My day was going so bad and then I came into Therapy stores and I left with a smile on my face! It’s all because of that angel Sofie that was working as cashier. What a lovely girl! 10/10

They have a great selection of gifts and products at reasonable prices. Great quality products with and edge of funny. From bags, wallets, and clothes to all sorts of California souvenirs for the family: all great for any occasion. The staff at this store is always exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Life saver during the holiday season.

Never had a bad experience here. In fact from the vibe to the energy, this place is exceptional. The sales associates are so accommodating and helpful. I have brought my toddler in a few times and they treat him with kindness and respect. They give him stickers, tattoos, and even chalk to draw on their floors. I have never been treated so good while spending money. This is my favorite place to shop. They have something for everyone. If you havent gone, youre missing out!

Theres a lot of great merchandise in this store, but customer service is horrendous. I went today at 2:45 PM, and the store was closed because the one person working there was out to lunch until 2:55. While I was waiting another customer came by, found the store closed, told me that it was the third time shed come by to find it closed, and she left. At about 2:50 the young woman who was working in the store came back and told me that it would be 10-15 more minutes because she still had to eat. She went into the store and closed the door in my face. About 5 minutes later she came out, told me she just had to run down the block to do something, and that when she came back she would open early just for me except that by this time it was past 2:55 so she was not opening early. While I was waiting for her to come back the second time another customer came by, found the store closed, and left. When I finally got into the store I asked the young woman if I could buy something I had seen in the window a couple of days ago. First, she told me that she didnt think they still had that item, then she said she didnt know, and finally she said they were out of it - but she didnt check anywhere on the shelves or in any kind of inventory. She told me she could order this item if I could wait 5 days. I told her I couldnt wait that long, and when I was on my way out the door she shouted Can I help you find something else? as if it just suddenly occurred to her that maybe she was supposed to help me.

Fun collection of different things: plushies, clothing, water bottles, candles, books, jewelries, etc. Good place to go to when you dont actually know what you are shopping for. I come here for inspiration on gifts as well. Price is reasonable.
