I contacted the dealership for some information on getting car. While I ended up not buying from this dealership my experience with them was amazing. Lexus (the rep) was incredible. She was super nice and even sent me a welcome video to introduce herself. She was very, very kind and extremely helpful. If I ever need another car I will buy it from Larry H Miller Hyundai as long as I can have Lexus help me through it! 10/10 would recommend.

You can tell people here dont really care about their jobs. Not very attentive, which means physically finding someone to help you. I was a waiter for an oil change and was told that the MAX time wed spend waiting was 2 hours, and that was an over-estimation from the service manager. My appointment was at 2:40.. they finally took my car back around 3 (after we got out of the car to find someone to help). All I needed was an oil change. I didnt get my car back until 5:45! The tag on my car keys said my car was heading to the car wash at 4:14.. how does it take 1.5 hours to run a car through the car wash? Unfortunately, no one was there to tell me the status of my car, so we just sat there waiting for hours on end while everyone around me arrived and left. The service manager was very nice, I just wish employees cared more about organization and keeping in touch with clients.

Just had a very disappointing experience with Kelly Medina, who I presume is a sales person for this location. I was browsing cars on the website just to see what it would look like to lease my first car. I submitted my email and phone number to get a quote for the KBB value of my current car. Within minutes I received three texts, a phone call, and multiple emails. Not a big deal. I asked Kelly to stop, said that I was not interested, and explained that that level of persistence makes a number of people uncomfortable. This is the response I got from Kelly:Im just doing my job sir, doesnt seem to bother anyone else, in fact if we dont follow up with our customers, that is what upsets a SERIOUS buyer. Anyway you are the one who put the inquiry in, not me Have a great dayThis kind of response to being told no is completely unprofessional. There is a difference between following up and bombarding customers. I actually was planning on leasing from this location in the next couple of months, but definitely not now. Lastly, its 2021, dont assume peoples genders just to be rude, ESPECIALLY potential customers.

Yeah it was easy using the dealership app to make the appointment and they took care of me exactly on the day and time we had arranged. And it was on this Saturday at noon. They took the car in and notified us later when it was ready and it was. I just like to give a big shout-out to my representative Dre who was awesome! Very attentive to details and answering all of my questions. A wonderful man and I applaud him tremendously. Again, great car selections and great service. Keep up the great work.

This car shopping experience has been the best. Lexus was easy to work with and was pushy or trying to make a sale. We gave her our budget and she stayed within our desired range. Hannah took care of the paper work and made all of the paper work painless and easy. Both of these ladies made the experience worth and recommendable. Under staffed, poor service, very disappointing.Revised: 7/7/2021I was promptly contacted by Cory Reeves at Larry H. Miller Hyundai regarding the poor service I received after posting my initial review for service with the dealership. Mr. Reeves was professional and asked a number of probing questions. He agreed that the service provided was poor and in no way met his expectations for service to Larry H. Miller Hyundai. He was EXTREMELY CONCERNED about the review that I submitted and wanted to know what he could do to get me to revise the review for one more favorable. He offered up that it was fair to refund me the service diagnostic fee since I took my car to another shop for repair.Mr. Reeves sent me a new link to revise my review. I received a follow up phone call within about a week asking if I had a chance to revise my review which I had not as I was out of town away from my email. He also said that he needed to confirm my address to send a check refund to me for the diagnostic fee refund - and to emphasize that he needed the revised review to be posted no later than the last day of June. I asked why he didnt just credit my original method of payment which was on file.He explained that it had been so long that he could only complete the refund by check. Oddly, its been more than a week and no check has been received to my confirmed address.Larry H. Miller Hyundai - heres your updated review. You failed again at your chance to make this situation right. People, if you want to buy a Hyundai or need quality service and repair - choose a different dealership.

Service personnel were excellent, friendly and respectful. Service provided was more than expected because the service tech was a great guy and I got a free car wash, too. The service did take longer to complete than I had expected, however, many businesses are short on full-time staff due to the pandemic. That is something I should have prepared for. But, the service was Excellent. The service manager called to apologize for the longer than usual wait time, and that makes me feel like a valued customer. Their service and maintenance have kept my car healthy since 2013, and I will always trust LHM Hyundai on the Westside to complete maintenance needed. The Service Department has never disappointed me regarding excellent technical and service work.

On 10/11 Called to check on service availability, lady on the phone made it extremely difficult, she had a sarcastic tone acting like we should’ve know there was nothing available. She proceeds to hang up the line! What started out as a good experience did not end that way. Went through the whole negotiation process and agreed on a price. When we were at the end low and behold it was $1,000 higher than agreed on. I went back and forth with salesman Mateo and he wouldn’t budge. I bought the vehicle anyway because it was what I wanted. They agreed to a full tank of gas and didn’t even follow through with that. Ridiculous. I would not go back to this place for sure. Sneaky dealings.

Unfortunately making an appointment does not help with getting in and getting your scheduled maintenance done in a timely fashion. It took an hour past my appointment for them to even take my car into the service area and another hour and half to change the oil and do the warranty check. I am hopeful this was a one off experience as they have always been great in the past.

I’ve had multiple Hyundai cars over the years and been to many dealers across the country. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received at a Hyundai dealership. The person on the phone was combative, did not listen to my concerns, told me they were unable to do things they actually could do in truth, and just was difficult to deal with in general. I have a lot of empathy for folks working in customer facing roles but they made even the most simple things exceptionally difficult, like scheduling and ordering parts. I do not at all recommend this dealer for service.

Market Adjustment....what a crock. Or crook? Either way.Id been searching for an Elantra Hybrid and found one here. I filled out all the buy online paperwork to pay MSRP. I live 3 hours away and started heading in that direction. I thought the only thing left open was the value of my trade since it was sight unseen. I received a link to the final offer/deal. They decided to increase the price by $5k for market adjustment. Yes, $5k above MSRP. When I asked about it, he said hed give me $3k off the market adjustment. What a deal. Im still $2k above MSRP. So, I drove an extra 30-40 minutes to Santa Fe and brought home a shiny new Elantra Hybrid at MSRP.If youre going to offer buy online, your price online should be accurate.

I was I initially scared to bring my car into a dealership but the service team was nothing but kind and was very helpful. Despite my part coming in near closing of the day, the mechanic was nice enough to finish my car and it was available for pickup the same day! My car runs great and I’m unbelievably happy with the service team and how understanding they are. Most dealerships are sketchy but I feel very comfortable bringing my car into this one!

In September of 2020 I got a new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. It seemed like I was pressured into getting it. some of financial staff were rude to me telling me they had better things to do than stay there and wait for me to come sign paperwork. I’ll never go back I actually went to a different car dealership and was treated way better. Overall horrible experience at Hyundai.

The sales team was super unhelpful. The finance team does not communicate anything. They did not notify me when they changed lien holder. When there was a problem with a vent in my car less than a month after buying it, they refused to fix it claiming “that’s why the price was so low was because it has flaws” even though we still paid higher than blue book value. They “forgot” to do an emissions test when I bought it and only told me a month later right before my temp tags expired. They were supposed to send me my new temp tags and they still have not. They keep calling my dad first even though I am they only person on all the documents, the only time I ever put my dads number was for a personal reference.I have had nothing but issues since I bought my car from them.

We went in on March 13th to purchase a car My niece works there she works in finance so she referred us to Rico so he showed us 2 cars my wife and I picked one he said he would get it ready while we do the finance part, so we signed that day which was a Saturday after we signed Rico came to me and said the service crew was gone it will be done on Monday morning so we left and came in on Monday morning I tried to find Rico was off so I talked to a manager he said he would get done on by Tuesday morning so we left again we came back on Tuesday morning I found Rico he said he will get it in that morning so we left and my wife called and ask when would it be ready he said he call back it was in the shop now (lie) so we waited til 4 and we went back in found out service was short handed so I told him I wanted to cancel the deal since he can not produce the car he got a manager and the manager said we could not cancel it I said ok I will give a day if the dealership tints the windows in the car so he agreed if we give them til Thursday to make sure I said ok so we went home waited til Thursday morning I called Rico he said he will bring car to my house when done so I waited til 3 called my niece and she said I will find out since she has been off last two days she called back told me the car was not paid for yet that was the hold up and they were waiting on that it finally went through so they were able to fix the car it will be in the morning I said they could have told me I would have gotten other car or went somewhere else so we waited I called Rico on Friday morning he said it was in the shop he will bring it I said ok I called all day but finally he bought it at 630 on Friday almost a week since I signed the papers then he had told us he would give a gift card for waiting for the car so long he almost forgot about gift card he said he left on desk he just drop by get it I said I am done so cash app my wife 30 dollars . I told Rico and finance guy that i wanted Chile pepper plate for the and do think they listened nope I got centennial plate thank you I will not referrer anybody and will say bad things about that dealership they deserve 0 stars I was going to referrer a big company to buy vehicles there but no more thanks for nothing

The whole staff at this location were so great. Our sales person was so great we bought 2 cars. She always kept in touch incase I had any questions. Really knows her stuff. Took time to show us all our features on the car. Finance person was great as well and very knowledgeable and informative, service manager introduced himself and said all we had to do was call with any concerns or questions. Best experience to date. Totally recommend this place.

Hyundai does not honor their warranty and dealership fraudulently fills out rebate forms. I purchased a Santa Fe for my daughters graduation gift. Years later I need help with warranty claim and dealership wouldnt even return my phone call. I will never buy another Hyundai and I will never do business with Larry H Miller! Hyundai doesnt honor their warranty and Larry H. Miller should be investigated for fraud! I called and left voice mail for Mr. Reeves, he did not return my call. Still waiting for call back from Hyundai consumer affairs.

Lexus was very helpful. She even followed up with me after I left. She was happy to find what I was looking for and went out of her way to be sure I got it. I enjoyed meeting someone who wasnt pushy and trying ro put me in a vehicle I wasnt ready for. Alao, I love Hyundais high end line up. The Genesis, the Sonata, the cars are super reliable. I have owned 4. All were the best cars I have seen on mechanical stats and longevity as well aa dependability. I put my daughter in one and she loved it too! Cant wait to have another one!

Still dont have my tags and we specifically requested to use the same plate as we were told by Gary who sold us the car that we could. Jon Jon doesnt return my calls My husband even called the manager and the woman who handles the titles I got her voicemail saying that she calls every customer back within 24 hours if not the same day and I havent got a call back yet and I called her on the 2nd. I was supposed to go in today Finally pick up my sticker and my registration and its still not ready. They could have handled this when we purchased the car and the 3rd of August correctly but they didnt and that is irresponsible salesmanship. And to tell me to drive all the way out here only for to not be ready is inexcusable.

They did not change the oil like they charged, my car is so rough yo drive now. It came back to me in bad condition. It shakes, the electrical is acting up, and my engine is now making a clicking noise. My car was not like this when I took it in. Beware! Absolutely loved how easy and fast the process was! I went to look at the car at the lot, did the test drive and loved it. I signed paperwork then and there right away!! Mateo helped keep me in the price range that I wanted which was great as a first time buyer. Ive had 3 Hyundai leases from all over the country. I have never been subjected to the scare tactics they tried to use on me here. I had to call one of my previous dealers to figure out what they were trying to do, and my previous Hyundai dealer told me to leave the building (and they had no interest in my business as they are hundreds of miles away). I will never get a car from here, I will drive back to NY to get a Hyundai before I ever step foot in here again.

Given a 3 star because I feel that everything was just average. When I arrived there was no staff inside, or signage to indicate where to go for servicing as I had made an appointment online and it was my first time at this location. After figuring that out myself, I spoke with a representative who was friendly. I informed them I came in due to a part recall and I wanted my oil changed and fluids checked. 40 minutes later they called me outside to show me a list of things they felt I had the option to be done service wise, increasing the estimated cost from $50 to $1,350. I explained twice that I did not want any of the extra services and was primarily there for the recall. After that, they worked fairly fast and finished my car. Though they did not seem to have the same friendly attitude as when I started, and made me wonder if it was because I didn’t want to pay for extras. But my car works fine, so overall, it was an average experience.

Only giving this 4 stars because there were several things that made my process of purchasing a car difficult and mentally taxing.My sales rep was Rikko. I understand that car salesman rely heavily on commission but if you want to build trust with a customer (and want returning customers) you need to be transparent and honest. I did not appreciate the fact that they couldnt tell me what my interest rate was until I signed. Its really deceptive and if youre giving me praise for high credit score, then why cant you tell me what my rate and monthly payment will be? Not sure if this is how this location handles business this way but, customers needs to see numbers first BEFORE signing.Next, you told me the interior of my car was clean but it was not. Found dirt smeared across the back seats and nothing was wiped down properly.Other than that, I commend Rikko for being patient, easy to work with, and friendly. It was a stressful process but he was professional and helped me purchase the car at the price I wanted.Lastly, I also want to commend Francisco (finance manager). He was professional, has an up-beat attitude, and explained everything to me clearly and concisely.

I paid $10,000 in cash for my son’s car and I feel as if I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a female. I told them when I bought the car that I was recently widowed and wanted to get as much coverage because I don’t know that much about cars. I was sold a “bumper to bumper “ warranty for an additional cost of $1,200.00. I was told everything was working properly. The air conditioning system had a leak and had to be replaced. Of course, it was “not covered under the warranty “. I regret dealing with them. I like taking my cars to dealerships because they cost more but they are usually honest and do quality work. At least this was my experience at Perfection Honda. This dealership is dishonest and as much as I hate it I will no longer take my car there for repairs. I will have to keep all the paperwork because I believe in maintaining my cars. I hope they make good use of the $575.00 that got out of me because they won’t get another dime from me. I will get my oil changed there because I paid for that too. Please, don’t waste your time trying to sale me any type of repairs because I will be taking my car to somewhere I can trust.In addition, I reached out to the company while sitting waiting for my son’s car to be repaired and no one has reached out to me, yet. That was on 7/17. Wow.

I was in and out for my cars first oil change and Martin Aragon even had my car washed for me! I love how they make sure to wipe any oil spilled so you dont smell the stank or have a mess under the hood of your new ride. They also check and top off your fluids, check for any recalls, check tire pressure, measure your brakes and then give you a detailed invoice.

Brought our vehicle here for a software update and regular maintenance. Herb, our service advisor, was very pleasant to work with. He kept me informed as service/repairs were made. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the car wash at the end of the service was about as lackluster as they come. I dont think they even used soap. Would have had a much better outcome using a budget gas station wash.

First of all I would call only to be hung up on and I had to go to the dealership to get answers to services but they couldnt get it in because of it was the start of the coronavirus and they werent able to get it serviced so I waited. I called several times when they were open only to be hung up on. I eventually gave up and called another company who were able to get me a set time to service my vehicle. This was closer to where I lived but unfortunately is wasnt what I excepted from a well known company. Especially with good reviews.

Overall a good dealership went in with a tall order and was expecting to get turned away with my situation but test drove a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon and took it home it that night. Little worried about the deal they help make the process more bearable and got me in a better spot than I was going in. I purchased my car 1 year ago & I absolutely love my new Kona!!! As for the Dealership, Larry H Miller (Albuquerque, NM) I have nothing good to say. If you are considering buying a car from Larry H Miller from another state it’s good to know that their policy is to charge both New Mexico tax and you also have to pay your local tax. For my car purchase this ment that I had to spend an extra $850 in taxes an fees. I talked with the sales manager, the finance manager and the general manager for all Larry H Miller dealerships in Albuquerque and other than giving nonsense excuses I was told that they sell hundreds of out-of-state cars and my transaction was not out of the ordinary so if you are one of those rare people that like paying additional taxes, buy your car here otherwise make a different choice.

Purchased a very low mileage 2015 Hyundai Azera. Car was delivered detailed and exceptionally clean. It also was delivered with a quarter tank of fuel and needing an oil change (kind of chintzy of the dealership after I purchased a $3,000 extended warranty). On the plus side, all of the filters (cabin and air) were new. I would have liked a few minutes of the sales persons time to go over some of the features of which there were many. For instance, it would have been nice if Sam would have told me where the gas switch was located. It took me a few minutes to locate the release. Sam also failed to answer my one and only phone call. I guess he was too busy with other customers. I returned the next day for some help and assistance. I wish to commend the front desk lady, FARA BEADLE. She went out of her way to help. Got me hooked up online, downloaded the Hyundai App, and went out to the car to ensure that all was working. In addition, when I thought I had left something in my trade, Fara found my old car out in the lot some where and checked personally for me. She is the best. I was going to give this review a three but guess I will make it a four because of her.

Good customer service on the phone and in person! Friendly knowledgeable staff! My car runs great after a trip to service and it’s nice and washed! The only thing to change is better acknowledgment when you arrive to Service. Waited 10 min before anyone would help although they were typing in their cubicle clearly aware of a customers presence. All in all, good experience!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Santa Fe. Upon arriving, I was informed that there was a recall on my vehicle and an electric sensor had to be replaced. That being said, that took a majority of the time. (7:30a-10am) I drove away, and pulled over to check to make sure my tires had been rotated and they had not been. This had happened with my previous oil change I had done and the same thing happened then. When I returned to speak with a manager, a nice young lady assisted me. She went in to speak with a Chris who told her to tell me he was busy with other customers and that tires are not always rotated as they like to keep the better tires on the front of the vehicle. This is the second time that I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and though I had found someone I could trust. That trust is gone. Its sad when a customer is treated this way. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

The person helping me with service was very helpful but I found the suggestion of an injector cleaning at less than 25000 miles on my Ionic odd and after looking at information in my Ionic book told them I did not want it done at this time for $169. I asked the service manager about adding the fuel cleaner the book says to use and he said they only do the expensive cleaning. I never had injectors cleaned on my Toyota Prius (113,000 miles) and wonder what the difference is with the Hyundai Ionic. Unnecessary expenses are not going to get me to purchase another Hyundai and we already have 2 of them and were considering another for my granddaughter. What is going on?

Ive never had a bad experience at this dealership. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long for oil changes, but that is common at many places. The staff is always very kind, youre able to book appointments over the phone or on the website with a chat representative. They always take care of your car and make sure youre comfortable while you wait.
