My baby looks show room ready! I was upset when someone had hit my car and ran. They fixed my car and it looked better than new. I was update when there was delays, the wait was worth it!

So, I was very nervous at first to bring my car here. They rescheduled quite a bit, and while that did put me off a bit, ALL the body shops were having delays due to all the repairs from the hurricanes. My car finally went in a few months after the accident, minor front end damage, and these guys and girls here shoot for nothing but perfection. Theres not even a single panel gap, it looked gorgeous after they were done. My estimator was extremely patient with me, and understood the expectations of quality and did not just sweep my car under the rug. Thank you gerber for making my ride look and feel brand new again.

Im the proud owner of a 2016 roush stage mustang and I was involved in a accident. My insurance company recommended gerber collision for my repairs. Not only did I receive wonderful customer service, but it was done in a timely manner. I literally dropped off my Tahoe yesterday at 8AM to have my rear bumper replaced, they painted and replaced the bumper and had my vehicle ready to go by 1:30pm today. Thats amazing timing, and it looks great. Also, they had my rental there ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my Tahoe. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone, in fact I plan to have more work done there that another repair shop did badly.

I cant get anyone to call me back and tell me whats wrong with the car... It was FIXED in New Orleans... They said bring it to Alexandria, they tell me a tie rod is bent but nothing else. Tried calling time after time for no one to call back and No paper work car isnt even in the system??? How is that when I gave all my information?
