We went last night during a bucks game!! Was a really great experience. All the staff were roasting my partner because he had a Nets jersey on, all in good fun. Waitress was nice and quick. Our apps came out pretty fast and our food was out not much longer! Food was very good! Really liked this location! With covid not a lot of my regular go to places are open late so it was nice this place is opened until midnight!! Will be back for sure!
Walked in and was told cash only. I asked why and the person said the computer system was down. I understand that happens, but there was no reason to just say cash only. Something along the lines of Hi just want to let you know our computer system is down, so we can serve you but we can only take cash payments. That sounds a lot more professional. We were than told if we were going sit at a table it will be a half hour wait. There was plenty of open tables. I understand places are understaffed, but I saw no need for a half hour wait. I serve at a place that is understaffed as well and we never tell someone there is a hour wait to be seated at a table when there is plenty of open tables. We sat at the bar and in 10 minutes of sitting down, no one even greeted us.Overall experience was just unprofessional and I wont be returning
My aunt had this sticker in her salad. I get that accidents happen, but she didnt eat it and we were still charged. Also found bits of lettuce in every soda cup at the table. Picked it out and didnt say anything. When we mentioned the sticker to the waitress she rolled her eyes and asked if we wanted a manager to come out. We said no, we just wanted to make sure they knew. Apparently it didnt matter. We paid for all of it. Gross and unsanitary 🤮
It was okay to eat hire more people the wings too much sauce on them when I ordered them an they was Mot Cooked all the way.. call waiter was great she corrected a lot of things that we made a mistake on but also they made a whole lot of mistakes we first got there two tables the tables to stick like it never was washed it clean but they was we got off food so late we got there at a certain time and everybody that was after I was cheating before us I felt the service was too slow and food came out cold but other than that like I said I wait or she was awesome everything else was slow service making out drinks just horrible the best part about it was always she was so professional and she apologized for the staff but she did her job and I would have her as a waiter every time Im there because she did what she told me to do last with us you know major situation tolerable until our food came kudos to the waiter I think it was Amber Im not sure
Was told order would be ready at 11:21 and came exactly at that time.. food is luke warm, barely hot at all, and came with no forks or untensils and i am at work and had to figure out how to eat a $30 meal with 0 utensils.
I went with my 10 yr old son. We were greeted right as we walked in the door. We had to wait a few minutes for our table but no longer than 5mins. Our waitress was busy! But she came and took our orders, came and checked on us regularly. The food and staff were great!
Hwy 100 fricken awesome!!! From food to service and most importantly at these times, we need CLEANLINESS!! And it is. I recommend Michael being he really cares about his customers and shows it otherwise I wouldnt have tipped 35%. But all in all its a great decision if considering.
Cane in for dinner with the family and Tiffany was great and the food was delicious.
I had to ask 3 different people for ranch for my childs dinner, before I got it. The waitress took 8 minutes to refill a drink, and I was brought 3 Brewskis, but I only ordered one. They werent even busy. They overloaded my meal with salad dressing. I wont be going back to that location.

Our Bourbon Shrimp and Chicken was outstanding! Our wait person suggested we go for 2 for $29 and we each received a delicious side salad. Needless to say, service was wonderful. I highly recommend Applebees 👌
Went to a nearby restaurant, wont name. Was beyond short staffed. So left and went to Applebees. Great burger and friendly bartender. Workers on 108th were great
Extremely Disappointed. Rib tips were crispy with dry inside. My sister ordered nachos. A few pieces of crumbles chicken and beef.They just let an employee go when we walked in.Pandemic or no pandemic. Very disappointed. Will not patronize this restaurant again.
We specifically went to Applebees for French Onion Soup. What we got was a bowl filled only half way with the moistened bread. With cheese on top.No real soup. Only enough broth to moisten the bread, but thats it. No real soup and no onion. Very disappointing.We also had an appetizer which was good.We both said we will not return to Applebees.
Didnt understand how ALL the tables were dirty and the place was pretty much empty when I was there. Our server never came to check on us so I had to personally go up front to get silverware and ketchup. Nice place just need better management.
Walked in to about 5 seated tables, ordered at 5:15. 45 mins later we finally stop our server again (as she hadn’t checked on us again) to ask about the status and she advised us the wait was for loaded mashed potatoes, that finally came out about 20 minutes later WRONG. The manager remade our order and comped $10. The server finally came back to pick up our payment.

We have visited this establishment several times as a part of our lifeskills curriculum with our students. We were fortunate enough to get Precious a few times and we must say she is PHENOMENAL! Her customer service is top notch and unmatched! She is very attentive and serves the patrons with passion. We will definitely be visiting again because of her excellent service! She needs a raise and a promotion!

Went early evening in a Sun, was not too busy, was able to be seated right away. The food was really good, prices have gone up a bit like all over but they have the 2 for specials. Not as many choices as before but very good options. Server was very personable and she was busy, dont think they have as much staff.
I really enjoy going to Applebees alot, their food is good and waiters/waitress are amazing with providing serving customers. I like their Chicken Alfredo special. Other then that their food is great
We called at 10:40ish to see if they were open, they said yes. We get there 10 minutes later and they say there’s a 40 minute wait because there’s 4 parties in front of us, which was not mentioned over the phone. The place closes at 12am. I’m assuming they were understaffed because there were barely any guests in the dining room, which is fine, but it would’ve been helpful to know that there was a wait before we made the trip.
Went to enjoy a dinner with family that came to visit and wished we would have selected a different restaurant.Service was horrible, got orders wrong, waiter never came around to check on drinks, manager insisted on arguing with my wife over them getting her order wrong rather than fixing the mistake. Said they would make her a new meal but she would have to pay for a new margaritas when they had brought her out a non-alcoholic one. My dad had become sick later that evening from the meal.Extremely disappointed and will never go back.
Alicia our server was great. I was not happy with having my family split up when we called in advance and was told that we all would be placed together. The food was good and we still had a good time.
Had the bacon cheeseburger, it was big and juicy with ample enough of bacon it was pretty slow when I went and I was able to watch the Bucks game as I ate on one of the many TVs the had there, overall experience..Excellent, will definitely be coming back...
Food was pretty good, service was slow & inaccurate. The server only had Two tables. Temperature in dining room was 65 degrees.
We came here for half apps and enjoyed it! We’ve been to other area locations and the staff are less than stellar. We had Janet and she was super nice and helpful! We will be back!
Two of the waitresses were playing around and not really doing their job the tables were still dirty after people leave the floor with nasty but on a good note the waitress that I had was doing her job she went over board to make sure that my food was right

Was on the list for a table. I sat in my car and called after 45 minutes. They put me on hold after 8 minutes I went in to check and they said another 20 minutes. I couldnt get the menu on my phone so they said they would bring me a menu which they never did. We asked for a highchair for the baby and didnt get that. We ordered appetizers and the waitress never brought us any little plate with it. By the time we got the attention of the waitress our food was coming out. Very dissatisfied.
Went there last night with a few friends the night staff was amazing and funny the food was great and the drinks was amazing appreciate the staffs for making us laugh
Good restaurant, waiter worked hard but it was still a little slow. Likely due to the pandemics. Food is reasonable and menu has a good selection like most applebees.

Staff very friendly. Server, Johnny, really funny. Makes the crowd feel at home. Would not recommend the Ribletts, NO MATTER HOW BAD JOHNNY SAYS THEY ARE GOOD HAHA, just kidding. The ribletts were not a good choice. My wife ordered the Alfredo, custom order with shrimp. Over all food was a 4.5 out of 5 stars but service was all 5 out of 5 stars. Atmosphere is good, comfortable and clean. 5 out of 5 stars. OVERALL 5 STARS for great service quality!
Ordered a classic cheeseburger that was on the qr code menu. Menu didnt say anything was on the cheeseburger and I was never told what came on it or asked if there was anything on it that I didnt want on it. Asked for cheese and mushrooms on it. When it came it had both raw onions and pickles on it, as well as lettuce and what I ordered. I cant eat raw onions. When brought to managers attention, she told me that it said what was on it was on the menu. As I said earlier, it wasnt. Got it taken off the bill, but still frustrating. Two stars only because burger was taken off bill. I definitely wont be coming back.

Some one came to restaurant drunk and caused confusion and fight police was called to remove drunk customer all this went on right by our tahle we still paid for a meal.that was ruined 😒 by this man we got no discounts we paid for full meal and left a nice tip we had a very good waitress not her fault it was the drunk fault he went to jail and we left hungry lol🥶🤢

Went 5-17-21. The drinks were great. The food was dry. Luckily I didnt pay for it.
Horrible experience! Waiter never asked us any questions would just randomly show up drop off items (which were incorrect or missing items) and walk away. Also brought a new pop and then cleared it before I even got 3 drinks out of it. We had to wave down multiple waiters and kept having to ask to forks or dressing to complete our meal.
Long wait to be seated. Meanwhile others who may have known the hostess was seated right away. Petty, but expected from immature teens.

This place was amazing. I drove an hour and a half to go to this place bc in Illinois there aren’t anymore Apple Bees. Everyone was friendly and nice. My waitress Taina was a doll! Very pleasant, professional and sweet! Next time I come out there I hope she is there. The staff was also amazing as well :)
Everything just went wrong we waited over 2 hours to get someone to take our order and another hour to get our food and it wasnt right one of the people I was with and didnt get their food at all
Waitress was friendly and restaurant not busy at all. The sampler platter and wings were good, but full rack of ribs were dry and disappointing. The homestyle cheesy broccoli I paid extra for as a side did not have the queso sauce, only shredded cheddar cheese(supposed to have both.) The kids meal cheeseburger was overcooked, and was charged for a kids drink refill because it came in a bottle, due to covid. Was just an okay experience.

Sooo disappointed in grilled Oriental Chicken Salad today for lunch. I ordered over phone and picked up at carside togo. Not the usual chicken. Small pieces cut up. No flavor or the usual sauce. 2nd time this has happened. Will not order it again. Will have to find a new favorite
Service was topnotch. But the menu has been reduced for Covid. All of us liked our meals but wouldnt say it was wonderful. Drinks and desserts remain as good as ever.
I did a scheduled pick up order. Had to wait 30 mins. Needed to reheat when I got home. Forgot toppings for my steak. Had to cook them myself. Thank God I had them at home!

My family and I went to applebees today 9/13 around 5pm to celebrate my sisters 20th birthday. First I wanna say, never had a bad experience at Applebee’s- in fact most have been what you’d expect at Applebee’s, good food, good service. So, today we had 8 adults and 5 kids. Kids ages are 0, 2, 3, 4 and an 7yr old. After we were seated ect a manager came to our booth and said, you can only have 8 adults per table, he apparently counted all the kids as adults- so I said, “to be clear you’re counting these kids as adults?” and he said “yes, but there’s exceptions for the newborn.” Now while were talking, 3 more adults did arrive, but he was already in the middle of his little speech and didn’t allow us to sit together and quoted some robot saying about “if the city walks in” ect so we didn’t fuss, just gathered our belongings and took our business to Oscars right down the street. Sorry, will not be returning.

Went for lunch. Wasnt busy and we waited a long time for our food. Service was disorganized. Ordered appetizers and they didnt come out until the meal did. When we questioned it we were told there was only 1 cook and he was trying to get all the food out at once. Thats not why we ordered appetizers! Food was cold and mediocre. A few peoples were messed up and it took 3 times to get it right. Manager never came over to apologize or offer and comp for the inconvenience. We wont be back here. Plenty of other places that provide much better food and service.
Very poor slow service and my order was incorrect.I didnt dare ask them to fix my order because I feared something would happen to my meal.This restaurant needs to clean up the inside and work on customer service.
We had the most awesome waiter. I cant say enough good things about him. We love the burgers and ribs we had. This location always has great food. Very clean and good social distancing. My first time in a year to go to a restraunt. It was my birthday so I t hought I would got out in a restraunt to eat.
I love coming here with my family. Big prompts to the staff because theyre all friendly and sweet. I think they all deserve a raise! If youre also thinking about eating out, this Applebees is very much worth it. Try them sometime. Food was outstanding.

Food had hair in it. They dident charge us for the one meal but one of us dident eat. That one was a child. They even made a new meal witch was way over cooked.all in all poor service was told I couldnt pick fries then told I could. Never asked us for refills on our sodas I will never go to this place again if I want apple Bees looks like we will just go a bit further where you will get nice service. The apple Bees off moorland is much better Id go their if you want good food and service
Once in a great while food comes as orders, but usually problems with order. Service seems hit or miss.
I recently just came into this establishment and I have to say it’s by far one of the best I have ever been too. The service is fast and you get your food literally right away. Plus the food is delicious.
Lots of food choices. Excellent waiter-Josh. He took 5 orders & didnt write them down. Remembered everything & knew who ordered what. Josh was very friendly & is excellent at what he does. If you go here, request Josh. You wont be disappointed.

Food portion sizes are smaller and just not as good as before. Though the major problem we had is half way through our meal they sat people at the table right next to us even though it was marked do not use for COVID social distancing rules. We did not feel comfortable with strangers sitting so close without anyone wearing masks. So we paid our bill and left. Wont return again.
Very very very slow service. Waited over 20 minutes past scheduled pick up time for Carside To Go. All the hostess could tell us was “it’s still in the kitchen.” Will order from another location for now on..
Walked in with my family and didnt stay long at all... Worst service from the start! I hope they all havent gotten this bad :(Such bad vibes right off the bat. Not only did the host not greet us, they were almost empty and she didnt want to give us one of the 12 booths that were open because they only had 2 waiters? To top it off this creap at the back of the room was standing there just staring at us.. looked like the bus boy 🤷 I would NOT recommend this location!
Good service decent food
Safety first, they have all employees wearing masks so you feel safe. Seat DISTANCING 6 ft as best they can. More like 4 ft. at the bar but most tables are safe. Not sure what happens when they get crowded!!
Price has gone up & serving size has gone down.
While the food and service and be iffy at times. The drinks are cheap and I always have a good time.

First time with a take out order. It was ready when I came in. Food was hot when I got it home. And it was very tasty.
Ordered delivery and many things were off. Quesadillas are smaller than 1/2 the size you normally get (unsure if its this location specifically, or just the delivery quesadillas as opposed to pre-covid sit-down quesos?) Everything was cold, spinach and artichoke dips cheese wasnt even melted so it was luke warm at best when they sent it out w the driver, mac n cheese was missing the tenders, some of the wings didnt even have sauce on them, no lemon garnish with the salmon, and they completely forgot our drink that we paid for. such a huge miss. Will not return to this location, well make sure to use a different location next time.

Horrible service. Went in with a party of 3, got seated right away with our menus but waited 30 mins and still didn’t get even a glass of water. Nobody approached my party of 3. Not a single waiter/waitress. A few other people got seated right after us and they got served and got their food as well. Decided to leave and went somewhere else.
I wish the half price appetizers were not just on the weekends 😖 .
James our server did an excellent job we never had to wait long and he was very attentive. I went there for a meeting with my business partners as its hard to find restaurants that are open due to the pandemic, so thank you for being available and open. The food was good as well

Waitstaff does its best to corral unruly clientel.Saw a dine and saunter. The thieves brazenly walked out. They believed themselves immune to any consequences to theft. They didnt even have the consideration to dash, instead humiliating the waiter and chain.4 stars to the chain, 5 stars to the staff.
