Theres not much to say, except if youve visited a Dollar Tree youve visited them all. Same theme throughout. Customer service is what probably will make the difference. Happy Shopping.

Since the old staff had quit this location is horrible. There are more boxes in theaisles than inventory on the shelves. I go every Sunday with my Service Dog (she isclearly marked with her vest), today Iwent and there were 3 other dogs that were clearly not Service Dogs. I had to take matters into my own hands and told these people that impersonating a Service Dog carries a $1000 fine and up to 3 months in jail. When I mentioned this to the only clerk working she said I cant ask people if their dogs are Service Dogs. When I told her she could, she said she wasnt going to do this. This store is looking for major lawsuits!!!

The people working at this location were very nice and helpful. Two problems. One is no big deal, they were out of bags, but the staff was trying to help people out by using boxes. The other problem is a little bigger. The store is out of a lot and they clearly need to get more inventory into the store. Seems to be a problem at several places at this time.

This store is often closed during normal hours and usually a huge mess. They strictly enforce public health orders yet lack basic cleanliness. The manager is super mean, I’ve heard him multiple times talking down to the cashiers in an ugly and unprofessional manner. Location at Academy and San Mateo is much cleaner and larger.

This dollar tree is bigger than original sized ones has more snack and candy options and chilled drinks however going in 35 minutes before closing and seeing only two employees and the store an absolute mess made me cringe for both the morning crew and regional manager... Im pretty sure Id hate to work at this location

I found everything I needed to help my grandchildren. I love the price, of course, bx I can buy more things I otherwise couldnt afford. The staff is always very helpful!

Store was not stocked and customer service sucked. An employee was supposed to be looking in the back room for an item and after a while of waiting, I peeked in and the employee was sitting on a U-boat/cart on her cell phone. She advised she could not find the item and was taking a break. Customer service was horrible!!!

There was a great selection of items, however one of the sales associates was rude and the store was FILTHY. There was a lot of trash on the floor, also there were a lot of unopened boxes of merchandise in the aisle not leaving adequate room to walk

They don’t close at 8:00pm on Sunday’s like it states on the web. I just went and there was a handwritten sign that says close for sanitizing it was about 6:45pm. I drove all the way over here under the impression that it was open. As I’m sitting here I’ve seen at least 5 people walk up and realize it’s closed. If there going to close early to sanitize then they should just adjust there hours on web. This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this location and it was closed for one reason or another.

Aisles are so stuffed with boxes that it is difficult to see what is on the shelf. Probably the messiest Dollar Tree I have been in. They are advertising for people to work, so if they can staff appropriately, they might get back to the way it was before the pandemic.

The Management at this store will come up to you and say (You have to wear a Mask in this store)If you are vaccinated it should be your choice .I told the manager, I talked with Dollar Tree Corporate and he went to the back of the store as I was telling he need to call them. When Dollar Tree catches up with the rest of a America I might shop there again.

You really cant go wrong with the random finds. Their usual very clean and organized here.

Its the dollar store. It was messy, hard to find anything and only one cashier with a very long line. Major disorder.

I have shopped at the store several times and each time I go in it is in total disarray and boxes sitting everywhere and nothing on the shelves and the floors are dirty. I turned and walked out last week and probably won’t shop there again

This Dollar Tree does not have a proper fridge and freezer section. They do have a small reach-in fridge row up by the front office/registers; but it does not have much more than a few varieties of cold drinks, and the bare minimum of cold dairy item selections. Please get renovated so half your back-wall is lined with fridges and freezers. People like to browse/buy from the vast assortment of food items that is usually available at most other Dollar Tree locations.

This place rocks Iran in today to get some awesome which is a cleaning product and ended up buying about 15 other products because theyre all a dollar. Ive only shopped there a few times but those few times made me wonder why anyone shops anywhere else checker was super nice and the place was very clean and well stocked

The cashier was so patient when I had troubles with my bank card. She did not make me feel bad and she was very professional the entire time. I wish more businesses had cashiers who acted with as much kindness and integrity as she did (I feel awful I didnt catch her name, but it was about 6 pm on Wednesday July 22, so please send her my deepest gratitude). Bravo Dollar Tree - Paseo de Norte is a clean and friendly store. This store is right down the road from my house I will continue to patronize them regularly. Thanks again!

I came here at night about 40 minutes before closing and was surprised at how clean the store was. Normally at night everything is a mess from being picked through all day but not here. Its very clean inside. There are so many awesome things to look at. Lots of office and art supplies, lots of holiday items, lots of kitchens items and a whole bunch of other things. I always find great things here.

Its a hit and miss on what you can get. Some stores have this and have that. The Paseo store was a mess. I like you can some things you cant find in other stores.

Empty shelves, just dig through the boxes in the isles for what you need

The Family Dollar Tree where most people do their shopping for cheaper stuff when they want to buy birthday cards wedding cards get well cards or whatever they have in the store and what they need at the Dollar Tree thats a good store to buy things what you really want to buy thats about it for right now from one of your Facebook members

Good Dollar Store location. The only suggestion I have for improvement is making sure to respond to the customer lines more. Sometimes I have had to wait a really long time, even though there are other employees working. It seems as though the manager may not want to go through the trouble of opening up a register, but Im speculating. Fix that challenge, and, in my mind, this is a great place to shop

We shop here everytime were in town from Tucson. This location always has a variety of items in stock. The store is clean and neat. Items are organized and easy to access. We enjoy shopping here and recommend this location for all who luv thos $1 prices! 🤑

I love this Dollar Tree. Everything in store is a dollar. I got 60 bucks worth of Halloween decorations and crafts. I found almost everything I needed here! The cashiers are pleasant enough and the store is clean enough. Selection is fantastic and theyre always in Stock of what I need.

Im not known to put bad reviews around my local stores, but this Russell manager has an attitude to be fixed. His attitude stank and I am so ashamed and embarrassed that I have to rate a star on this review. You dont ever tell a customer that they have to work what you have. If he just zips it, and just say, im sorry for the inconvenience, I wouldve had my respect for him. I will be talking to corporate.

This Dollar Tree is a bit smaller than the others ones Ive gone to. Inventory is similar but this one had all the right colors I was looking for.

I dunno who has a stick up their a$$ about the GM.its the best store in the county he runs its awesome and as for the racist remarks are a bunch of BS hes the most friendly GM there is always out on the floor greeting customers and laughing. So dont judge before you even know.

Wow. GM is hot, but incredibly rude. I stood there asking question after question, like Whats your phone number, or Where do you live, and GM refused to answer.Also, maybe got a racist vibe? Im part Asian, and I think thats why he pushed me away after I tried to touch his butt.I wont shop there again!But I might stop in to just stare at GM.5 star rating only because the store was clean and well stocked.

As far as Dollar Trees go, this is one of the better ones in town. Shelves are pretty well stocked, unlike some others, and theres a decent selection of merchandise.
