We are very satisfied with the all around experience on our alarm systems. We have them for both our business and our home system. I like that we are able to use our phone to turn on and off the alarm at any time. We have had our dogs trip the sensor 2 times and they are working on fixing that but there response to the alarm being tripped was super fast. They are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you guys so much!

Yesterday I had the upgrade. Techs were on time, professionally inclined, personable, efficient, clean up any mess made, and highly knowledgeable of their work/system. Installation was completed on time, including a thorough review of the new operation procedures of the new panel (very nice upgrade) and the phone app.Tony arrived first and promptly started the upgrade. Steve arrive a little later to assist. Steve’s “how to” lesson was fun and informative.Steve and Tony are a dynamic duo! Our cudos to them for our upgrade.Our security system upgrade resulted in a vastly better system: much more responsive and oh so user friendly. Amazing Company that works really hard for their clients!!!

I write this review in hopes that anyone seeking gainful employment with this company sees this before they make the tragic mistake that I did!!!I’ve wasted years of my life in what can only be describes as a extremely toxic environment!!! The owner Steve is literally a sociopath! He claims to have built this company from the ground up but it was actually given to him by his father Vick, who was actually a descent man with morals and respect. I don’t know how such a great man raised such a POS!!!

I use this company for my home and business. They have the BEST customer service I have ever encountered. They met my needs and did not try to over sell me. They cost meets the quality of service. This is one investment I will never regret.

I have been a customer of Home Security systems for over 30 years in 3 different homes and at my work. They provide monitoring at a very reasonable price and the owner, Steve is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home security and surveillance systems. I highly recommend them for all your system and monitoring needs!

Very disappointed in the education staff has on the contracts and communication amongst eachother. I recently called because I wanted to switch services and asked if there would be a penalty or cost to cancel. The employees response was no, asked for address and other details. So I went ahead with what he asked then switched services. The next month I got a bill for the following month. I called the office and asked for assistance, they had no record of me cancelling, they said if that was the case I need to pay the remainder of my contract ( that automatically renews for 2 years). I tried to communicate with staff about my issue with that strictly because of information I was given by another employee. I am just displeased that the entire staff isnt knowledgeable about the contracts because if that was the case I would not have sought another service provider. I would not recommend Home Security Systems.

I personally worked for this company. I could honestly say DO NOT waste your time with this place. There is horrible people and non boss material. Completely unprofessional and not stable.

As the owner of Home Security Systems, Inc. A Kurt Warner posted that we sued him over a monitoring services that we never performed. New Mexico court records will show that we did not sue a Kurt Warner nor did he have a court dismissal. We did not take him to court nor did we sue him as we have never had a Kurt Warner as a client in Albuquerque or anywhere in the State of NM during the 38 years our company has been in existence. I encourage you to look in the NM court records to find a Kurt Warner for yourself. I am at loss of who Kurt Warner is.

Excellent security company with services that vary and can be tailored to your needs. We used them for about 6 years then moved to another state. When we returned we once again called them and they continue to be responsive in every way.

The worst company in the State by far. The cost of doing business with Steve has almost put me out on my you know what. I am practically enslaved by this man. I dont know how somebody can threaten to take everything you have worked your whole life for and the very same night smile and sing kumbaya at bible study with you?!?!? I urge you too look elsewhere weather it be for employment, business or as a customer.
