Purchased a set of tires online. Tires came in early and they called me to come on in. Tires were installed quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. This is the second time I have purchased here and now consider this my tire store! Could not be more happier with the whole experience.

Despite needing some rather specialized tires, confusion I accidentally caused by asking about the previous tires warranty after I had run my credit card, and other tricky business (mostly owing to Michelins backlog), the staff here were very helpful throughout and got everything taken care of. Im very glad I got these new tires and Im glad to keep coming back to Discount Tire even when Im hundreds of miles from home!

Stopped by today at around 5:10PM because my horseshoe light was on. Right rear tire was 18PSI and shouldve been 34PSI. An inspection revealed a nail or screw in the tire. Sean stated they could patch the tire. I asked him what the cost for that is and he said its free. I asked if they could do it now and he said they could. JC helped get my vehicle information in their system. They got my vehicle, lifted it, removed the tire, patched it up and had me on my way at 5:59PM. THANKS!

I had gone to the store located in Alamogordo, New Mexico. I met Dale who assisted me in ordering four new tires which were two different sizes fro the front and rear for my high performance car. As soon as the tires arrived n appointment was made to install the new tires. Dale was instrumental in making sure the complete process was taken care of with professionalism. Been a Discount Tire customer for years. Bought about 6 sets of tires through them. I have been impressed by DTs service. I had a few minor issues at the Alamogordo location but I let them know and they corrected them immediately. Customer service has always been great, and has been helpful. Waiting areas are clean. Staff are friendly. Despite the issues, I will still continue to shop and buy tires at Discount Tire.

Went to get flat fixed for 3rd time. First 2 times were in Albuquerque. Kept leaking. Talked to Zack and he said you have had enough trouble and gave us a new tire. Was beginning to lose faith in DT. Not now. Thanks again Discount. Will be getting next tires there for sure.

Unfortunately I don’t remember specific names but the level of service was impeccable. We were literally moving our life from Arizona to Texas with a toddler and dog and my car said my tire pressure was low. We stopped in and we’re immediately helped. We were told it’d be about an hour wait but then when your team was made aware of our situation the nice gentleman helping us said he could look at the tire and change it out if needed in about 15 min. We are so grateful for the kindness and generosity as we weren’t even charged for the used tire they swapped ours out with. We just promised to buy our next set of tires from Discount! It’s always the level of service and concern from every location we’ve visited that keeps us coming back. We are forever customers of Discount Tire, that’s for sure.

Highly recommend!! I’ve taken every vehicle I’ve owned since discount came to alamo here. They have always taken good care of me, fixed flats for free, gave me great deals on new and used tires, even removes some old 4 wheel tires from the rims for me. But today JC ( I believe was his name ) came in clutch with a warranty and actually ended up buying a whole set of tires for my truck. Gave me a great price and with great customer service. Can’t beat that!! Ask for JC or Jake both these guys have always been great to deal with.

Had set up appointment, got there 15 minutes early for tire rotation. Ended up buying 5 new tires! They got me in even before my appt time. Out in about 35 minutes. Kudos boys!

Im not sure if its a coincidence but evwry single time Ive ever gotten my tired aired up here even new tires by next day theres always 1 tire popped qith a nail or screw or they are flat and they were perfectly fine before going here and its been happening for 3 years now my tires were perfectly fine now 2 are flat. And its every time I go here every time.

Had some michelin all-seasons installed here on a Saturday afternoon. the tech who balanced the wheels didn’t clean the surface before sticking the weights on. i was able to pull some off pretty easy. but Stephen (the manager) went out of his way to correct the issue and made sure it got done right. he’s a good dude.

I was buying a tire for my daughter. I asked them to put air in the spare. I was flat when it was put on the car and was never,, ever used. It had never been rolled even one foot. They told me it was 20 years old. It was produced the 45th week of 2001. That makes it 19 years old. When I pointed out their mathematical error, they still refused. I would have understood if it was over 20 years, it was not.

My daughter needed a new set of tires for her 4Runner. The crew at our local discount tire helped her find the best tire in her price range and was able to get her in and install them the same day! I feel sometimes we lose sight of this convenience and expect quick service rather than appreciate it. As parents we appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable and quick service Alamogordo Discount Tire provided for our daughter. Good place. One of the mechanics saw me walking up to the door 3mins before closing, so he decided to speed walk AVOIDING Eye Contact and lock the door. Another worker saw my facial expression and asked what was the issue. After voicing the issue, he spoke with a manager and door was unlocked and my vehicle was serviced. I had already spoke with someone twice before arriving and was told as long as I got inside before the time on the door, that I would be assisted. SMH not all people prized themselves in providing exceptional customer service. I was definitely thinking about NOT USING them again but after my interaction with the other worker and manager, I decided to keep doing business here. Thanks for seeing the wrong and making it Right. Two thumbs up.

Was there to get tires rotated and TPMS fixed. Was not told it could be done in short time. Would have cost me $300 less here than Galveston location. May have been fixed right. I am heading to Portland Tx next to see if they can offer a quick and inexpensive solution.

Weve used Discount for all our tires on all our vehicles since they opened. Great store and the customer service is hard to beat. The only issue is that my wheels have come back with scratches on one or more, and I dont always notice it until I get home which is 50 miles away. It looks like its from the equipment they use to slide the tire on to the wheel caused it. I havent had a chance to go back in to have them look at repairing or replacing the putter part of the wheel yet. I will update my review once I do get back in to them.

Dale, my tire super hero went way beyond himself in locating me a tire that would work on my very, hard to find tire and rim. I am so thankful for him getting my special order tire to me in a time frame no one in town or online could match. Discount will be my number one place to go to again, from now on. Went to Discount tire to get a tire aired up (free) but it was too low to air up so they removed the tire, repaired it, aired it up & put it back on, all while my family sat in the car. 10-15 minutes later, we were on our way and they did all of this for FREE (and my tires were not purchased there)!!!! Will be getting my tires from them from now on. #impressed

Bought a set of nitto ridge grapplers 4 months ago and they had an issue chunking out within 2500 miles. Brought the truck in to see what they could do and they covered all 4 tires and offered me a new set or different set of the same type free of charge. The new coopers were ordered and installed free of charge 4 days later. Excellent customer service and it pays to have the warranty they offer.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Discount Tire in Alamogordo today. I placed an online order for tires for my wifes car and they called me when they were ready to schedule an appointment. As I pulled into the parking lot, an employee recognized my car, waved me into a bay where there was a welcome sign with my name written on it. I was able to stay in the car and watch as all the employees skillfully performed their functions, and seamlessly worked together to get my new tires installed in about 20 mins. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, competent and safe. Everyone I saw was properly wearing a mask, which put me at ease. Ill continue to come here for any tire needs I have.

Excellent and quick service. We were rolling in hot from El Paso on our way to Roswell when we slipped a gator off the left rear of the trailer. 20 minutes out of Alamogordo I called in to discount tire and Sean answered. I told Sean we were traveling and in a hurry and we needed a NASCAR style tire change he told me he could do it in an hour. We pulled in and Shawn and his team got to work on the trailer and we were out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys.

Stopped in to price tires. Jake was very informative and provided several tire choices/prices to choose from based on my driving needs. Jake also located a full-size spare rim for me as I wanted to have a regular size spare rather than the small substitutes that come with most cars. I was in and out with 4 new tires in about an hour. Excellent service! Highly recommend you check them out before buying.

Quick efficient guys

Went in yesterday because my tire pressure light was on. They added air, but told me it was very low, to keep an eye on it, and come back if I had any further issues. I had to come back today because the light came back on as I was headed to run errands. They remembered me from yesterday and recommended evaluating all of my tires. They discovered a nail in the tire and had it plugged and patched within an hour for free. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful which made me feel good. Will definitely be coming back if I have other issues and highly recommend them!

Always an adventure, not always in a good way. I have had multiple tire sensors come loose that they have put in which shread the inside of the tires. They replace the tire as per warranty, however, also damaged the lights with the impound wrench. Keep coming back because they have business in most cities I travel to. Other wise I would go to another company.

I hate coming to this particular location. They treat me very differently because I am female. Every time they try and scare me into getting new tires because they are old, or they cant rotate that one because its too worn, when I had a different vehicle in a month before that was much worse. Dont I want to buy new tires??? But I didnt look pregnant the month before so I was less of an easy mark. Today they acted as if speaking to my husband yesterday, made my truck his, and since they had a mislabeled tire, and only 3 of the kind they said they had, I should pay more. Its not my mistake and I called in advance for this reason!

There was no discount. To putting on my tires, then I got billed for things I didnt receive. All I wanted was to have 4 tires out on my rims and I was also billed for then to put then on my car. I put them on my self at home and paid them for it!

My tire light came on went through the tire check and Sean found the culprit asked his advice, he recommended if I had 30 mins, ended up having to get a new tire mine couldnt be fixed but its still worth it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! AWESOME SERVICE, AWESOME PEOPLE! I was still in and out in 30 mins.

These guys are legit! They were able to accommodate me on super short notice after a flat on the highway. Im honestly in disbelief that they dont charge for a tire patch, even though the work involved is substantial. If you take advantage of their free air-up or tire patch services, please at least tip the person helping you out.

I once got a slow leak in one of my tires after driving down from Cloudcroft. These guys didnt charge me for fixing the leak. Amazing service. It was very busy and they took me in and had me out in less than 10 minutes.

Got a good deal on a couple tires for my daughters car. The guy said the car would be ready to pick up before closing time. Fine, no problem. We came back 15 minutes prior to closing and they hadnt even started on it. I watch as the technician comes out to get it, pull it in and start work on the car when the salesman calls my phone. He doesnt know Im watching from the parking lot. He tells me the car is ready and asks when Im going to be there because theyre trying to close for the day. I then tell him Im watching from the parking lot and he starts stammering....Uh, uh. Dont lie, dude. If youll lie about small things like that, what else are you willing to lie about?

Consistently my favorite tire company. They fixed a flat for me and didnt charge anything, even though the tires were bought somewhere else. When asked why, they just said please consider us in the future.

Went in for a balancing issues they told us we have to replace our tires for them to touch our car. So we bought tires and they still didnt look at the issue we where having just wanted to sell us tires! Great way for us to get screwed out if 309

We went there to get 4 new tires. Their prediction of wait time was spot on, and the tires performed superbly on the road. The price was much lower than I was anticipating, and my wallet breathed a sigh of relief.

We had a roofing nail in our new tire. They had to order the tire from their warehouse. The truck was late so they put on a loaner and we did our chores. When the tire eventually arrived they called and took care of us right away. We will certainly return to Discount Tire for all our tire needs. It would be nice if they would offer Nitrogen for inflation.
