I’m surprised to see all of the negative reviews that say the staff is rude. I have been here numerous times and I have never encountered a rude employee!! I love Factory connection. I always find something I “need” when I stop by.

I will never shop here again because of the hostile management. Even if I wanted high quality clothing, it’s impossible to get past the negative environment.

Walked in the store, was not greeted or offered any help like at other retail stores ... The assistant manager only came up to ask that my child be right by my side for fear of hitting his head on the rack bars. My 4 year old is no-where near that tall ... so obviously I’m confused as to why she’s mentioning that given he’s done nothing wrong and we’re quietly shopping. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back!! Y’all need to hire new staff. Unfriendly experience.

Large selection of all sizes. I seen sizes up 3x. Really cute clothes. Im glad I found this little shop. Shoes clothes and even some home decor!
