top of it. They did their own thorough examination, reported damage that Progressive had missed, and did among the best work I have seen in many years. This is especially impressive as I grew up in a family with several body shop mechanics. BABS completed the repairs nearly a week in advance than first predicted, they charged me less than several other local body shops I am familiar with, they always treated me with honesty and respect,, took especially special care of my vehicle, and I was incredibly pleased with their work, making it look like my car just came off the showroom floor. They charged me a reasonable price for their parts and labor and best of all, they did a little minor repair completely free of charge! I was really happy with these guys, have no complaints, and should I be unfortunate enough to need any future repairs, I would not hesitate returning to this shop. I and my Prius owe them a great deal of apperciation.

5 out of 5 Stars. I took my vehicle to Best Auto Body after a valet service badly damaged it. I took my car to get estimates for the cost of repair at several shops, and learned that the damage was extensive and would be expensive to repair. Much of my back bumper was scratched, and the side panel above my tire had a huge gash in it that revealed the unpainted sub-surface underneath the metal. The body shop ended up ordering a new panel and bumper to replace the damaged parts. When I got my car back two weeks later, a huge smile spread over my face because it looked brand new! They also cleaned and detailed my vehicle for pickup so that it was looking fabuloussss. Overall, I am very pleased with their work, customer service, and the hospitality of everyone I spoke with. I highly recommend this body shop.

Hes done flawless work for me on multiple occasions. 5 star work and the price BEATS the competition!I needed both doors, quarter panels and the hood on my VW R32 blended and a rear spoiler painted along with a few dents here and there fixed. Not only did they match the color perfectly (the color wasnt the stock German color code) but it made the car look brand new. Before I had them do this work, I went to 3 different body shops before. Maaco: Price was too cheap if you know what I mean, Auto Craft and Professional Auto Body. These shops were quoting nearly 70%-90% more than what David wanted. He does the best job for the cost.The next job though showed the quality. I pushed a large piece of ice through my OEM bumper and it popped a fist-sized hole. He patched it with such art that I couldnt find a crack or a seam. Again, his price was satisfying for top-notch work and his shop has met every deadline Ive had. My car doesnt sit in the corner for weeks. Ive never waited longer than 6 days to get my car back. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The BEST SHOP in the world by far!!!!! Had my 2001 Honda Civic towed from my house with no wait time and the most AMAZING CUSTUMER SERVICE from manager Bryan G. They went farther then beyond to help me even when my car was towed in they even put in a word to tow truck to lower price and it helped out ALOT!! I was involved in an accident that was not my fault, i was rear ended on 95 south in the springfield area. i live in the kingstowne area of alexandria, va, so i asked my neighbors and friends about local repair shops, i was told about severla of them but one particular one kept coming up (best auto body), i then asked my insurance agent and he also suprisingly recommended Best auto body. Well, i took my car to Best auto body and from the minute i walked in i was pleased, i was greeted with smiles and felt very comfortable right away. i was told my car would be ready in 2.5 weeks, they also work closely with the local Enterprise which picked me up right from the shop! I was contacted often (a little too often) with updates on the repairs. the repairs were done sooner than expected and my car looked great!!! what a great experience! I will definately go back and have since told everyone about Best auto body and my experience! keep up the great work!!!!!

Horrible customer service, i dropped my car and told me Car will be ready in 1 week or 10 days and it took 1 MONTH to get the car back. When i called them they always said it will be ready in couple days and they did it 3 times...
