Just now tried to do an exchange without a receipt (but with the same card) and was told they cant. Even though i have been able to do so at 2 other DTs, (youll see why...)But then after leaving the store, realized she failed to give me one for the exact transaction i just made!! How do you think i got here?!? Lol please just get yalls policies straightAlso this one ALWAYS looks like a trainwreck.

Located behind Jumpology/Defy. Ample supply of snacks and household items. Make-up section pretty well organized. Tech/phone accessories not a mess.

Staff is ok, but store is constantly out of stock of stuff I want I get told they have no control over ordering. Either lieing Staff, poor manager or poor business model

Was dirty inside. Floors looked like they havent been mopped in a month. Trash on floors. Messy shelves. Not a good 1st impression.

Store was very messy. Items strewn about on shelves and on the floor. Look like a tornado had been thru it. Alot of trash out in parking lot.

Never been to this store. Very clean and well stocked; was amazed. Found everything I needed and more. No inventory blocking the aisles where you couldnt go down them, which was great. Everyone was friendly and following stores Covid policy. I will be returning.

They have everything! Cant beat their prices. And they put in a new snack bar!

I visited today around 1:30 PM and they had a great selection in every area, plus there were lots of Christmas items in the aisles waiting to be unpacked. The store was clean and didnt have that picked over look.

I love Dollar tree. They always have great things there. But this one time I have been to 2 different stores and neither store had what I went there for, but have had it in the past.

This Dollar Tree is always well stocked and the staff is courteous and helpful. As soon as one line gets beyond four people, they open another cashier aisle.

The store was clean and orderly; the staff professional and cordial. I found most of what I was looking for, and some things I had not planned to get😊. Thank you to this company; a real benefit to our communities!

I like going into Dollar Tree to see what hidden gems are in there. Things I know are normally more than a dollar that I can grab there a huge win to me.

This store has everything, its my Walmart . store is organized .always busy. they need to hire more people, the lines get long . people have to stand in line for long time dont have to wait in long line. I had to wait 10 minutes

They always keep everything nicely stocked with a wider variety than I tend to find at other Dollar Trees and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I actually drive past one location to shop at this one.

Easy in and out. Today mustve been stock day because there were lots of boxes around, but everything I needed was available. Shocked and surprised they had Hallmark cards. Quick checkout.

Its a dollar tree store, packaged with seasonal goods. The staff do a pretty good job of keeping the store clean and that must be a challenge. Service is good and I never have to look for help.

The Dollar Tree location is located at 10083 Brook Rd, unit #76, in Glen Allen, Virginia.It seems to be a fairly simple and possibly somewhat smaller store, and the items it stocks are as you would expect for a place calling itself the Dollar Tree... meaning, we think that you get what you pay for.Parking near the entrance door is extremely limited and in a very tight, one-way-in & out design that is very hard to drive and turn around in. We typically visit this store about Christmas time when looking for super cheap stocking stuffer things for our kids Christmas stockings.It is what it is.

Always enjoy going there. But would like more cashiers-only one today.

I just watched the MANAGER try to fight a nice young lady because she tried to pay with a one hundred dollar bill. She told the young lady she would have to spend $80 of it. The followed that with Im on my break we can go outside. Wow and the MANAGER did this with several kids in the store. Unreal. Ive never seen someone snap over literally nothing theres obviously something wrong with this MANAGER drugs or otherwise. Disappointed.

The store was well stocked but pretty messy. Its the holiday season, so I wasnt surprised.
