Rudest people over the phone when attempting an exchange for a faulty product. They wouldn’t tell me what they had in stock, and said “whatever we had in the back”. Definitely won’t be back

This stor was so clean and well-organized. I was asked if I needed help finding anything and, when I did, I was actually walked to the item I was looking for. Above and beyond! Thanks!

I went with my son and his girlfriend and there were a lot of good deals throughout the store. The cashier who attended to them was very helpful and he was also very nice. 😀👍

Great store. Needs organization of products and more staff . Prices are varied for each product. You have to really do your homework to get a good deal for big ticket items

Store looks a bit updated as far as new products. I can tell they have been making changes to their products offered. Door alarm was broken when I walked in and kept going off. Im sure the staff could easily be annoyed by the constant ringing of the door.

A very spacious store with an array of options. I adore this store, and Ive only been in it once.

Not a place I would normally shop, but went there for a cash back deal through my banking app. Employees greeted me which I think is nice considering at some places they simply ignore you. I did not like the product selection or the quality or think that the price was great. On the plus side, place was open and organized. Not too many people which makes it easier to keep social distance. Cashier did not put my purchase in a bag nor did she offer me one. I bagged it myself. That was not courteous of her.

Dusty. Tons of out of date every time Ive gone. Employees longing for the will to smile in this gymnasium of a store. Dollar store quality without the cheap roller store prices.

Team leader Jennifer was kind and patient with my daughter who was having a manic episode in the store. Store associates who can be understanding towards parents who have children that suffer from mental illness are few and far between and I very much appreciate the staff that were present during the incident.

Big Lots is a smaller big box retailer. They sell an extremely wide variety of things like food, kitchen utensils and appliances, home decor, furniture, seasonal decor, toys, electronics, and much more. Overall their prices are very competitive.

The prices are on the product or the shelf no constancy or on the back of a box product. It would be nice to have it all be the same place like other stores... its kind like just put the price where ever you can...let it go, a great district manager could take care of it, But till then its the same, some girls are unfriendly..

The manager saw that everything wouldnt fit in my hand basket so he went to get me a larger one. Very courteous. The check out found my account so I could get credit for my purchased and double bagged my heavy stuff. Very nice.

Not a big shopper, but have been with my wife and daughter here. Good selection of stuff...folks here are very friendly and helpful. We bought a wooden bunk bed from them for our church. Very good quality at a reasonable price.

We went to the same location twice and both times were told by a gentleman that what we wanted was not and stockthen we found a young lady and ask her the same question she went to the back and found that the item which was a bedroom suite was in stock and we were able to purchase the bed the bedside table the mattress and the box spring the gentleman that we ask for didnt even go in the back and look and we had come back for a second time two weeks later

I had to return something purchased at another store to this Big Lots and they were very kind an courteous. The store was larger than the one we usually shop in so we walked around. It has a good variety of items, and seem to be laid out well.

Bought a great recliner from the abilene store. Customer service was great and really good prices. I will shop here more often.

Jonsthon in the furniture department helped us when we werent sure exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond helping me get 5 different loads in the back of my truck and had each one ready and waiting on a cart so it wasnt a long wait.

Big Lots is the same no matter what store you are in. This one is nice and clean. The Clerk however, was rude and acted like we were bothering her when we were ready to check out.

I would not recommend Big Lots to anyone. This used to be a decent place to shop but now not only is it not well cleaned it is also as high or higher than Walmart and other department stores. Some of the employees are helpful some are just grumpy. All in all my experience there was horrible.

I love shopping here for my snacks for work. They have alot of healthy choices. I also love shopping here for holiday decor. They always have cute stuff.

I love Big Lots. You can find just about anything here for cheap. We like to buy their big fleece blankets when winter is getting ready to hit. Good fleece blankets that you cant find at walmart. This is our go to place.

Of course Big Lots had what I was shopping for. The experience was great.

Love the store. Because it has low prices.Bought a couch in there in October and it already has several ripes and it was 600$. Thats why I rate 4 stars. Because I feel liked I lost money on the couch. That already looks bad and Ive only had it 4 months.

Out of things in sales add. Store is a little disorganized but better than some Big Lots. The prices arent any cheaper than anyone else. Sometimes they have a 15 per cent off cell everything. They should do that once a week and Id shop there once a week.

I was looking to buy a throw pillow. The pillow was in a rack with several other throw pillows. The sign said throw pillows and cushions 50 percent off. I got to the register and it rang up regular price. I asked the employee to tell the cashier she saw the sign she said no tell her yourself. The manager came up front and told me only the cushions were half price someone must have put the throw pillow in the rack by mistake. I told her that throw pillows were the only ones in the rack. I left without the pillow. It will be a looooonnngg time before I go back.

Ehh, it seems like things are made for the store now, but this store used to be a overstock type store for higher quality items. Now you just get what you pay for.
